We moved into a new home with an entrance gate installed by 4 Sure Gates. We had a ton of questions related to how to use the gate, how it functions and how to operate it from the house. Jason was great, he very calmly and clearly answered all my questions, helped me update the gate code and set my car up to sync with it. Jason was very thorough and provided answers to questions I didnt even ask. Jason was very knowledgeable, kind and quick.

We used the Arlington representative. Getting a quote was very fast. From calling the first time, getting a quote, scheduling installation and the build process was less than two weeks. Install only took a day and a half. Very pleased with the work and customization options available, worked with our existing equipment.

I’ve only lived in Fort Worth for 18 years. So (as I’ve been told) I’m not quite local yet. But since I moved here, I’ve owned several homes. Gates have always been a source of daily frustration. I’ve had 2 cars chewed up by gates that had a mind of their own. I’ll also say the gate companies I’ve worked with in the past acted like they were doing US a favor when we hired them; or worse, acted like we were an inconvenience. Until we found 4 Sure Gates. Name says it all. These folks custom fabricated a gate for us and installed the automatic opener. They did a great job on the gate, they recommended what I needed (and nothing more) and when we had a small issue (almost a year after installation) they arrived within 24 hours and fixed it in 15 minutes. In short, these folks care. I highly recommend them. Don’t mess with those other guys. These folks want your business and care about their work (at least that’s been my experience). I don’t write reviews. But I did for these folks.

I had a new gate receiver installed recently and had issues with the programming holding the rolling code. Jason arrived today to review everything, advising that newer vehicles required a longer hold on the vehicle gate opener button in the car. Jason, did a wonderful job replacing a electronicPanel in my Automatic Gate he had to reprogram my remotes and programmed the ones in my car and truck. He cleaned, adjusted and grease the gate! Not cheap but at a reasonable price.

I love who he brings to the table and praying his son will spend time learning the trade. I see metal artists doing some really great gates with salvage yard treasures. I live in a small gated community and am in charge of keeping the gates operating properly. We recently needed to have a gate opener replacement and researched and got bids from three companies. Freddie is the owner and answers the phone himself. I did not have to talk with an answering service that may or may not pass messages along as has happened with other gate companies. His knowledge and competence was a winner for us. His assistants are also top notch. I have had a lot of experience with other gate companies over the years that I have lived in my community and he is above and beyond all the others.

Didnt seem to have time to talk to me. Gave me a quote on the phone of $1800 just to build the gate. Needed 6 to 8 weeks to build the gate. I already have it installed for $850 installation included.

My gate was not opening and closing correctly. I called them out and they told my my limit switch screw was stripped and I needed a totally new actuator arm. Sent me an invoice for $1515. I thought that was extremely unnecessary so I had another company come out and they replaced the limit switch and said my arm was in great shape. Glad I got a 2nd opinion and saved $1200.

Freddie showed up on time. He made a conservative, but appropriate offer for a rental property. I wanted a more robust gate operator and suggested a name. He informed me of a better choice, which I ultimately agreed with as I had a 30+ year history with Patriot Gate and have been very satisfied with Patriot Gate. Horrible service, the owner (Freddie Jalomo) is a liar. He way over quoted us and even wanted to charge for services that we did not need. I contacted 4 Sure Gates when the initial installer could not get the gate to work. They quickly came out and fixed the problem. High winds caused the heavy gate to break the weld. I called and they came out the next day and repaired the work at no charge even though it was not their weld that broke. Anyone with gate issues should contact this firm of gate experts.

I hired 4sure gates to install new gate posts and hinges for my double driveway gates. After the work was done and paying $2,600 one of my gates still does not open completely. My expectation was that if a gate company installs new posts and hinges that the gates would operate normally (at least as they did before the work). When I contacted the owner about the problem he said that He did the work that was quoted and it would cost another $800 to make the gate work as it did originally. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
