Love my new fence. After doing quite a bit of research I decided to go with Hardy Fence. Jason was a down to earth fellow who was a salesperson, but talked to you like he was your neighbor or uncle. He went over every option available and took time to answer all my questions. Work started at the agreed upon time, about a week after finalizing the deal, and took 1 day to demo. Next day they came out and installed the new fence. Love the board on board. Truely is a sturdy well built fence. About 1-2 weeks later they came back out to stain it. This time frame is normal to let the fence dry a bit and air out before sealing it. I would recommend Hardy Fence to anyone needing a fence.Update: 6 months later fence standing strong and perfect. My landscaper broke a couple of my pickets and Jason arranged for couple of replacement pickets already stained. He could have easily charged me for that, but this is what customer service is.

Im the President of a 740-home HOA and we needed a large amount of wood fencing replaced that belonged to many different homeowners. The Hardy Fence bid was extremely competitive on price, and Tristan expertly handled the negotiation of contracts with all of the different homeowners, scheduled the work, and timely delivered a fantastic product. Our 8 red cedar Hardy fence is over 5 years old now and going strong. It has survived the harsh Texas weather, including a wind storm that leveled half the trees in our back yard. Thanks to Hardy fence, I now know why they strongly recommended red cedar fencing attached to metal poles cemented into the ground for us. Hardy Fence was a great choice. There are many, many fence companies to choose from and we took five bids. Hardy was near the bottom. I was impressed by the estimator Tristan, so we decided to go with them. Im so glad we did.They came out for the bid when they said they would. They began the job when they said they would. Tristan arrived the first morning with the work crew to make sure everyone was on the same page. The work crew was efficient, polite, and arrived when expected. These guys are awesome, they built my fence / sliding gate over a period of 2 weeks even after a large rain storm.Sean and Jason are very professional and knowledgeable about installations and our fence / sliding gate are holding up nicely.They even saved us some money by recommending a good gate operator. I was in bad need of a solar gate. Michael (sales) called me back promptly, worked with me on the price (I had a tight budget), and did a great job of scheduling. The workers who did the installation were friendly, professional, and polite. They installed the gate in January under the foulest of conditions (extremely cold and windy). Yet they were always in good spirits, cleaned their mess, and made everything look perfect. I did not have to go out and clean myself, which is rare after any contractor comes out.I did have a glitch with the gate 2 weeks after installation. The wind had picked up (30 to 40 mph gusts) and caused the mother board to do a hard shut down. Sean Holliday (owner) was out the same day to reset it himself. He is an extremely nice and considerate man who really cares about quality work and keeping his customers happy. He knows what it takes to build a business that I would want to do business with.To sum it up: Everyone with Hardy Fence is pleaseant, professional, hard working, fast to respond, considerate, and worked hard to accommodate my budget and schedule. I would recommend them to anyone and would do business with them again without hesitation. I cant thank them enough for making my life easier with this gate and for making the experience so pleasant.
