My experience with Gladiator Fence was HORRIBLE!! I fell like this is a top down issue. In my opinion, the owner is unprofessional and dishonest. The contractors could not deliver a quality product that I requested, an ultimately I ended up with something I really didnt want. It was so bad, I tried to get out of the deal half way through. The owner convinced me they could deliver with a different crew. The fence looks decent, but in the end there were major disputes regarding the final invoice. Shocker!!!! In my opinion I would AVOID this company.Response to “Response from Owner”:I will keep this simple, and add pics!1. First of all I am NOT satisfied with the look of the fence, nor the final invoice. I am planning to replace a section with Wrought Iron, which was part of the original contract. They could not deliver what I needed/wanted. THE NEIGHBORHOOD requires that we all have the same style! I provided a picture of this style before installation. (See pics below. 1st is what I wanted, 2nd is what they did). Make note of the quality of work on their part!! BAD.2. See pics of email from Gladiator stating that they were not going to charge for boxed in poles. I assure you that these were on the final invoice $720. Just see the pics. We shopped both bigger, well-known fence contractors, all the way to sole proprietors that we heard good things about, and Gladiator came through with the highest-quality product with the most reasonable quote for our budget. If youre going to make the investment in a new fence, you may as well do it right. We opted for the 6 foot cedar fence, and man do the natural tones of the wood look beautiful! From Jules and Joanna answering our initial phone call for quote and answering all questions I had, to Carlos and his team knocking it out with care and consideration to our needs over a pretty efficient 1.5 day span, we received first quality attention and service throughout the process. And all this starts at the top, as owner Andrew Harris was good to stop by and wanted to see the fence and hear about our experience. It all equates to a fully satisfactory experience, and we would recommend Gladiator Fence to anyone in the market to not only protect your home, but leave it much more attractive!

Let me start by saying that this is a customer service company the happens to build great fences. What a terrific experience!Gladiator responded immediately to my inquiry and sent someone out to provide a quote the next day. They have us a range of options to choose from to help dial in our budget, and agreed to match a competitors price—a reputable competitor, mind you, that never followed up after providing us with an estimate. I guess they didnt need our business!After we signed the agreement and paid the deposit, Gladiators team was on-site within two days. It was incredible!The guys were extremely accommodating and flexible. They told my wife that they could match the fence around our pool equipment almost exactly, and man did they deliver on that promise! I included one shot of the transition so you can see how amazing their work is. The only way you can tell the two fences apart is the stain! As soon as I stain the old fence itll look amazing and perfectly matched.The quality of Gladiators work is OUTSTANDING! The fence is incredibly secure in all areas, and the install is super clean. My wife and I adore the stain they used. And for me, the gate is clutch. We have a double-wide mower so they built us an extra-wide gate. It glides like butter with zero effort and the latch is highly secure.I cannot recommend Gladiator Fence any higher!!!

I was blow away with how well this project went. The finished product was a gorgeous cedar horizontal fence, as advertised. Id like to thank the entire Gladiator Team: Joanna, Jules, the hard working grunts; Ruben and Armando who were not scared of a some hard work. Ruben and Armando were so good: they paid such attention to detail with the trim, the cap, and the return (a break in the fence line) they performed beyond what I expected. Its always a risk hiring contractors for the first time.More importantly the price did not change, they could have charged more bc of some stumps in the way but they worked around it. I recently hired Gladiator to build my backyard fence and they did an excellent job. I initially talked to Joanna on the phone to get the details for the fence job. She was informative, courteous, and professional. Gladiator sent someone out to give me a formal bid and he was pleasant and professional too. On the day the the fence was built they sent a crew of two who worked diligently for 2 days until the job was completed. Gladiator Fence promised me a quality product and they delivered. My fence looks great, and I already had compliments from some neighbors. One person could not resist and had to take pictures of the fence. Gladiator Fence did everything they promised and they were a pleasure to work with, what more could any customer want!

I just had my fence replaced this year and hired Gladiator Fence Company to do it. I have been very impressed with this company. From the customer service to the quality materials and flawless work from the team, I give all of it 5 stars and an A+.The owner Andrew and his team were all extremely respectful which I have found to be rare in hiring people to do work around my house. Andrew answered all of the questions I had and made me feel comfortable with the big decision I was about to make, even making a contract so I knew exactly what was going to be done and for how much. The price I paid was extremely reasonable considering the amount of work I had done (3 sides of the house and gate and a top trim all around), the heavy duty quality of the wood, and the quality of work his team put in. Other companies wanted a lot more money for less work and lower grade wood. The crew worked from early morning to very late at night, even hauling away my old fence. They were back bright and early the next day to finish and the result was spectacular. Andrew personally came out to inspect the work and only then was I to pay the agreed amount.I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for any wood work.
