The guys at this store really know their stuff and have a wide range of inventory to get something asap! Really anything you could think of, they gave a tank for it!

All types and capacities of poly tanks! I couldn’t find better prices ANYWHERE! The manager and associates were very helpful and accommodating!

Ordered over 6k dollars worth of tanks and leaching chambers on April 12 2021 got the tanks but was told they sold my leaching chambers and end caps to someone else by mistake. They told me they would call me when more arrived, never got a call. Called them back to cancel the rest of the order because I had gotten them from another supplier and was assured that I would have my over $2,500.00 refund within 7 to 10 business days, that was 3 weeks ago. Never got my refund and the store quit answering my calls. Called customer service and was informed that the store should have referred me to them from the get go because the store can not issue refunds, instead they just invoiced the products as I had already received them, which I had not. Now I have to wait another 7 to 10 business days to see if I actually get the refund from customer service. I will never do business with this company again. And strongly recommend that anyone else who is going to do business with this company do so with the understanding that you have just wasted your money to the crooks in fort worth. On top of all of this the septic tank I bought from them had a hole from a forklift in it that I had repair before I could even use the tank. This is the worst company to buy tanks or anything from. If I could give it negative stars I would.
