Overall good service. Rental prices are reasonable but suffered a little sticker shock at the delivery and pick-up pricing. That should be disclosed at time of rental. Other options are available to us without having to worry about hidden or undisclosed charges that will be added to the overall cost.

Rented a 20kw from Dallas branch and carried it to Woodward, Ok (356 Miles) The unit was not checked in properly, (checked with service manager). Long story short, I called the branch closest to Woodward and talked to a guy on the counter named David. He told me he had this under control and would take care of it. He did and on a Friday night too! Best customer service ive had in a long time. Bravo Zulu Blueline Rental and David from OKC!
