The sales rep. Was very helpful to get the lift to me on short notice. We were able to complete the installation in one day because he delivered the lift in the morning and we were done by 17:00 hrs.

The communication with the entire team was great. We had a mechanical issue with the piece of equipment that we were using and United Rental jumped through hoops to get us up and running again.

Kevin Stark addressed my needs Immediately during a major power outage in Texas and major snow event. He got the equipment I needed as quick as he could so I could get the frozen water lines at the Sheraton Ft Worth a 430 room hotel back up and running in time for a major check in for a city wide event. This was one of their largest occupancy in months. He did a great job!

Equipment was delivered on time and worked well. Driver took instructions well in drop off and pick up. United serviced the lift once during the project just to make sure it was in good condition.

Good customer service

We reserved a trailer online hoping to haul a piece of equipment out of state. It was not listed anywhere on the website that these trailers were local only . Due to this we had to explore other options and spend an incredible amount of money to resolve the situation. Double check everything with these guys . I wish they had made things more clear .

There is good heavy duty construction equipment and the best thing is that I look at it to make sure it goes out in good condition for costumers to use
