They had a wide variety of stuffs there. The place was small and packed full. I don’t care much for small confined spaces. So, I was quick to shop. The people working there seemed nice too. There was definitely a little something for everyone. I loved the place.

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and like a valued customer. This was especially due to the wonderful associate named Brian. He helped my friend and I with finding the right outfit and something that we would both feel comfortable in. He provided ample information regarding each product we had questions about. I have never had a more amazing experience in a store than I did today, I look forward to returning. (Brian went above and beyond and Hot Topic should most definitely reward him for being such an incredible part of their team)

Wide variety of novelty items, clothes, something for every genre and age. I was also so thankful I was able to get through the store without bumping into clothing racks. This store is very wheel chair/scooter friendly. It was easy to maneuver through the whole store.

Great little store with awesome customer service! The employees are so helpful and friendly. You will always find something unique that you didnt know you needed while shopping here! The store itself has very tight spaces to squeeze through, so it is not very wheelchair friendly.

This place is so great. They have nothing but cool stuff. Thats kinda the whole point of the store. Cool shirts, cool clothes, Funko Pops, and a great staff to help you get what you need. Highly recommend!

This used to be one of my favorite places to go but theyre not fat friendly anymore and dont carry as big of a selection of pop culture merchandise anymore.

Crowded, dark & weird. Perfect goth place I guess but even my 17 year old did not like this store.

I found the perfect color of t-shirt that I was looking for. They have a huge selection of logos from Manga characters to movies....

Hot topic has some cool things here and there but it just seems like a place for angsty pre-teens but other than that its still a nice place to stop by and check out whats new, ya never know might find something to take home.

As of late I have been super disappointed with hot topic in general. Its not the same as it was when I was a teenager.

The sale sounds great but doesnt save as much money as one would hope. The stock is limited. Nothing spectacular. The staff try to provide excellent customer service but the manager hinders the above and beyond experience. If youre spending big money, they just dont make it worth your while... how unfortunate.

Its really dark in there. Be prepared to adjust to the lights when you leave.

I love going there. The only bad thing I can really say is that Hot Topic itself has really sold themselves out with adding rap and pop artist to the shirts area when there are plenty of good metal, rock, etc. that should be up there. However the employees who usually work there make that place great. They are always helpful. Having more space in there would help too. But its really not that bad.

Our granddaughters enjoy looking and spending their money here. There is a wide variety of collectable items here. The young lady was of great help to our grandkids. It seemed like they were speaking a different language at times. Many questions were asked of her and answered by her.

The mall itself was kind of warm. The store was okay. Nothing out of the norm for that store.

Solid place. Sometimes has a smell so strong you can taste it. Not a bad smell, just a strong one. Other than that, pretty great place to shop.

There was nothing wrong with the employees or products. I just didnt find what I wanted there. I ended up going to Spencers for my body jewelry instead because there wasnt as much to choose from at Hot Topic.

The manager felt kinda high-handed and a little rude. I could be wrong but when i walked into the store and passed him, i could immediately tell he was in charge by his arrogant demeanor and obvious throat clearing cough suggesting to the employees keep your eyes on this one. Which not only felt prejudiced but made the experience awkward. I work at a movie theater and we always have to make sure nobody brings outside food, so i understand this. nonetheless everybody else had a great attitude and charm, it made up for the bad impression i initially felt.

I honestly dont like much of what this shop sells, however my girlfriend loves the shop. The staff is very courteous, as well as attentive. Would definitely recommend the shop.

Their is a girl that works in hot topic that goes by Star, she is very rude towards specific costumers, Im not sure but she seems like she only treats specific costumers better than others in a racial profiling way. She should act more professional or just hire a new person .

The place is like HELLA edgy. Always got those middle schoolers that are going through their emo phase or those people who havent grown out of it yet. I was only there cause a friend was looking for a shirt.

My husband and I went in looking for something for our kids. We didnt exactly know what it was, but Kara and Katie did an wonderful job of finding exactly what we needed. They gave us excellent customer service and helped us get the biggest discount!

The workers were very polite and helpful. They have a deal for Aladdin merch right now, buy one, get two free!

I never new hot topic would hire a racist, I came in to buy stuff for myself and after I got everything I needed the cashier told me I dont look like I can afford this much items, I told her why and she glared at me up and down . Items cost about $1,300 and I even showed her my money. She rolled her eyes at me. I left with my money and left the store because I didnt want to end up arguing in public. Her name is Stairla Groad . Hopefully Hot Topic can manage to have better Employs before they get sued or worse.

Great place to find band shirts, Funko Pops, Loungefly, Bioworld, HerUniverse, Anime, DC Comics, Disney, Riverdale and other popular brands and items. They also carry various artists pieces for limited times, such as Gus Fink. Get the rewards membership, its free and worth it. Used with a Hot Topic credit card and great deals you can save a ton. We got a $100 Joker trenchcoat for almost nothing when I used my member benefits and hot cash. Bought concert gear, movie night attire and Halloween costume items that were all well made. We like the music and most staff can tell you about whats playing or recommend similar bands. Favorite locations for best service are Hulen Mall with Rudy or Northeast with Ashley. They know their product and are super friendly, go above and beyond to help every time. They both stay up to date on whats new and incoming.
