Have not had any issues with having this establishment as my mailbox center. However, there is major construction ongoing in their building and their entrance seems to shift weekly, but it is not their fault.

Notarized a few papers from here ( great service! thanks Justin) and mailed them to India. 16 oz including the UPS cardboard envelope and it cost me about 80$. The package was misrouted to Guadalajara Mexico, San Antonio TX, Mexico again and then back to a warehouse in Louisville KY where it has not moved for the past 6 days. Repeated queries ( emails and phone ) have not had any change in the status of my mail. 12 days later my documents are still in some warehouse while the legal process for which the documents are needed has been stalled, and we are accruing fines and interest on the mortgage. There is absolutely no transparency, no accountability and certainly no professionalism. What a lousy service!

I work for a healthcare tech company that has a second office here in Fort Worth, Texas. We are based in Austin. I had to do this project by sending out 120 boxes to potential clients to Austin, Houston and El Paso. Not only I was so happy with this UPS store but they made me into a life-long customer. Justin and his team are amazing! They go above & beyond for you. Ill be recommending them to my neighbors and professional network. Its upsetting the building they are based-in is doing construction work and they make it hard to go inside their store. But Im willing to go through all the trouble to get great customer service!!!

I just experienced some of the worst and most random services at a shipment center ever. I entered into an empty store with one service agent, a short old man with glasses. We made eye contact and I said hi but he stayed focused on his phone call which was fine except he wasnt wearing his mask. Once he was done with the phone call he approached the table and I said hello and he responded back then stared at me. I informed him I was there for a few shipping labels while I held two boxes and four other shipping items in my open tote bag. He started grumpily starting his computer while he struggled putting on his mask which I made no remark or negative suggestion about. Once his computer was ready he asked me again what I wanted to which I responded I had a few items to scan for and handed him my first box. He started scanning my two boxes, one box at a time. After my boxes were scanned and while he was waiting for my second shipping label to print out, I brought out one of my shipment items from my open tote bag. The bag had no cover so you could see what was inside. I placed my shipment item on the counter top and showed him my bar code like I had done with the boxes. That was when he grumpily complained that I needed to tell him I had more than 2 items to ship. There was no one in the store other than us. I told him I had a few items to ship. He then proceeded to respond that he had to turn on the system again because he thought I only had two items to ship. I then told him I had told him I had a few items to ship from the beginning and I did not understand what the issue was. He responded with an elevated voice that it takes more time because he had to restart the transaction. I pointed out that we were the only ones in the store. He then said that he didnt want me to sneak in stuff the last minute when there were other people waiting. I pointed out again that I was the only customer in the store and I was surprised with his response. I asked for his name and he responded that it was Marco and that he is the owner of the ups store and asked what are you going to do while laughing at me. I told him I couldnt believe how he was reacting and I didnt understand why he was upset me especially when I was the only customer and he pointed at me that there was another customer and told me I was the one upset. I turned around and there was a woman walking in and dropping off a package. I told him this was horrible customer service and that I would like to ship my items elsewhere. He laughed at me again stating that he already scanned them. Marco, I understand you may be grumpy working on the day after Christmas but no need to take it on customers when you made the mistake of not listening properly multiple times, not taking accountability for your mistakes, gaslighting customers, and being plain and unnecessarily disrespectful. Also, wear your mask, it is still the law.

I’ve never heard of them calling and asking for credit card numbers over the phone. WHY can’t they send an invoice like the normal companies? It’s cause those employees are stealing you credit card info and scamming you once you give it to them. If you try to challenge that, they try to tell you they do it all the time. Well I know Better. SEND AND INVOICE LIKE REGULAR BUSINESSES Do. Stop asking me for my credit card over the phone.

These people. Let me tell you about these people. They are most awesome. They go above and beyond for me. Always have great conversations, great attitudes, and they remember your name if youre a regular. If youre considering getting a postal box with them. Please, by all means try them out! When you walk in, they already have your mail in hand. They say bye and smile. I will never run out of nice things to say about them. They really care about you. Its a great place to network with their customers. This place is an absolute HUB!

Not sure why I read some of the reviews on here and see how people just want A free ride with business. Nothing is free in this world, and by the way, people have to make A living, business owner or not. I get the greatest joy from the employees there. They take their time to make sure all my needs are met each time I go in for business. I couldnt be more pleased. Thank you for great communication and customer service skills!

Showed up at 8:22a - store was completely dark. Ok, they dont open until 8:30a. Walked to Vaquero Coffee (which was great) and came back... 8:31a and the store is still completely dark. With the construction in front of the building, this location is already hard to get to, hard to park by and apparently doesnt open on time. Update your hours on Google or open on time.

This place is a good choice to choose from when it comes to getting ore sending a package. I like the way that doing what I arrived for as well as being served didnt request too much to enjoy. If your looking for something that fits in these parameters then this is a good place to go. As shown in the picture theyre under an 18 month construction task in front of the building (As told by management).

Please Please DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Do yourself a favor and go to another store or use Fedex. The only reason I gave this store one star is because that is the lowest I can give. 3 months ago I sent a package (Keyboard Piano) international through this UPS store and through a mistake made by UPS in sending the package, customs flagged it and put a fine on the package worth more than the package itself. We were told by UPS International that we could abandon the package and get our money back from this UPS store. We called this UPS store to confirm that we could get our money back. The UPS store manager confirmed we could in fact abandon the package, get a full refund and he even asked for our home address so a check could be mailed. After calling them for over 3 months with no response on the refund request. The manager apologized for losing our phone number! They take customer service so seriously that they lost our phone number in the middle of a serious issue after they repeatedly told us they would call us back (they never called back). Now I have no package, no money and this UPS store owner and management team have no concern. On top of all of that, they have no parking. Please avoid this place!

I have rented a private mail box at this store since 2013 and I have been satisfied with the service until this year. Three times this year the store has mishandled my packages. On two occasions they gave my packages to other customers. Another time they marked my package for delivery to the wrong box. The mistake was discovered after I insisted they look for my package because I had tracking information showing that they had signed for it. Recently when they gave another package away to the wrong customer they told me the UPS driver did not leave the package even though the tracking information showed they had signed for it therefore I thought it was lost. I was told by the manager/owner that when packages are delivered the customer service rep signs for them but does not take the time to make sure that all the packages signed for were actually received. This seems like a very lax, unprofessional and incompetent practice. Also they were not completely honest when they said they had not received my package or scanned it into their system because several days later the customer who had received my package in error returned it to the store. It was obvious that the package had been scanned and marked to be delivered to the wrong box. When I express my concerns to the manager/owner he didnt seemed concerned nor did he offer any apology for the fact that his workers do not pay attention to details when handling packages. I am paying this business to handle my mail and parcels in a competent, responsible and professional manner. I am not happy with the lax and haphazard way they handle the mail and packages. I also do not appreciate the manager/owners indifferent attitude and lack of concern. However, the assistant manager did express his apology and made an effort to safe guard a valuable package I was expecting. Customer service is friendly but irresponsible package handling.I am seriously considering not renewing my contract with this store next year.

Wish you can do two reviews on the same page one for the store and the other for the construction. 😒In and out with great customer skill knowledge. On the down side, Theres major construction going on and it blocks the view to the store. The store faces north. It sits on 2nd Street. You would need to drive Northwest on Throckmorton to park. Good luck.

Fast and friendly. I barely even have to say a word and its always an exchange of thank yous. I cant believe the nerve of people leaving one and two star reviews for taping fees. Big deal! Tape it yourself before you bring it to the store! You got to be out of your mind to expect something for free. There are supplies and labor evolved. No matter how minimum, these things cost money. Either quit being lazy, or expect a fair cost to pay for their services.

Walked in to drop off a prepurchased package and was told I would be charged a fee to print the label. Said no thanks and went to the Hulen location where everyone was immediately nicer, didn’t try to charge me anything for it, and was a much more welcoming experience.I used to manage a UPS Store in college and we never tried to charge for printing a pre-purchased label. This is either the franchisy trying to make more money for nothing or the employees trying to pocket extra cash. Either way I won’t be doing any future business with this location.
