Great customer service. Good selections

Best selection of converse I have ever seen. They didnt have the shies I wanted in my size and it was packed because it was the last weekend before school started. I will be going back sometime hopefully in the middle of the week when I can actually shop instead of trying to get in and out as soon as possible.

Decent selection in mens shoes. Seems like its more for woman and kids.

Employees stayed behind the counter, didnt greet us, didnt check on us, didnt speak until we left.

Wont be back, we buy several pairs every couple if months. Store clerk on a power trip playing mask police, was very rude. We just left without buying anything.

The one thing my daughter really wanted was a pair of converse. She is between sizes and the shoe stores we had been to didnt have her size. Found out there is a Converse store nearby and we were able to pick up the ones she wanted. Clean store. Nice employees who were helpful. Will be returning.

I always find a gem hiding on the clearance wall to feed my Chucks addiction. The staff is always helpful too.

HORRIBLE experience at this Converse location (Tanger Outlets, Fort Worth). As soon as I walked in, the 2 associates working were kicking one of their shoes back and forth down an aisle in the middle of the store. There were also other customers shopping at this time. They were laughing and acting childish. The one associate put her shoe back on and they both went to hangout behind the cash register. They never once greeted any customers who walked in or offered to help. I planned on getting both myself and my son a pair of shoes. I asked the one associate if she had something for me to measure my son’s foot to find out his size since it would be his first pair of “real shoes” because he’s a baby. Her response was “no, they’re all broke.” How could they ALL be broken? And if that’s the case, why not offer to help me find a size for him? I mean, you do work here, you should be an expert. I’ve worked as a manager in many different industries, retail being one of them and I know from experience that a manager should be in the store at all times. Therefore, one of those associates was most likely a store manager, sales manager, or an assistant manager - that’s even worse! We decided NOT to buy converse from this store, as it was clear these girls did not take their jobs seriously. It’s okay to have fun on the job, but don’t act like fools when you have customers in your store and not even attempt to greet or help anyone. As I was walking out of the store, there was a loose sensors sitting on the front table. Anyone who works in retail knows that this is a loss prevention issue. A sensor should not be sitting on your FRONT TABLE. If they were paying attention and doing their jobs, that’s something they would have noticed. But they didn’t. As a customer, I was embarrassed for them. If I were a district manager walking into that mess, I’d fire them both on the spot. This is harsh, but I am not exaggerating when it comes to what I witnessed on Saturday, March 23rd at 6:30pm. Hopefully someone can have a discussion with these girls and they can learn to APPRECIATE the jobs they have. I can guarantee Converse would not want these girls representing their brand based on their actions.

Nice outlet for converse shoe models available in this store inside tanger outlets. Bought a blue canvas shoe which was really good and worth for the price we bought. You can explore this store if you are really in need of casual footwears only from converse in all range of budget and staffing service to the customers is appreciated. $$ place for causal shoes in Tanger outlets.

Great service at the store, its their customer service docket that needs abit of revamp. The wait time was almost like 1 hr, only for the customer service representative to say they are unable to resolve an issue.The policy is unclear as there is a thin line between Coverse and Nike representatives and who is mandated to solve what issues.To be honest some of the inner workings of two companies should not be a concern of the customer. Policies should be revisited to ensure seemless customer care service.

Excellent assortment and discounts. I did not find the sneaker model I was looking for from my number. But I bought others that I liked very much and some T-shirts, well even some colored shoelaces I bought for my new sneakers.

They have the most beautiful tennis shoes, says my daughter.
