Amazing Ralph’s store with a huge variety of produce, healthy food selections, a bakery and prepared food to-go. Large selection of fine cheese, craft beers, and fresh flowers. Basically a one-stop location for all your basic home needs.The store is nicely lit and kept clean. Plenty of parking out front. I could get pleasantly lost in the aisles, exploring the hundreds and hundreds of options.Their bulk-food section was an inviting display with an impressive selection of dry goods.I grabbed a spicy tuna roll from their Japanese food section and it hit the spot for dinner. Thank you for having an accessible bathroom incase you spend hours in there browsing!

I am there just about every evening. The manager Barry is very friendly & helpful. They are very well stocked & the store is very clean. The employees are also very friendly as well.

The bakery is a mess, don’t order a cake from here! I wanted to pick up for Thursday for my birthday cake! No one filled out the paper and they never answer the phone. I’m telling you right now if my cake is messed up I’m going to have a huge problem with them cause clearly they can’t do their job! Ridiculous! And I told the lady on the phone that I’m going to pick it up Thursday at 10am, she ended the call by saying “see you tomorrow at 10” then proceeded to hang up. I always have a problem here. Get your damn cake somewhere else

It was by chance that I stopped in and found incredible value for my GF step daughter (pics). The store is reminiscent of stores that didn’t consider ADA rules when placing shelves. The aisles were cramped and difficult to navigate. I got the feeling that the deli section was trying to be upscale but with people swerving around the grocer-hoarder style, it seemed too much visual stimulation.

Nice store. Clean & variety of items. The only down side of my shopping experiance was the employee who followed me around the store giving me a minute by minute count down until closing. Rude not to mention unnerving.

Today was a horrible experience. The cashier allowed the people in front of me to leave without paying for their groceries and put them on my tab. I was still unloading my cart and did not notice at first. I went to put my Ralph’s ID # in and couldn’t I told the cashier who then told me I had already done it. The manager came over we went to another register and the same issue was happening. The manager was snarky and said someone else must have put their number In And did it really matter as long as I was getting the discounts she looked at the cashier and snarkily said “well she wants her card”. At this point the cashier and I realize the total was much more than what my total should be. So we void the transaction and start over. The total went down by $300. The manager was awful and should have noticed this. It seems that she and the original cashier were just letting friends go without paying and charging others for their items.

Both Aimee and Kristin who work on the night shift are the rudest, most disrespectful people Ive ever come across . Extremely unprofessional and continuously cuss loud enough for customers to hear and they also take pics on their phone when they are supposed to be working . They should both find a job that doesnt deal with people . Get rid of them! Im not the first person to review them, therefore, they are directly causing Ralphs to lose money... Please find someone who appreciates their job and is a nice human being.

I come to this store very often like 3 to 5 times a week because I like to eat my food fresh. Danny who work at the Deli or where they sale ham and chicken is super nice and I wish he work there more often. And Emery who work the cash register is very nice and friendly as well.

This manager Adela at this Ralph’s 🤬 She has no customer service skills! I will not be shopping at Ralph’s anymore! Never!! If Ralph’s Corporate is not reading these reviews, what’s that tell you?! These are the most disrespectful, loud mouth, inconsiderate employees I have ever come across! Who in their right mind hires people that cuss and disrespect not only each other but loud talk customers too! Wake up Ralph’s!

Updated review .3/31/2018 I had this wire in my tuna salad, prepared at Ralphs in the deli. Oc health called out they have to see wire fall into tuna salad to do something about it. Honestly such a horrid response to a concerned American. Food poisoning is never fun...

Its been recently remodeled, and has a good selection of products. As grocery stores go, they are above average. So are their prices.But they also have the BEST in store bakery of any grocery chain! if you want fresh baked bread, pies, or cakes this is the only chain Id trust.

I got everything I was looking for reasonable prices. The staff is fantastic and the store is well stocked. Great store.

Did not have my ralphs card and the lady at the front wasn’t even kind enough to swipe one (most cashiers will do this). I spent $25 on my groceries. There stuff is overpriced. I’ll continue to stay loyal to Stater Brothers.

This store has recently been remodeled so it has a nice fresh look. Overall the store is very clean and well-organized. They even have a kitchen where you can purchase freshly cooked meats and side dishes. The customer service though is a little lacking. For example, one of the items that I specifically went to the store for was left behind. When I got home and realized I didnt have it, I called the store to see what we could work out. I dont often visit this store so it would have been a little out of my way to go back to them. So while I was on the phone I got connected to the manager and I asked him for a refund of that specific item. I even offered to photocopy the receipt and email it to him. The manager flat out said no and the credit card that I used would have to be brought into the store in order to process a refund. I was a little put off by this because any time a situation needs to be rectified where a credit card was involved generally you can have your credit card refunded over the telephone without any further issues. So maybe the managers hands were tied in this case, I get that. But I do think that Ralphs as a company should look at their policies in situations like this.

Complete waste of my timeI selected a number of itemsI used the self check outI was goals as a number of items did not ring to the sale price that any discounted items including in store sales have to be scanned by store employeesThis was after I had to wait for the single person helping four sled checkout stations to assist me.I brought this up to managementAs why not just have signs at the store saying this policyHE said no there was noneSo I asked why do you people State that and why were thes item not scannedI did not get an answer in any form of the English language that made senseI said this and of course got no whereSo the manager will not apologize for His staff screwing up or poor communicationIf this is a store wide issue then I fear food safety

If you want to get treated poorly then make sure you go to this Ralph’s. And definitely make sure you talk to Aimee. She treated me terribly. Very condescending and rude. So unnecessary. Go to Albertsons across the street!

Great service from great employees. Vanessa, Sydney, Alex, Michelle, Liz, Eddy, and the rest of the staff are always amazing. The service deli is great and the sushi section isnt too bad. Meat department is always sparkling clean and well stocked. Managers specials are not to be missed. The new remodel is nice, and includes some new features such as the bulk section. The best ralphs in the area for sure.

Well, I usually enjoy a good shopping experience at Ralphs. Tonight I went to deli for some lunch meat and cheese. Two young men behind the counter, discussing who should stay and who should go on break. One was selected and then #2 finally acknowledged me. I told him my order, some turkey and some white American cheese. By the time he pulled out the turkey he had to ask me again what kind of cheese. As he pulled the cheese, approaching from stage right, a third man entered the scene, sounding like Alices white rabbit, except his lament was that someone needed a password and the man helping me had to provide it. So man #2 dropped the cheese saying, ok, so will you wait on her? Her, not, the valued customer, just her. No eye contact. The white rabbit continued fussing about the password, so I just gave up and went to pay for the rest of my cart. I guess Ill go without a sandwichUnless there was a terminally ill person who desperately needed the password, I am relatively certain I was treated poorly.

Kristin and Aimee are HORRIBLE. If you make the mistake of keeping them employed, do us all a favor and put them somewhere they don’t interact with people.

This is one of the larger Ralphs. Most impressive is the vast array of bulk items: steel cut oats were especially inexpensive, as well as sweets, dried organic fruits, spices, and the like.There is an extensive amount of Asian and Kosher products, fresh & organic produce, and kitchen items.Ill most certainly be returning here!

I had a good experience here. The guy helping at self check out was very nice and helpful. The popcorn seasoning I bought was more expensive than at Target but they had a better selection.

Ralphs is a really awesome grocery market where you can buy all sorts of good stuff. You can buy anything you want in there also tables out front where you can eat your food for example there is one spot one dollars in chips do you have room cheap stuff. I bought a lot of stuff from ralphs in the past and it is the best and cheapest grocery store ever with the best deals! I recommend Ralphs for everyone

Needs a better interior set

Well syocked and lit with plenty of cashiers and employees to help out. All the employees seemed happy which I really think reflects well on the store.The only problem is the ice cream i bought was completely melted and then refroze. This always makes me nervous because it means someone left a palette of frozen food out so long it melted. What else did they leave out that is not as obvious as ice cream?

This store is close to my work so I have been here several times. The workers are friendly and the store is clean. I have a last min cake that I needed to get for a co worker and the deli was very understanding and helped me by decorating it last min. They have a very large selection for lunch with a salad bar, sandwiches etc. Almost too much to chose from.

The staff in this store is always above and beyond from the deli to the checkers to the meat department and management in this store does an excellent job of making sure theres all kinds of great specials and high quality food and high-quality Deli thank you Ralph for the Fountain Valley store after you closed Huntington Beach store I was worried but youve done a great job of making sure theres plenty of assistance in the Fountain Valley store the only thing that I could see for improvement is a few more self checkouts thank you Alice

I was disappointed with the Meat and Seafood counter once upon a time, but this Ralphs eventually won me over with their consistency. They have certain things here you can’t find at other stores with regularity and it makes them stand out. Wish the health aisle was its own section, but they’re doing the best they can with the space provided. Too bad there isn’t a second level...

Ralph has updated their store, and it looks great. I will need a couple more shopping trips to become familiar with new locations of their products but grateful the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The store was very well laid out and everyone was very helpful. Check out was nice as well, which is always appreciated. A bonus was that they had a hard to find item, even in the Kroger stores, in stock with ample supply.

I got told I had to be over 60 to shop at 6:30 yet there are people shopping around my age a bit older but not 60 your people should be at the door saying just that but they are no!!! All I was trying to buy a couple oranges FOR MY GRANDMOTHER!!! Now she has to wait this is unfair!!

Ralphs produce is very beautifully displayed. The Isles are clearly marked making it easy to find items. The person at the checkout counter was very friendly.

They are remodeling yet again. Its like the 3rd remodel in the past 7 years. If you have that kind of money, then pay your employees more and discount your prices. NOW THEY HAVE THIS STUPID PAY AS YOU GO THING. you grap a bar code reader and while you shop, you scan your items then you go to a separate check out lane to pay with your online account linked to your phone. There are only 5 check out lanes that have a checker now. If I have to do a checkers job I want 50% off my bill every time. They keep cutting jobs to save money for them selfs. Albertsons is my new store now. Its literally across the street. Have fun with the upcoming holiday season morons.

Ralph is my favorite grocery store. Not sure that I like the new arrangement. More self check out and less full service check out. They have a new scan as you shop system that will take some time to get use to using.

Theyve redesigned the layout with higher shelves. So, there is more to purchase butbyiu cant reach the too shelve so it doesnt really matter.

A Kroger store offering not just the basics but also a broad selection of specialty items, a lovely cheese department, a fresh fish and meat department, a bakery & a well-stocked deli.

I love this Ralphs store. #1 is the people are awesome. I learned how to pick artichokes from one produce guy. Another let us sample tomatillos along with a recipe for salsa. The guys in the meat department always have some great ideas for cooking n grilling.The organic section is great. Fresh n the price is close to regular veggies.Theres a great Asian section with a huge variety of spices n sauces.They probably have the biggest selection of coffee I seen. Of course the wine area is huge, its California. Good selection of beer too.One of my favorite area is the fresh cut sandwich meat section. Awesome selection of Turkey, ham and more. Great selection of cheeses to. Buy by the pound.The cooked food section is pretty good too. I highly suggest the ribs. Excellent.The checkout experience is always fast and friendly. This is my go too store!
