Family Dollar in Fountain co, is a great store to shop !! The store clerks are extremely polite and super friendly and extremely helpful and extremely respectful and make it impossible to want to shop at any other store!!!!!

Convenient. Just dont ask to use the bathroom. The staff is great but if you have to use the restroom, all of that goes out the window. 3 yrs of the bathroom being broken?? Gtfoh.

Always a great customer experience their never any issues I come in get what I kneed n Im out . They treat you like family their and always ready to assist me if I kneed help . The store is usually clean and the items always r in the same place so Im not taking allot of time trying to find what I kneed. My customer experiences their is always great i shop their multiple times during the week.

Other than convenience stores, this is the closet thing to a store in Fountain. It has household goods, personal hygiene items, food products, clothing, calling cards, small assortment of electronics and appliances. Generally I am in and out in less than 15 minutes. The associates are helpful and friendly and it doesn’t seem to get too crowded. I believe they have a freezer/refrigerated section for milk, ice cream, eggs, etc.

Nice and friendly. New floors yeah and clean.

Little claustrophobic due to very close isles and end caps. It was clean, well lit and the staff was very friendly.

Why have a sign on the door requiring shoppers to wear masks when the employees are not wearing masks, we walk in with masks on and several shoppers had no masks on, Hmmm lazy employees? Also why is it shipments sit in isles for days you literally have to climb over boxes to get around that store dont see any cleaning protocols taking place either.

I literally walked in the door and asked a question and got the a very rude response from a female employee short darker hair. Do not recommend

Manager is rude and unprofessional!! On the company phone when I walked in talking up a storm, shouts at me 20 minutes!!! Four people came in after me and she said nothing to them! So I called and asked her why she profiled me? She told me to call corporate and hung up on me!!!!

Seen in movie cop car with Kevin Bacon. 35min into movie, Kevin bacon pulls up to cross section of Ohio and Santa fe avenue. Bacon is on 300blck of West Ohio and you can see family dollar on his left past the intersection. Zoom in, its all still the same. The trailer camper in the movie is still also in the parking lot next to the road. Its here that another movie character notices him when he doesnt want to be seen.

I like this store simply because it is in our neighborhood. I will always support where i live and its patrons. They have great customer service and they are very polite.

I dont know all the family dollars but the one here in fountain Colorado is the best one Ive ever been in . Its always super clean always stocked and the friendliest crew every one any hour your guaranteed a smile and a hello . I give my family dollar family 100 stars . Thdeals

I didn’t realize it was close to closing when I went in there a little while ago. The check out lady screamed at me and my child that we had three minutes. Then told the other worker to lock the door and let people out as they leave. And while looking for what I needed someone had moped and forgot to put out the wet floor signs.

Approx 30 mins ago, I sent my 19yr old daughter & my 13yr old son to this store for hamburger buns. Upon returning home, my daughter was shaking, visibly upset & embarrassed. My son was also upset & embarrassed. The ASM on duty, Joann, had just very loudly accused my son of having stolen candy in his pocket. Asking them from across the isle, if he had that with him when he came in the store. & what was in his pocket Both my kids were confused @ 1st as to what & who she was talking to. They realized the ASM was talking about my sons phone in his pocket. My kids were so embarrassed & didnt know what to do. The ASM did not even bother to apologize to them or to me when I returned to the store to confront her for the way she spoke to & treated my kids. When I confronted her about it, Joann did admit that she thought my son had a box of Ike & Mikes in his pocket. She did admit this also, in front of the cashier who was standing nearby.The ASM, Joann, should be held accountable for her treatment of my kids, who were paying customers. @ the very least written up for talking/treating customers in this manner. It is unacceptable to treat customers in this way!!! I have also called the DM, & corporate, & will also be speaking to the store manager on this.

Parking lot looks like Baghdad after a B52 bombing run. Suggest parking across the street unless driving a lifted 4WD vehicle.
