I’ve had a fantastic experience with the team at Automatic Appliance. I first found them a couple of years ago, when my gas range was in need of repair. Recently the range needed repair again, and I didn’t hesitate to call them. Unfortunately it was going to be expensive to fix (it needed 3 parts), and so I decided to buy a new one. They were extremely helpful in selecting a new range, and I felt I got a great price. The delivery this week was smooth (on time and efficient); they work with a plumber so that I didn’t have to coordinate the timing between the delivery and hook-up. They are honest and dependable, and their customer service (from the front office to repair to sales) can’t be beat. I highly recommend them! Thank you Pam, Joann, Bob and Jim!

Just had our new microwave installed 2/8/21, and were so impressed with the whole process. Our over the range m/w was on its last legs so I was doing some research on what to buy next and where to go. If youre thinking the big box stores have the best prices - think again. We were very happy to see that all the prices we looked at were better than big-box. Not so for other local places. There were plenty of models to look at and compare. We had to put ours on order, but the oven arrived sooner than quoted, and delivery was scheduled quickly. The delivery was great - arrived on time, super clean and covid safe, very personable guys worked well together even with some unexpected cabinet issues. They did a great job and cleaned up taking all the packaging, and the old oven. AND - when we ordered the oven, they sent us home with a LOANER :-) :-) A leftover life saver for sure.

Weve been customers for many, many years for major appliances. We suddenly needed a new counter-top microwave recently, and thought to call Automatic to check on availability. They had it ready for us the next morning. Were happy to support small local businesses, and we enjoy the professional expertise and personal service.

Our dryer stopped spinning? My husband went to their business and bought a new belt.The gentleman was very nice as he explained to my husband that it was not an easy job.After two days of trying to get the belt on he let me call them up to come HELP!!They sent someone out in less than 2 hours. He had the dryer working within 15 minutes. He couldNot have been nicer or kinder re-iterating to my husband that it was not an easy job.Friendly, courteous, efficient. Great business.

YAY thank you Automatic Appliance, for being available to service my washing machine. Fast response, owner Jim arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and fixed in less than one hour. A very fair price was paid! Id use them again in a second, and when its time to replace that washing machine instead of repair it, Ill go to Automatic instead of a big-box store. Customer service is a priority with this family-run, local business! A great buying experience. I recently purchased all new kitchen appliances. Jim, one of the owners, spent a lot of time making sure I understood the difference between appliances. I never felt rushed but he was also sensitive to my time schedule. He even had an employee call hours before delivery when he found out that the fridge was on back order to try to save me from cleaning out my fridge. All of his employees, including office staff and installers are equally devoted to making customers happy. He and his employees also did not smell of smoke and were very respectful of my home during the installation. Recommend this company highly!!

After attempting some cleaning and a bit of troubleshooting of my dryer, I called Automatic Appliance Service and spoke to Jim. Because of a busy schedule of repairs he couldnt make it to my house for almost a week. I described the problem to him, and the fixes I had attempted so far, and he helped me figure out which parts to replace. I drove over and he had the parts waiting for me. Had a nice chat, got a few tips, and headed home where I had the dryer working in about 20 minutes (for $24 in parts and a short drive). Terrific service and help. Ill definitely return the next time I need appliance help.

After looking around at the big box stores and other local appliance dealers, I ended up where my family has purchased and serviced appliances for as long as I can remember (my mom bought all her appliances here when I was growing up). Ive worked with the team at Automatic Appliance for several years. Ive purchased several appliances from them and used them for in-home service.I cant say enough good things about them. Theyre honest, trustworthy, dependable, and offer good advice. Just this morning I called in because my dishwasher wasnt draining and Jim asked me to try a few things over the phone. The fix solved the problem, but if it hadnt, he was planning to send someone over this afternoon to look at it. Theyre knowledgeable, responsive and honest - I cant recommend them highly enough.

I appreciate small family run businesses. I had been to Sears already and worked with a very nice sales person but came away more confused than ever.Joanne, the owner, spent quite a bit of time with me showing me a variety of models and washer types. She was professional, informative and patient. (And funny!) She had lots of information she could share with me. They only sell models and brands that they recommend and you can see them in the store. That inspired my confidence. We also looked at her IPad for detailed information as we perused different ideas, questions, and concerns. She gave me all of her time and I came away knowing very clearly how to make my decision.I was very pleased that they match prices with their competitors. In fact, I would understand if they didnt do that because they give you so much personal service. But they do!My washer and dryer were delivered by Jim, the owner and his assistant and I couldnt have been more pleased at the attention to detail they gave to the job. They were right on time. They taught us about safety and efficiency at the installation and I was grateful for that. They improved the position of the dryer vent from what it had been and explained why.I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of Automatic Appliance’s customer service. Had a refrigerator repair that I was VERY stressed out about. Jim and crew were amazing! They talked me through every I needed to know, provided the parts, and helping get the job done. With service being non existent at the big box stores this place is a gem!

Experience on all levels was superb. Arrangement and availability of the appliance we were seeking, LG French Door refrigerator 26 cu feet, water/ ice and happens to have smart technology . The measurements worked for what we needed, pricing,commensurate to other appliance stores,, delivery and take away was offered and a great deal . Also the delivery was personalized, easy and very competently completed . The exisitng copper water line to the fridge was supported, used.and appreciated,by sales ( most appliance stores insisted on customers buying their plastic line hook ups and refused the copper water connection line. They wanted the customer to use a plastic connection, only, to the fridge from the water connection and it is inferior to copper). They were great on all levels . The customer service was good, details were good, excellent follow up and they are a factory authorized dealer . So far there is no down side . Can get filters for fridge. Stay away from these professionals. I invited them to diagnose and repair my dishwasher and after initial visit ($84) they spend 3 days to offer me a quote to do a repair for $400, because they did not want to select which part out of 2 is broken and wanted to replace both. I searched the Internet, found a simple test how to tell which one is broken, bought the replacement for $92, installed it in 10 minutes and everything works

Jim has saved the day over the years and he did it again this week. Jim delivered and installed a new washing machine after our 30-year old Maytag died (Jim installed that previous machine in 1989). My husband washes clothes ever day since he stubbornly owns only 4 pair of underwear. He insists that that is all he needs. Well, when our 30-year old Maytag finally died, my husband was in a panic. Jim came to the rescue and delivered and installed the machine himself. Automatic Appliance Service is a wonderful and knowledgeable place to come for help, service, advice and a good buy.

Customer service was fantastic. I had to replace my old broken refrigerator of unusual size. This shop was the only place where people listened to my needs and requirement, and provided options with a clear explanation of their pros and cons. Before visiting Automatic Appliances I tried Lowes and Home Depot -- I was not able to find any customer service there. I also visited Belchers Appliances and found their customer service non-intelligent.

Again Jim comes through! I asked Automatic Appliance to check on an item that they dont normally stock, and they beat the price and delivery time of the best internet deal Id found. Thanks...again!
