The measure of a good retailer is not just what they can sell you but what they do when something goes wrong. Something went wrong with my stove. There are a lot of retailers that would have just said its your problem and for a lot of different reasons, I would have been stuck. But I bought from Yale, so Yale to the rescue. They sorted my problem in a way that was more than fair, and they did it quickly and hassle-free. I will never shop for appliances anywhere but Yale. Was looking for a fridge and had done some research prior to visiting the store. Sales rep was knowledgeable and quickly helped us make a decision. Lots of communication leading up to the delivery date. Delivery team was professional and efficient. Moved the old fridge into the garage and installed the new fridge. They were also able to successfully deal with an unexpected problem with the water hookup. Overall I am very satisfied with all aspects of my experience and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Yale for your appliance purchase.

Our Saleswoman Ariela was wonderful. She found a way to make the product available sooner than expected -given supply line issues these days and also did some price matching. She was very pleasant to work with. The delivery men were first rate and knew exactly how to tackle the problem of small door, big appliance as well as assembly. They were on time.They were polite, efficient and friendly.

Delivery of dishwasher went so well today. Delivery was 15 minutes ahead of schedule and install time was estimated at about 1 hr. Flooring was covered and cabinetry was protected and installation began. They worked seamlessly together to remove old dishwasher and install new one. All connections were checked several times by each of the installers and 1 hr and 10 mins later they were done. The men left area clean and neat. No damage to flooring or cabinets. Just needed to wash floor after and wipe up a bit. They wore masks the entire time and were courteous, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Yale Appliance does a wonderful job from choosing your product to installation to follow up long after your purchase. I have had several other appliances installed by Yale and they never disappoint in their service. Thank you so much. I am a very happy customer.

Unbelievably good experience replacing a dishwasher and microwave (esp compared to past nightmares with other retailers!) They offer the option of doing a video call instead of visiting the showroom, which in itself was a huge plus for convenience. They paid attention to my requirements, were realistic about what’s available in-stock, and made great recommendations with no “sales-y” tactics. Then the delivery took place on the day it was supposed to (they even send you texts to track exactly when it’ll arrive) and they installed both appliances super efficiently and made sure everything worked. The whole process was seriously a dream.

Great experience. Delivery was seamless. Highly recommend. Only feedback would be to ensure the the salesperson mentions that no interest financing is available when asked for payment. I knew it was available going in to make my purchase; however, the salesperson did not mention it. Very knowledgeable salesperson. He answered all my questions. The installers were very thorough and laid out pads to protect the floor. They worked steadily till the job was done. Showed me controls and inside the dishwasher. They cleaned up afterwards and were very polite.

We were disappointed that we couldnt get the range and fridge we wanted, but that is no reflection on Yale, of course. We were able to get the microwave and it was delivered quickly and installed perfectly. The staff at the store was great and the delivery/installation guys were wonderful. After a horrible experience at a big box store that shall remain nameless a few years back at my former home, this experience was so refreshing. We look forward to working with Yale in the future when appliances are not so hard to get...this is going on everywhere, and I advise everyone to be patient at this difficult time were all dealing with.

Salesperson organized, efficient. Installation scheduled and updated with Chatbot -- very good. Installatioin very neat and efficient. I only wish that the installer had asked if I have hard water -- I do -- as most people in this area do. And then if he helped set the hardness level in the settings. I found it very challenging to finally get to that setting. I had to call service for help. One other thing -- I bought an extended warranty. Id like to have a paper with the confirmation number, in case I need to use it.

Wonderful experience with Yale Appliance. From the time of our first appointment to delivery, they were fantastic. The delivery driver also proactively notified us of a scratch in our new dryer, called the service center who then called me to give us 5% back for the inconvenience. Will definitely recommend.

My husband and I scheduled an appointment to look at a Washer and Dryer for our new home. Making the appointment was very easy and we met with Danny Nguyen who was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, understood our criteria, and was able to make great recommendations. I recently had my washer repaired with Yales service department. I purchased the machine (or, the computer that washes clothes) about five years ago from Yale. Unfortunately, I had a problem with it, but the service at Yale was truly exceptional! You can buy products anywhere, I suppose; however, Yale has been very good with their service- even during this crazy time! He was thoughtful in asking for placement, if there was an old appliance that needed to be removed and even left a cardboard mat under the appliance so the floor would not get damaged! We had a terrible time with a 2 year old Samsung refrigerator that caught on fire while we were home thankfully. We bought it a Best Buy and because we didnt buy their service agreement they didnt help us. We had to go directly to Samsung. We went to Yale Appliance and their sales people knew everything there was to know about refrigerators (including stay away from Samsung refrigerators). We purchased a new Kitchen Aid refrigerator from them that was just delivered. The service from the knowledgeable sales people to the delivery people was great.. They will price match if you find the product cheaper else where. Additionally they will service all the products you buy through them. All in all a very good experience and well be purchasing all out appliances through them in the future.

I will probably only buy my appliances from Yale going forward. On this particular time, my salesperson wasnt very responsive- took 2 weeks and several follow ups to get answers, a few times, but Ill just work with someone else next time. Delivery was great!

What a time saver. I didn’t click well with the sales rep because instead of offering me service info, he just kept agreeing with everything I said and I felt placated instead of informed. He was unaware of the service stats posted on your website. However, when I brought it to his attention he changed his approach. It could have just been a FaceTime issue. Yale is an awesome, reliable company to do business with and I would use them again when needed.

My installation was scheduled between 830-1030 AM and the team showed up approximately 20 minutes early. Both gentlemen were friendly and courteous and completed the job quickly. I was extremely happy with my installation experience.

We nave used Yale for over 30 years for major appliances, sinks, lighting, advice, etc. Same salesperson -- Neil-- same outstanding service, and same professionalism. You could probably get a lower appliance price elsewhere. But you will NOT get their customer service, which is the best bar none! I usually dont write reviews but my experience with Yale Appliances was wonderful! From the sales person to the installation guys! I bought the appliance and was told from the start that there was a backorder due to COVID. I was ready when I got the follow up phone call from the sales person saying the oven was going to take a little longer to arrive. They also explained to me I needed an electrician to be sure the electrical panel had the correct amperage. I did a virtual zoom meeting with the installation person and I measured my cabinet under his guidance. Sales person called me when the oven arrived. Installation was scheduled within 10 days. Team came within the 2-hour window that was given to me, made all the changes needed to my cabinets and installed my oven in 2 hours. They left everything clean and neat and gave me a quick overview of the product. They were all amazing!

I got all the information I needed for a quick purchase of a new gas stove when the oven door fell off my 16 year old stove from Todd. I was able to get my new stove within a week. Weve bought several appliances from Yale over the years and have always been satisfied with their service. When our refrigerator started to die we shopped around but returned to Yale. We were in a hurry because living without a reliable fridge in the summer isnt fun. When their delivery scheduling pushed our delivery out two weeks we asked them to try to expedite the order and they ended up delivering it that week. However, the fridge they delivered had some issues that only turned up after a couple of hours. It would display an error message and shut down. We had to flip the circuit breaker to restart it every couple of hours We called, explained, the issue and they delivered a new fridge the next day, no problem! This is why we like to go to Yale.

We have used Yale for years and just love their service. We had a new Dishwasher installed today and the lead technician Walter was excellent. Will always use Yale for all of our appliance needs!

Our sales rep Ariela was beyond awesome. She made our entire experience smooth and addressed all our concerns and made adjustments to our order as our kitchen designed evolved. Customer service on the other hand was very difficult to deal with and caused unnecessary stress during our renovating process. If it were not for Ariela’s constant guidance and reassurance we would not have seen this to completion.

I got my new Maytag washer and dryer with in 3 business days after my initial call. Both washer and dryer have been installed within 20 minutes.. Shopping experience was great but first delivery of washer and dryer did not go as expected. My wife asked the delivery folks to unpack the machines and stack them in a specific spot in our garage. They unpacked them but did not stack them and left them in a different spot where they were in the way and I subsequently had to move them. Unfortunately my wife and I were on conference calls for work so could not double-check before they left.Edit: Yale reached out to discuss our concerns and they were very helpful in resolving our issue. The follow-up is greatly appreciated.
