Its a Gamestop. If you want to find used games they have them for todays gen. systems, but you are better off buying them new or online. Youll likely pay very close to full price for used, which is one of the two revenue streams they have (second is the member card).If you have a wishlist option for your playform, wait until a game goes on sale during a holiday.

Game stop never has the games that they put out on the shelf... this is the third one I went to and they didnt have any of the games we were looking for. We then found a ds game we were going to get and the cashier couldnt find the keys it was just a mess. They need to hire better staff and actually make sure the cases on the shelves have games or remove them... they are always standing around not sure why that cant be done. This seems to be a going theme for game stops ... very upset with the trip here.... we drove far to get to it as well for nothing... get it together!

Young gentleman running the show was very knowledgeable, friendly and just so helpful. I was clueless about what my grandson wanted for his birthday (hadnt ever heard of it) he walked us through it and I couldnt be happier.

My recent visit was the worst experience ive ever had, not only did the manager make fun of me and one of my family members, it continued until I was going to leave. They only back down after they were called out, all because we often visit the store, but because of the lack of products, thats the reasoning of the foolish act. This is not how you treat customers, fix your staff, because there was no excuse for this.

This is less an employee issue and more of a GameStop issue. Trading is the pinnacle of their business. Some stores say they can’t accept trades for cash. Others say they can. Is it manager’s discretion? Is it what phase of the moon in the sky? I want to definitively know what the rules are. I understand there’s restrictions with COVID but what I can’t stand is inconsistency and misinformation. I was trying to sell my phone. Went to 3 different GameStops. None could give me cash. Last week I traded in a game at the same location and they gave me cash. So it is less risky to handle smaller lumps of cash (when inevitably people are paying with it anyways) or is this just another way for you to sink your money into their failing business?

Stand in line for 4 hours for ps5, then they said sold out. Inside the store was 10 people, but on the front door sign SAD 5 people max capacity!!! THIS IS DURING COVID VIRUS!!! Can you believe this. Why can they do something about!!!! I’m going to call STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Maybe they shut them down!!!

The store manager from store 078 Paul (642028) was very unhelpful, after waiting outside the store for 1 hour in the rain and then 2 more hours in store due to system being slow to update left empty handed. Totally unprofessional leadership and promised 4 people in line that they were ok to purchase merchandise, thus why ppl waited, but after system that was down went up they uncaringly said everything was sold out and they just received an email about it.Wasted half our day there due to them and left with nothing after 3 hours of empty promises. Totally clueless manager who left many ppl out in the rain instead of notifying them early on about the limited stock. >_>

People are very friendly and real with you here! Tons of collectibles and video games for purchase.

Traded in my Nintendo switch console to find out they never actually factory resetted it now they sold the switch to someone with my info in it.

Worse staff no help my son asked for the price for Pokémon cards he said I half to answer the phone it’s a customer and as for the Asian women part of the staff she took forever to help us get a controller that staff looks miserable. Youve lost my business. Ive probably spent 10k at this company since I was little and I cant return a console or game within 30 days? Absolutely rediculous. Every other major tech seller lets you return major products. There may be a restock fee but you can return them. I will never buy from GameStop again unless this issue is resolved.

I love it here. They still have PS3 and Xbox 360 games so if you still havent upgraded, dont you worry. The employees are nice, they always spark a nerdy conversation with you while your buying a video game or console or whatever. I give it a 4/5

Upon entering this GameStop, I was followed around by one of the employees and he kept trying to talk to me about his favorite game of the past week. I told him I didnt need any help and he just continued to follow me and bother me. I was just browsing the titles while buddy sold something to them. Ill just go back to buying my games on Amazon again.

The only staff member (the cashier) super friendly and very knowledgeable about many items.

Great people here in Framingham. But if you order from GameStop on line and want to cancel or change the order, good luck it took me 4 hours before I got results and then only through their customer service at corporate headquarters. GameStop has the worst customer service ever, they do not even rate 1 star

Great location! The associate assisting us was very knowledgeable about the E3 promotions going on and was able to assist us with our pre-orders.

Just go to this gamestop if possible and ignore the others, great/friendly customer service, associate will go the extra mile for you.

I turned in about 30 games for the Xbox One I was astounded how I only received $3.26 store credit especially since I had purchased one of these games there three months ago at $59.99 both employees there had large holes in their ears with fluorescent earrings and ponytails which I thought was strange it made me slightly unnerved. They seem to only want to talk about Roblox role playing.

Helpful and friendly staff

The staffs helpfulness seem to be extremely hit-or-miss. I came in to obtain a game code for a game distribution that GameStop was doing earlier in the month. Less than a week after it started, the associate said they were all out of the Nintendo-provided cards. After asking him to print one out of the POS, he refused to even look it up in the POS, insisting it wasnt possible. At another GameStop that ran out the following week, I had absolutely no problems obtaining the printed code. Either this particular associate was poorly-trained or wasnt thrilled that I didnt want to pre-order any games. Working there in the past, I understand the desire to book reservations, sell warranties, etc., but I also knew associates who would refuse to give out the freebies without money changing hands, such as a pre-order.

Went here to process a return from online store but was unsuccessful, though they did try to do it but couldnt figure it out. I really only use this company for pre-orders and pre-order backups, so not much else to say.
