They brought my laptop back from the grave. I thought I had a dead monitor. That would need a gurney or wheelchair to take it back home.Not true, they fixed the monitor and some other operating issues for a fairprice. Very happy with the results.

My Apple Mac computer crashed, as well as my two back up external drives. An Apple technician was able to do an information download to a new computer, but it was incomprehensible to me, with nothing formatted in a way I was able to understand.Fortunately, my bookkeeper recommended PC Healthstop, which he uses. Peg and Freddy listened to me, understood my problems and needs, and worked efficiently and quickly to restore my computer. I had great service and I am thrilled with the company.They did an excellent job in restoring my information in a way that I could understand and they were able to get the backup information off the two external drives. They also set up a new external drive with all my information from the computer. They worked with me for an hour to help me understand the computer and they made adjustments so that I was comfortable using it. Later when I picked up the new external hard drive, Freddy helped me understand how that worked as well.I will definitely use PC Healthstop in the future, if I have problems, and I highly recommend them.

You will not believe the expertise and quality of repair that this group provides! I was told that my 4 year old PC was not fixable where I purchased it from due to its age, are you kidding me? Is this a ploy to get you to buy a new PC? So I brought it to these experts and it was fixed in 2 days! No need to buy a pricey maintenance plan because you will always get the best deal for repairs! Just try them once and you will never go back to the place that hopes you will not find out about after-market parts! Terrific value for the dollar but outstanding expertise from both their knowledge and ability to repair. I now trust them because they did fix a PC that the Big Boys couldnt!

Excellent service from these guys! never had a problem with service, price, or anything of the sort, and they have been the ones entrusted to fix my computers for years now. The owner, Gary, is a very straightforward man, and when I brought a laptop in, he flat out told me once they looked at it, that it wouldnt be worth fixing, because the motherboard was dead, and rather than spend close to 300 bucks on it, it would be better to look at newer laptops. Would highly recommend working with them!

ScammersI bought their plan. One pays around $200 for a years worth of being able to bring in the computer and get it cleaned up from viruses and get it restored to smooth running . I also, at their recommendation bought a virus protection program.Not only did the virus protection not protect my computer, but when I brought it in to get fixed they said that they couldnt do it without some outside software. During the time I went to look for the necessary software, I left my computer there. Somehow, they managed to get the fix they needed about three weeks after I dropped it off. Coincidentally, this was two days after my contract had run out. They praised themselves to the moon, and then said that they wouldnt give me back the fixed computer unless I bought another year-long contract from them. When I said that I wouldnt pay it, they put my computer back in its broken state to return it to me. They never called me to say that they had found a fix but that it would cost additional, they never asked for permission to spend more of my money, They were sure to tell me how wonderful they are and how they werent going to argue with me.They are arrogant and imperious, and if Im going to have to pay someone to fix my computer, Id rather it be at some place where honesty and forthrightness are important. You can bring your computer here, but I dont know why you would.

Their service is great and all the employees are really friendly! You can tell they care about making sure the customer is completely satisfied with the work that was done. They also have a good sized selection of different types of computers and accessories! I know Ill be taken care of at PC Healthstop.

I brought my PC in for a security cleaning and even if it was cleaned, THEY warned me it was still slow. . . . and it is! *and this is a Healthstop?*They suggested I may need to upgrade my hardware but I think there is still malware on the PC which they couldnt remove.Unlike other PC repair places, there was no demo of the PC when I went to pick it up. They just put it in my car. Get a demo before you pay or better, yet, find a better PC service and repair place! My PC was obviously not repaired!

Scam operation. Cannot be trusted in any way. Will lie, deceive and do anything to get you to pay, then pay more, then pay yet again.In the end, PC Healthstop is not likely to even fix your problem, just charge you more and more and explain that they tried everything. The laptop was given to them with a minor problem but fully functional for a diagnostic only. The changes that PC Healthstop made to the unit crippled it from ever booting and they recommended paying them to recover the data.What they did to our laptop was criminal and we are contemplating file complaints with the Attorney General and in Civil Court.

I was traveling through Natick for a wedding when my computer died a terrible, terrible death. These guys were able to help me, save most of the information off of my hard drive, and install a new hard drive all in one day (around my hectic schedule). They went above and beyond and were extremely cheerful and helpful the whole time. I cant recommend these guys highly enough.

Place is awesome in and out in 3 hours, wouldnt go anywhere else

I came in there a few weeks ago. The place looked like a third world electronic junk yard. After waiting to talking to a tech about a virus on my I pad had he said they usually dont work on them but he could fix it if I waited. I came back and picked it up. Got back to my hotel and it would not boot up.After I called them back and said what happened the tech asked if I had backed it up. He said I you have it backed up then I suggest restore everything.
