They will lose your package by delivering it at the wrong parcel locker. Then when you call them, theyll refer you to the customer service that will take at least 30 minutes to pick up. Postal service is better.
On 15 December 2020 at 8:00 p.m. I came in to ship an urgent and fragile package right before close during the holiday season in the middle of a pandemic and one of their employees (Conrad) was a huge help. He walked me through my options for shipping methods and while explaining the pros and cons of each while also taking the time to double wrap everything to keep it safe from the elements. He did this all with such a pleasant demeanor that I would never have expected someone to have at the end of their shift after dealing with customers all day. Working with him is reason enough to use to this location.
I swing by this FedEx location on a weekly basis and consistently, the employees here get the job done. They make the process seamless and are always available to help/answer any questions.
Balding guy with glasses was the absolute rudest and most condescending human for no actual reason. I’m switching to UPS.
Easy place to drop off pre-paid boxes and ship out your items.Employee (manager?) working most every day is Conrad. He is embodies service with a smile and always helps out. Even in the middle of a pandemic he was super helpful and curious (as always!)

Unprofessional people who dont understand how the Fedex smart post works. Told me I can not drop off the package said its a USPS one. (It has to be be drop off at Fedex store) and not willing to read documents to judge on their own experiences. Not recommended at all!
Reliably good customer service at this location. Today is particular I was helped by Conrad who greeted me as soon as I walked in, was very kind and helped me get in and out quickly. Not often you leave a shipping store with a smile!
I just came from FedEx in Framingham. Conrad waited on me. What a pleasant, friendly, professional gentleman he is. My package is going to Canada so I needed extra assistance. He was extremely patient!! What a joy. Being so close to Christmas, I was very pleased. FedEx has a valuable employee. Excellent customer service skills!

Amazing service. I was there to drop some visa docs and the guys knew exactly how to send it. He packed my docs as per specs without me telling a word. Impressive!
Came here to pick-up a package (Monday 4 PM). Waited in line for 45 minutes. There was one hard-working guy behind the counter, at least 4 other co-workers doing nothing (that I could see). Service much worse than the RMV or even the USPS office (down the street). FedEx was once a premiere service-oriented company, but that is no longer true. I will do everything possible to avoid having to come to this location in the future. UPS has much better service.
I was stressed about creating a photo collage for a memorial service for my father. We had very little time and I was not sure we could get it done. After assembling the photos into a JPEG, I called this FedEx and the employee on the phone was friendly, reassuring and professional. He let me email him the file directly. I was especially impressed that he called me back within 30 minutes with a few clarification questions about the order. We were so pleased by the fast turnaround and the quality of the work. I recommend this FedEx highly.
They were great at helping me with a long distance order! Very impressed that they completed my order perfectly by working with me over the phone/email. I will definitely use this location again. Consistently nice, kind, helpful and friendly! I have been visiting this location for my wedding paper business printing needs for the last couple of years now, and I am always impressed by the professionalism and kindness of this staff! Keep up the great work, guys, its not going unappreciated!!
I have to say that this FedEx store is like no other I have been too. The service is superb. They know what they are doing and it is really well run, especially the guy on Saturdays, Josh I think his name is. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. I drive all the way from Waltham to give them my business as I truly appreciate good service. Keep up the good work.

By far a very rude and disrespectful bunch work at this location.Unfortunately when the manager (black gentleman) treats customers in a rude manner and finds humor in making fun of you when you are clearly not a packing expert like them and question a few things, I wouldnt expect more from their employees.I sure hope the regional managers see my post and look in to this.I own a part time business that is growing and I ship packages 6 days a week. I will probably start looking into UPS.
Oh my god! Worst customer service ever!! Worst experience! Please retrain the customer service people because it seems that they hate their job and treat us like s***.. ridiculous. All I wanted was to fax some stupid papers for my lawyer and this guy was pathetic.. messed up all my papers in which I clearly stated that I had to make sure that we didnt mixed them up!! Extremely disrespectful and had an attitude the whole time... omg I am so pissed. I gave up and went to UPS. Much more reliable and better customer service. They dont just throw you at the fax station. Please re train these people. Nice looking place, HORRIBLE, I repeat, HORRIBLE customer service.
I had the best customer service I have ever received from a Fed Ed Office at this location. The extremely dedicated staff are attentive, polite and speedy with your order. If at all possible, I will always come back to this location.
This happened about 1.5 years ago. I used my credit card for a transaction and they seem to have recorded my information on their systems. They seem to have later billed some of their internal expenses to my name which obviously would never clear. It seems to have eventually gone to collections and I came to know about this after getting phone calls and letters from the collection agency. I had to resolve this after talking to fedex finance dept multiple times and the collection agency. Despite all of the trouble they put me through for no fault of mine, they barely made any attempt to apologize.
Every time I have dropped off packages, they have been nice and helpful.
Dont waste your time here. I was here Monday morning after thanksgiving holiday, no customers in the store and the lady working behind the counter ignores me takes a personal call and leisurely talks over the phone swearing with the person like so unprofessional. If the FedEx in charge cares and whoever it is gets time please take note. Im never coming back to this place
All I could think of (while talking to them on the phone) was what dolts! I chose another shipper because it seemed I couldnt trust them with a letter much less a package. In my humble opinion. Your experience might be different.
Helped out out in a snag. I had to get a poster ready for a conference today and they turned it around in a matter of 3 hours. Great customer service as well.

The team in the store is very helpful. however be careful when you use the online tool, you will be forced into an expensive option - I have been overcharged by $95 for a B&W copy job.
Im a business owner in Framingham and have to say Ive been to this location several times and I now dread the idea of ever returning. Main reason is the location is woefully understaffed and reps are either very new, extremely slow or simply incompetent. This location needs to light a fire under workers to improve customer service and speed. People are sending and receiving packages all day and it should be quick and easy, not slow and painful. I had to send one letter with a certified confirmation receipt and had to wait in line 30 minutes during my entire lunch break to behind two other people (each sending one package each) and then to work with the woman on staff who took 7 additional minutes to process my request. She was very polite, but very slow for someone who is watching 5 people stand in line. Never expected to say USPS (government run!) is way faster, more efficient and much better customer service!!
Gave 1 star because It is not possible to give 0 star. WORST customer service on Earth! They lose packages, they treat you like nothing and they do not care about it! I am tired of this FEDEX location!!

They charge $.59/page to print. I printed roughly 20 pages of black and white and it cost me $16. In addition to charging by the page, they charge $.35/minute to use the computer. Dont come here to print. Instead, head to your local library where itll cost $.15/page.
