This is my favorite UPS location. Jeff is always accommodating, kind and service oriented. I recommend UPS Store on Rt 9 in Framingham to anyone who needs one of their multiple services offered.

Usually use drop box. Used the store as it was convenient. I was last customer of the day. Maybe a tough day for him...he had an attitude. Now my package is lost.go figure.Drop box is looking good...can I review a drop box.

The individual taking my return yelled at me across the store as I walked into the store. There was only one man working and the line was very long. This man assumed that I was trying to return an Amazon package to him that I should be taking to Kohl’s. I was not. From there it only got worse. As others have noted, when I finally got to the front of the line, he refused to give me a piece to tape for a package delivered by UPS and never opened by me. He said I had to buy a roll of that expensive tape in his store or go home and fix it. I said this is a bad experience and he then refused to take the package at all. I have never felt so disrespected in any store. I went down the street to another UPS location where I was greeted with a smile and asked to reinforce the tape in the future by a wonderful employee who put an additional strip of tape on the package. That store is in Natick. They have adequate staffing and absolutely wonderful employees. No one has to be treated with disrespect and meanness. There are options to spend your money with business owners that value every customer and their experience.

Mat at this location was excellent . I am not adept at computers and he guided me thru the whole transaction. I would recommend anybody to see Mat for their ups service.

These guys have a terrible attitude towards Amazon returns customers. Feels like they are being forced by Amazon to accept these returns for no fee to them. Just like the hot Tape issue, the Drop off - No receipt policy needs to be addressed.I asked for a receipt upon my drop off and was told we dont issue receipts, a receipt will be emailed to you. Two days down the line, no email or status change on amazon.com. Called back to the store, and the guy was ranting at me basically refusing to logically answer any questions on why my return doesnt reflect anywhere in the system (both my email as he verbally promised and on amazon.com). He repeatedly told me to call Amazon directly...but how do I call Amazon directly when there is no receipt or acknowledgement that this store took my return?

Nice shop, stop in occasionally to ship things back home to my family in MN. Theyll box and ship whatever you have efficiently. The employees have always been cordial as well. 5/5

Tried to tell me they wouldn’t ship my box because it was wrapped in paper with tape around it. Went down the street to another ups store and had no issue.

This store is fantastic. I go here often and the staff has always been incredibly helpful and friendly. Theyve assisted me anytime I was unsure how to ship a certain item and never had a problem.

Go to another ups store. Completely baffled by the man who was taking packages. Told me he couldn’t give me a receipt with the tracking number, I’m not supposed to “use this box”, and im supposed to tape it. I do this return weekly and never has an ups store given me a hard time what so ever.There are negative reviews for a reason. He seemed flustered — perhaps hire some people to get some help? I told him to give me my package back because quite frankly I did not trust him.I was listening to him critique every customer that walked in there how something was wrong with there package. Will certainly be avoiding this store every time I need to ship out somethingResponse to below:Dear Jeff,Most people in fact do not “laugh at these reviews.” Your the only one clearly laughing. They google businesses to do their research to judge customer service levels — the negative reviews do not seem to be just on the tape, it’s your condescending nature that rubs your customers the wrong way. I went to another UPS store and they printed out the tracking number instantaneously. It seems to me you know you are conveniently located therefore you have no problem coming off the way you do.Although I respect you being the “messenger” UPS prides themselves on there customer service levels and I would highly suggest taking a look at how you come off to your customers. You come off pompous and aggressive — anyone taking a look at your response to me would agree as well. You could of simply informed me on the “proper packaging” and not talk to me like I’m incompetent. Have a nice day

Brett expertly packed my computer the eve before I got on a flight to move across the country. When I opened the boxes in Oregon everything was in perfect condition. His recommendation of 2 smaller boxes instead of one big one proved to be absolutely correct. Thanks!

Helpful customer service! The young guy and the older man who works at the customer service desk were both very helpful and friendly. I used UPS services for the first time and barely knew how anything worked. They explained everything and were helpful. Good job!

Prompt, clean, convenient and offers a whole range of services, most of which I have not even used, but its good to have the option. I think they do passport photos, printing, let you use their computer, I dont know what else. They even shipped by USPS for me once!!! When that was the cheapest option!

I am appalled by the customer service I received when dropping off two large packages (probably close to 75 lbs. each). Brett, inside the store, watched me clearly struggle with the first package (the store was completely empty and he was just standing there behind the counter), without offering to help me. He taped up my package without an issue and I went to get the second package from my car.Jeff, the manager, came out of the dry cleaners next door and helped me bring the package into the store. Once inside, he told me they couldnt accept it and I had to bring it home and prepare it for delivery correctly, since it was not taped shut. I thought he was joking by the way he was talking down to me, being confrontational, and comparing it to bringing a letter to the post office without sealing it, and because I had dropped off the first package prepared exactly the same way with no problem literally moments earlier. He actually said, I was nice enough to carry it into the store for you, but we cant tape it.I have no problem buying tape if thats their policy, however, the tone and the way Jeff spoke to me made me very uncomfortable and confused. Its actually the worst customer service experience I can remember.Ill be contacting Jeffs manager to make sure they are aware that some customer service training is needed.

Needed my daughter to ship my fishing rods and reels from Framingham to Florida. These guys exceeded my packing and shipping expectations!!Bubble wrapped each reel and packed in pretty pink popcorn.....like they were fragile glasses. Rods were placed in a perfect sized box and cushioned too. Great job!!! Arrived on time as promised. A+ rating, and price was great too, for what you needed to do. When you cant count on friends and family, go to these top notch professionals!!Craig Brudner

If I could give negative numbers I would. Staff is horrendous! I was totally harassed at this UPS! I’m traveling and needed to drop off a box but didn’t have packing tape to tape the box. I asked if they could kindly tape it for me and I was told repeatedly (about 5 times) how discourteous I was for not buying packing tape. And as I was leaving the store the workers snicker and belittled me behind my back. So so RUDE! How about you just courteously tape the box like every other shipping company would do without complaint!

The older dude was very rude on the phone. he was giving me ultimatums about my stuff that was being rotated out due to the heavy black friday orders. As if it was my fault. The young guy was cooperative though.
