Recently visited 8/15/21. Drove from Springfield IL. I came to look at 2 vehicles. Used vehicles. Each one had an issue. Checked out 5 more, used vehicles also. Some didn’t start, some had a few issues(bad issues). Waste of travel and time. They do have other nice newer vehicles for financing. The prices on those…..I would never. Bad credit or not car savvy this is the place for you. If you are in the know about prices, car fax, financing, this message is for you, don’t waste your time, don’t come here. I ended up financing a newer, immaculate inside and out, certified used vehicle for a little bit more, way less out of pocket, no mechanical issues with a great warranty if it becomes one, at Ziegler Jeep Dodge of schaumburg. Visit this place.

I am so satisfied with my BMW purchase I had a couple minor issues and when I reached out to the owner he went above and beyond. Some car lots when they get your money they are done with you but not Car Gallery. They are trustworthy, respectful and actually car about your opinionThanks for the great customer service

I had a great experience here, they make sure the cars are in the best shape possible before selling them to you and they have nice staff aswell! Also, the work with a great finance company. Overall I’m satisfied with my experience!!

Ive always been skeptical of 3rd party used car dealers, but when Car Gallery had the exact car I was looking for, I but my bias aside and went to shop there. Reem (owner) and his crew were fantastic to deal with from start to finish with fair pricing and great attitudes.A few days after I bought the car, the CD player stopped working and the sway bar snapped. I called Car Gallery up to see what they could do for me. I was expecting to get screwed over, but Reem and his mechanic took care of the car and saved me a lot of money and headaches. The fact that they were so willing to fix two broken things ASAP shows me they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers.Next time I am shopping for a used car, my first call will be to Car Gallery to see whats on their lot, or what they can procure through their dealer network.5/5, a great local business to support.
