They let me test drive a number of well maintained vehicles and all were fairly priced. I have been doing research for months now on a few different models that I looked at.

I have been looking for a Ford Raptor for months. Most dealers havent taken me seriously. Theyve talked down to me or asked if I could make the decision. I bought a car from them at the beginning of the month. Online advertisement clearly had a tow hitch in the pictures. After the test drive I noticed that there was no hitch. When I asked about it, I was told there never was one. Are you guys so behind you feel the need to scam $75 used tow hitches? I called to ask a question about a car and was very rudely cut off short answer not even answering my question I’ve never had that before in my life. Could not believe how rude he was to me on the phone all he said was check website. Which I did and I also had printed it out already and was in my hands. It was a very simple question about a feature of car and we all know how wrong they can be when listing something so I wanted to double check but was rudely dealt with. Phone call lasted all of less than a minute when I wanted to by a car they had.

I was doing a nationwide search for an older car and visited a few dealers around the country. Frankfort was the second dealer I visited in Illinois. Something about the first visit told me id see them again. Ive never had this much fun buying a car. The salesman (Ill put his name in once i get the spelling right) even gave me some info on a great Italian spot in Chicago and the food was amazing. Matt is a character too...Awesome staff! I could have bought the car during the first visit but I had a few other options to consider. I went back I think it was a month later and we finally got a deal done. I have no complaints and I am pleased with my purchase. The Millage was right, the price was fair. They made sure they produced a carfax as well. We even had a minor issue with getting the vehicle registered and they took care of it fast. I will keep an eye on them...never know when they might have something else I want.

The 2004 Mustang I purchased was negotiated over the phone. My son and I flew into OHare to pick it up and drive home. The car was accurately described and ran perfectly the 785 miles back to Delaware. I couldnt be more pleased with the entire experience.

Let me start by saying I drove 2 hours, back and forth, to see a car that was on their website. I drove another 2 hours, back and forth, to pick it up. Despite all the driving, I had an excellent experience buying a 2008 Saturn Sky. The Salesman was very polite and knew about the car we were looking at. It is hard for me to put into words, but the feel of the dealership was trustworthy. From the unaccompanied test drive, to the financing, everything was done with friendly professionalism. When I need my next car, I will not hesitate to look to this company.

Total joke. I contact the dealership and made an offer on one of their cars. The sales guy acted all offended and never made a counter offer. Now I know the car has been sitting on the lot for months. I also know that car will continue to sit on the lot for the next few months. So Im guess they really dont want to sell cars. Also my offer was a cash offer in line with Kelley Blue Book, not some crazy low ball number. Than I began to receive strange texts from people associated with the dealership. I really regret giving these people my phone number and had to block their number. What a joke, what morons. Dont waste your time and dont give them your phone number.

Shady salesman and owners. I put a motorcycle on consignment with Auto Haus and was promised the world with no follow through. They had the bike for 2 months without a sale. I found someone to buy it and informed them Id be picking the bike up. Upon pick up it had 400 miles more than when I dropped it off. I expect a few miles from test drives but obviously these clowns were joy riding it. BEWARE.In response to dealers reply. Yes you did have this motorcycle on consignment and I know exactly where your located.BEWARE BUYERS

This dealership is super shady. They advertise low milage cars and all the milage that are listed online do not match the cars they have. I personally looked at 2 vehicles at their lot and both vehicles were listed at under 70k miles online when both vehicles were well over 125k. I would also like to add that while purchasing a vehicle I was encouraged to write a positive review before they finished all the paperwork. Never again. All the positive reviews are entered by the finance guy at the time you buy a car and your happy. Once you realize the type of place it is your opinion will change. They are the reason used car salesmen have the reputations they have. I plead with you AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Bought a jeep there this past week. They paint the frames and wheel wells very well. I didnt see any rust. Test drove went well. We left the parking lot and the clutch started messing up. Drove it 2 hours home and I had no clutch left. We worked with clay orbeck. he made a good deal but when I asked for money for the clutch replacement they told me sold as is. Cant even get money for any of the clutch job I have to do now. 98 Jeep Wrangler. Terrible experience wont ever go back.

Matt took over and was unable to get me approved, with a zero credit score. Told me id have to put more money down. Their Guaranteed credit approval is bunk, i was treated very unprofessionally. I suggest all to read more of their reviews, many are manufactured by employees and family. Their are plenty of horror stories in their to steer your judgement. BEWARE...BBB being notified next.

These guys tried to do a bait and switch. They posted a Honda online for $1,000 with 121,000 miles. When I called Frank he told me that this is a great car and I asked how many miles and I was told 184,000. When I got there this morning the car actually had 192,000 miles on it. Furthermore, I noticed the hood was already open, and after closing it I asked to open it again. Frank then had to go inside and get tools and still was unable to open it. Not only was I lied to but there were many con-artist attempts here. Additionally, the car was posted on a website for $1,000 however when I got there Frank asked me to pull the website up because this was listed at $3,400. All I could think to myself was this guy is joking. Well when I went to that website guess what? Your right the car was no longer there. Hmmm weird.Sleazy and dirty salesman. Please save yourself the time because they are not looking to help you out, they just want to sell you a piece of junk at an unreasonable profit.
