Good overall but had a miscommunication about free oil change. I had one free oil change and when I set appointment I asked about and the response was yes. I bought 4 new tires and had oil change but service rep charged me for oil change because I did not rotate tires. Go figure, I bought 4 new tires. Not happy I was charged for oil change. I did raise a fuss but will remember how it was handled. She was nice but did not offer to make amends.

It took over two hours for a simple oil change. Then the service department tried to act like they were doing me a favor by honoring a coupon they said didn’t apply to my vehicle. You need to teach your service department that not all Titan XDs are diesels. I have had my vehicle serviced at Huffman Nissan in Frankfort for several years, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The service advisors were rude and argumentative. If it were not for a battery issue, that is under warranty, I would not be back. Huffman dealerships have lost my business.

A few months ago I got a great deal on a used 2018 Nissan Altima. The entire transaction process was very smooth and stress free. During the final sale, we noticed a fog light lens that needed replaced. Since it was close to closing and I live near Cincinnati, we had to schedule repairs at a later date. Kameron reached out to me the next day and was very helpful, understanding, and a great guy to work with.I’d also like to recognize Crystal and the entire service department. Along with the lens replacement I also had a spoiler installed. It looks great and the installation was swift!A great place and I would definitely recommend.

Met at the door with a welcome. As I am a returning customer, I was greeted by the staff by name. The process was smooth and quick, but very thorough. Everything was explained to me and I even got to view the interactive videos. There was a small problem with the car, but it was rectified in 15 minutes or less.

I went in on a Wednesday to get an oil change, tire rotation, and to have check a slow leak I had in a tire. The tech told me there was no leak, but that he tightened the valve, which should fix the problem. They also tried to play dumb about a $10 off coupon I had that was directly from the Web site. My issue continued, so I went back the following Monday where the tech told me that I now have a hole that is beyond repair. The service person told me it could have just happened. I have been trying to call and talk to a manager and every time I try, I get a recording to leave a message. Very frustrated with how I was treated and will not be going back. I will find another Nissan dealership.

My experience was beyond the best I have had at a car dealership. There are many that will take advantage and they will not even think of that here! Scheduled routine service expecting a routine visit. As usual, a very pleasant wait in the waiting room. However, what set this visit apart was the personal handling by my Service Advisor Ms. Murphy! From the moment I arrived, until the time I left, she was so friendly and professional. She explained to me how long to expect service to take and then took me on a tour of the facilities. She came to check on me and also brought me up-to-date on progress as well as items that needed attention. Upon completion of service, she went over the work done as well as explaining the inspection report. Going above and beyond, she walked me to my car, and even set my service reminder on my dash. That is exceptional service in my opinion. It certainly made me feel like a valued customer.

I had to bring my truck in for one of my four complimentary services. I got in and out in less than an hour. Heather from the service department, greeted me with a mask on and keeping in mind social distancing. I waited in the clean service area. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I brought my new car in for my first service. I wish the Covid issue wasn’t going on so that I could get the full service, but my experience was pleasant and the staff was polite and efficient. I was dissatisfied at the price I had to pay for a new tire. Overall it was a great place!

Decided to purchase a 2019 Pathfinder the dealer made it easy to complete the purchase. The one I picked out did have a small ding in the driver door that was bugging me. They agreed to fix the ding and touch it up to look new. They also agreed to give me a nice filler car while the work was being done. Excellent customer service. If my next care is a Nissan I will likely look here first!

We had an excellent experience! We dread negotiating a price for a vehicle. Larry had his boss, Mr Huffman to call me back and give me his best offer on a 2019 Nissan truck. After researching the internet we knew that no one could beat his price. We went to the dealership & immediately test drove a Nissan truck and purchased it in less than an hour. There were no surprise charges and no pressure to purchase warranties . We highly recommend Larry and Mr Huffman.

Went for a complimentary oil change and multi-point inspection. Was pleased with the time of the service. Took around 1 hour from start to finish.I was shown my cabin air filter and engine air filter (which were both dirty) and told I should replace them. I asked how much that service would be and was told $99!! I told them not to worry about it and proceeded to go to the nearest auto parts store and buy both filters for a combined cost of $30 and it took me 10 minutes to change them. If you really want people like me to pay for any of your services then the cost should not be so outrageous.

We bought a used truck from Neil Huffman Nissan of Frankfort and surprisingly, we enjoyed this purchase more than any other vehicle we have bought. If you want real people who are friendly, respectful, and fair, then this is the place for you. Generally, for us, buying a car, especially from a Dealer, creates a very anxious feeling. At other Dealers, the salesmen will take you for whatever they can get from you, and the pressure and tricks they try to pull are almost criminal. Not with Neil Huffman! My suggestion, ask for the tag-team of Larry and Terry. They are fun to work with, realistic, and are truly concerned about what is best for the customer. The GM also stays in touch with the customer too, by methods that are preferable to the customer (I prefer email or text, and dont have a lot of time to just talk on the phone about buying cars). We got 5-star treatment!

Everything was positive and met my expectations. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I never feel rushed. The waiting area is also comfortable and clean. The only issue I ever have in getting an appointment is the automated answering system. Most of the time I have to call 2-3 more times to get to the Nissan scheduler or to the Nissan service department.

People where very nice but no respect by employees for Handicap Parking Spaces, which are frequently used by the salesmen trying to sale cars and totally disregarding the handicap/disable people who may need these parking spaces. Ive noticed this more than once and have told them, but I guess selling cars is all that is important.

Purchased a 2018 Rogue last week. This was my sons first experience in purchasing a car and our salesman, Aaron, did an excellent job making sure to explain everything as the process went along. They even worked to get us a lower interest rate. Scott Easterling was phenomenal and very helpful; as well.The only negative part about our experience is the next day my wife called with some questions regarding some pricing on the paperwork. The person that spoke to my wife could not have been the same person that we spoke to on the day of purchase because my wife stated the gentlemen she spoke to on the phone was somewhat condescending as he answered her questions.Overall my experience with Neil Huffman was a good one. Our salesman Aaron and Scott Easterling are deserving of a 5 star rating!! Our experience the next day on the phone call with the person in finance was not a good one.Again, overall experience was great and next time I am looking for a car I will certainly consider Neil Huffman.
