Always packed whenever I drive by so I dont go here too often. They are pretty good at making the drinks but the crew seems to be going thru the motions, almost like the dont care much since they probably dont get paid much.

Dependable, quality product. Friendly, helpful staff. Was surprised to find out that they dont typically recycle all the corrugated cardboard they get deliveries in. They let me take as much as I could fit in my vehicle but it barely made a dent in the dozens of boxes they had.

My coffee took 32 min in the drive thru to recieve. After 20 min I went inside to see if there was a line inside. There was no one inside in line. I asked if I could go ahead and pay. They reccomended I get in back in the car with my daughter who was still 7 cars back in the drive thru. When I finally got my iced coffe I drank it in two sips because it was soooooooo stuffed with ice there was barely any coffee.

It was amazing... Service was awesome... 10/10 definitely recommend

Tried the pepermint mocha frapee. I love the coffee at speedway and the coffemate creamer. Well lets just say thats what I get for trying something new. It was like a mouthful of toothpaste and I paid $6 for it and didnt even drink half tell me was that bad

They gave my drink to the car in front of me (they took it but gave it back) and then gave it to me which is super sketchy especially during a pandemic. If another customer handles it then its supposed to be remade which they didnt do or offer until I asked if they had indeed done that which they admitted to. Starbucks is a place I visit daily and sometimes more than once a day so I dont say or post this lightly. Just very highly disappointed after a 25 minute wait in the drive thru.

My wife and I go here about once a week to twice a month and the customer service is always great. All of the employees are nice and mannerly. Every so often there may be a minor mistake but they are always willing to correct the issue at no additional cost. They have even been nice enough to correct a recent disaster made by the store on the East end of Frankfort at no cost and we were very grateful for that. Thank you west side Starbucks for delivering good food and drinks and always great customer service, it makes a difference.

This is a really good Starbucks. My wife and I go at least once daily. We have been customers at this location for 15 years now. The staff are always friendly and, get your food & drink order correct. When you see a new staff member you already know they are going to be just fine because they have a long record of taking care of customers, hiring the right people and, taking care of you. This store has been well managed for a long time.

The coffee is good. They got rid of the bar stools, which is great. With the new tables and chairs it is now a comfortable place to enjoy coffee and hang out.

Typically this store does a good job but this time I ordered on-line and I will not do that again. I got there 5 min after placing the order and went in to pick it up, coffee was lukewarm and muffins cold. Well I can nuke them so not a big deal just aggravating. I ordered vanilla powder in my coffee and did not get it now I paid for that. I think the problem was created by ordering ahead.

They fixed their nitro tank!! Seems to be out less often, so Ive upped it tp 5 stars.uick turnaround, and sometimes busy. Would be 5 stars, but they never seem to fix their nitro tank... went a few times over several weeks and it was never working.

Theyre ALWAYS out of decaf and have to do a pour over. A couple visits ago they were out of regular coffee ☕ and when I did get it, it was very warm, not hot.

These people always have it together and they do it with a smile. Ive also seen them disarm a snarky personality and still smile. The coffee is always good and the store is always clean. This is definitely my morning coffee place.

ALWAYS LOVE GOING HERE... they have what I like and I can get my 4 year old something to drink that isnt coffee which is a big big plus. It does take time to make the drink but I mean they have several ingredients... but they are usually real quick and always friendly and of course delicious. I will continue to go and take my kids there..

WIFI is really bad, I would not recommend coming here if you’re trying to do a hefty download or business work. The connection will time out, but great service nonetheless.

It seems the staff has been working here for quite a while and the store seems to be well-managed, however occasionally I will see gnats flying in the display case, and frankly that is quite disappointing and gross. But I have been here plenty of times without seeing that. So I will let the store pass with a four star review :) thanks for keeping my caffeine addiction at bay 😊

This is a very well-run coffee shop. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the drinks are always spot-on. It is a relaxed, air-conditioned environment. Good place to chill and get some work done.

I go here every morning during the week and the staff is awesome, especially Mary. Shes always so friendly and knows my friend and I by name.

Starbucks is so good, they have pumpkin spice in so good.

I absolutely love this place. I usually visit 3 or 4 times a week. The service is great and the people are awesome! I love to get a Latte and take a few minutes to chill. A great place to do that!

Long line. Worth the wait

Ive decided to change my review. I gave a 1 star before years ago because I did get wrong orders quite a few times. But since then my orders have been 100% correct and delicious. I dont think Ive had an incorrect order in years truthfully. Very very happy with the turn around they have done. Staff is incredibly amazing and friendly and they always repeat my order back to me. Will continue to come back. Highly recommend!

I tried ordering 4 different drinks and they didn’t have a single thing available for those drinks. No mocha, no cold brew, etc at 10 in the morning so no where near closing and opening. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you have to choose between the two Starbucks in town, choose this one on the West side! They seem to care more about their customers whether theyre inside or at the drive thru.

This Starbucks is always horribly crowded and has never once done a cold foam product for me correctly. I dont have this problem at any other Starbucks. Its like they mix it into the drink. Unfortunately, I cant recommend it.

I do not understand the negative reviews. This place is clean, well maintained and the products are delicious! The baristas are sweet and kind and just fantastic! They also do lots of things for veterans, unlike one of the negative reviews claim. My friend who is retired from the Marines manages one...so please tell us how they dont hire vets, eh?

Whats not to like!? This specific location is my go to. The staff here are awesome! Super friendly and have pleasant personalities. I get laughs in the drive thru while getting my order. Iced caramel macchiato is a favorite of mine. The breakfast sandwiches are yummy also.

I like the remodel of the seating area. The Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino and the slice of pumpkin loaf were yummy, but the plain cup of coffee tasted old. The store was having a good day, as alot of people were there, and lots of cars in the drive-thru.
