Ive never seen an anti mask sign telling you to take your mask off. There was an insane amount of flies all over the place. They landed on our food repeatedly. The food was fine. A little expensive for the small portion.

I would give Gem City a 6 star review if I could! This is by far my favorite coffee spot! I am a regular and the staff is always so friendly and the drinks are amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming and there is a great variety on the menu to choose from! Highly recommend!

Such a cute local coffee shop! I had an iced caramel macchiato and it was delicious! We also had an iced cinnamon bun and it was great. The interior is very inviting. They have board games you can sit and play also!

Nice little coffee shop. Very homey. Has you typical selections of coffee and deli selections you see at the big name stores with cheaper prices. The only knock I would say is I wish they were open past 4 for the factory workers.

Super friendly. Had a caramel frappuccino and my daughter got a caramel macchiato. Both were perfectly prepared...I dont like overly sweet coffee drinks that overpower the coffee taste. Both were perfectly balanced. Highly recommend!

This is a very cute and clean little coffee shop and deli. Very tasty, clean restrooms (at least the womens, I cant speak for the mens haha), roomy dining area, or a nice sofa to sit for a bit. Very friendly staff, who didnt laugh at my Goldilocks drink 🤣 .We will be going here every time we are in town in the future.

“Masks not required”Yeah, I don’t think a place that handles food should be so cavalier about health safety. They don’t have the guts to put that on their front door so you go in without realizing that you’ll be greeted by someone not wearing a mask. If you’re gonna break the law at least be considerate to others and let them know before they come in.Also, I hope the owner doesn’t reply saying they don’t believe in COVID because they had a bottle of pyramid scheme essential oils hand sanitizer on the desk. You’ll believe the pseudoscience behind “thieves” but not public health officials? Put the sign on your front door.

Their homemade Cinnamon rolls will change your life. Every drink I’ve tried is fantastic! I love the homemade food, with the ability to grab it quickly!! Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Please do not ASK me to remove my mask. This business is irresponsible and clearly in defiance of the facts of the current pandemic. But to ask me as a healthcare worker to remove my mask is a slap in the face to every healthcare worker who has risked their lives for the last year. Shame on you.

Best hit chocolate I gave ever had. Hand made and wonderful. They have regular and s’mores. Have only tried regular.Soups and sandwiches for lunch. Great baked goods.High quality everything.Great place to spend sometime with coffee and a book.

I have seen lots of posts on their Facebook page and everything looks great! I have mentioned wanting to try the apple cider to a friend and she picked me up one to try... THE BEST APPLE CIDER I HAVE TRIED IN AWHILE... well that’s not spiked lol 😂 would definitely recommend trying gem city junction

Staff is always rude. Last couple of times I’ve been it took more than 15 minutes to get my coffee and people that ordered after me somehow got their coffee before me!

Great drinks! Loved using the Wifi and working for a bit. Kids loved the smoothies and the muffins.

It seems one must be part of a clique to be greeted and treated nicely (or is it because I choose to wear a mask and Im being judged?). Hopefully you arent a nobody in their eyes and stuck behind someone that is, or else youll be waiting on their bubbly conversation to be over before being acknowledged and then find staff to be rather short and not pleasant, in my experiences (yes, plural). Hopefully your followers will keep your business alive. Youve lost mine. There is potential there, but a lot to learn. And Im a coffee junkie that purchases espresso drinks daily, who would much rather support local business over corporations . . .
