Best experience ever! Very informative doctors, all of my questions were answered, super nice staff and a beautiful office! I would definitely highly recommend!

I have been going to the Norman Family for all my eye care needs my entire life. I usually see Dr. Greg Norman at the Delphi office (really enjoy seeing him) but I was unable to get there this week due to my busy schedule, and of course I’m out of contacts and my husband and I are leaving for vacation in a few days. Since my experience at N&M Eyecare in Delphi was always pleasant and easy, I wanted to stick with one of the Dr. Normans.The girls at the Delphi office went out of their way and called around to the other N&M eyecares to see if one of the other Dr. Normans could get me in when It fit around my schedule and before vacation. Luckily, the Frankfort office was able to get me into Dr. Cameron Norman because of a last minute cancellation.Dr. Cameron was prompt, knowledgeable, and very kind to give me one set of loaner contacts (in case I needed them on vacation) until my new prescription of contacts arrived.While I was there, I also picked out a new pair of eye glasses. I was excited to see that they carried “rag & bone” eye glasses. Of course I had to have those but needed the contacts too. The girls in the Frankfort office were very kind to all my questions and helped me figure out if I should run my contacts or glasses through insurance so I could maximize what I was able to get there today. I went home with both new eye glasses and ordered a years worth of contacts. I definitely will not be going anywhere else for my eyecare needs!! They went above and beyond for me today, and I appreciate Dr. Cameron Norman being able to get me in so I didn’t have to wear my old glasses on vacation!

Told them the contacts that bother my eyes and instead of prescribing me what I wanted, they prescribed me those same contacts but only one-a-days... which were much more expensive. When I ran out of those and I NEEDED just ONE pair to get me thru my weekend... They said my prescription was old and they would have to have an appointment before they could give me a pair of contacts. Unbelievable. Ill never be back.

Terrific doctors, terrible show room experience.Ive been going to Norman and Miller Eyecare for nearly 7 years. Over that time Ive grown to really appreciate the level of care from the doctors at this location. Ive worked with each, and they are all reliably helpful, thorough, and ready to answer any questions I have. They have also been very good about keeping me updated on potential issues to watch out for given my age and poor vision.My experience when selecting new frames and lenses, however, has left me extremely frustrated. Ive always felt that the staff in the show room are trying to upsell me, and my most recent experience has been the worst yet. My current glasses are nearly two years old and the coatings are damaged (see photo). I purchased these at Norman and Miller, so I called to see if there was any way to either repair the current lenses or replace them. The staff said they would not work with me unless I setup an exam. It had been over a year since my last exam, so I set an appointment. After my exam, Doctor Cameron sent me back to the show room to work with the staff to see about ordering new glasses and/or repairing my existing ones. I mentioned to the staff member that I liked my current frames and would prefer to keep them. She suggested that my insurance would cover new frames up to $120, so we started to browse for a similar style. The first pair she hands me is marked $200! I ask if there are any frames in this style (half rim) that would be at or under the $120 that my insurance would cover. There are not. Disappointed, I suggest we simply look at repairing or replacing the lenses in my existing frames. She tells me there is no way to repair the lenses, so we talk about replacing them. She starts drawing up an order and quickly runs me through coatings she suggests as well as special materials. She says that my copay for the new lenses would amount to over $200! At this point, Im extremely frustrated. I feel like the staff person is trying to rush me through an order to spend as much as possible. My goal was to have the minimum out of pocket expense to get back to clear vision, but I do not feel the staff person was helping me in this regard. I ask for my prescription information so I can shop for the best price. The staff member then tells me that the coatings on my old lenses are failing due the lab they were made at being known for doing shoddy work, and that I will likely have the same result ordering elsewhere. She says they had to use this lab due to my insurance restrictions. So she is essentially blaming me by way of my insurance for the poor quality of the product that her business sold me. That really put me over the edge. I know I can go online to purchase lenses and frames for a fraction of this price, and even if I have to replace them twice as often I will still come out ahead.As much as I like the doctors, my experience in the show room has me looking hard at switching practices.

Great staff and service.

This is a great place to get all of your eye care needs. They are respectful and very personable. They made me feel like they genuinely cared about me, not just the money! Much more reasonably-priced than one of the others. They definitely will treat you right!

Came in with my mother to help her pick out a set of glasses the staff was fantastic about giving their opinions on the style. All the different types of glasses were explaining very well and no line bifocals as well as the different protective Coatings different types of lenses and other things. Will most definitely return.

N&M Eyecare has been taking care of my family for years. Dr. Cameron and staff are amazing! It’s the only place I’ll ever go. I’d recommend this place to all my family and friends!

I really like Norman Eye Care. They have recently remodeled and it is just GREAT! Better yet.....the service is great! I always have to have help picking out glasses. The girls are AWESOME! The doctors are AWESOME also and they ALWAYS ask if I have any questions before I leave.

Only place Ill ever go! I love the updated office, the new technology, and even larger selection of glasses frames. The doctors and staff treat you like family. I highly recommend anyone in Clinton County to go here!

I had my first visit to Norman and Miller Eyecare on June 29, 2017. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Cameron was great! Everyone treated me with kindness and courtesy. Would recommend this eyecare center to anyone.

I had an appointment with Dr. Norman last week. The office staff was friendly and helpful and Dr. Norman was professional and timely. I had my 7 month old son with me and the staff accommodated us during the entire visit. We will definitely be returning!

When deciding where to go for my optometric needs, Norman and Miller Eyecare is clearly a 20/20 decision! The doctors, staff, and administrators are very professional and are well respected on a national level. I would strongly recommend Norman and Miller Eyecare to anyone within the area!
