We have used this location for years and the service is always great! From making appointments to picking up glasses, they are always courteous and caring and take time to explain things to you. Wether it’s a new test they can perform or options for our glasses, the Frankfort team has great customer service.
Marvis was great! She helped me choose a frame that was different and stylish compared to my current frame. Im so glad that I returned to this location 😌!
Everything was perfect. The attentiveness, warm greeting, information, diagnosis, & treatment I received was top notch. Also they use the latest cutting edge tech. Stuff Ive never seen anywhere else.Dr. Rutkowski, Jill, & Marvis specifically were amazing and made the whole process painless, and dare I say lol, even fun!Ive been to plenty of optometrists in various offices, and these guys have been a Godsend after the sub-par experiences Ive endured in the past at other places.SUPER grateful I found them.A+ and Id recommend these guys at Pearle Vision to anybody looking for a new optometrist. 10/10!! :)
Dr. Rutkowski, Marvis, Michael, Frances and the whole crew are fantastic. The whole family has been going here for years. Always exceptional care. Clean, professional and always meet you with a smile. It is comforting to know we are always in such pleasant and capable hands. They are patient, answer all questions and go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend!
There no better feeling when you know your in good hands. Vision is important and you need a good doctor to be informative, they have the best service and doctors!!! Even if I live in north Chicago I will drive to them because I know I will be treated rite. Friendly and welcoming staff, informative doctors and very clean facility. Went to store to get glasses adjusted and was told they didn’t have time for a 5 minute procedure. I spent a lot of money on glasses here and expect better customer service than this. Their are better eyewear places out there. Don’t settle for this one

I have been taking my whole family to Pearl Vision and when it was Sears optical before that. The staff is great and the optometrists are all very knowledgeable. I highly recommended Pearl Vision for any of your eye care needs.
The front office staff is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered. They were rude, unaccommodating and did not acknowledge that I was standing there AT ALL! 2 of the 4 were not even helping any customers. One was standing as he had just wrapped up with a customer and the lady ruffling papers. NO ONE even said Ill be right with your or anything. I took both of my children and left before completing their appointment. I will NOT spend my money that i work hard for with any establishment that treat their customers this way. The negative reviews on their page and totally and completely accurate when describing their front desk staffs professionalism! Let the buyer beware...Ugh!
I do not recommend. They will test you for tests that you did not authorize and will charge you and do those tests without telling you. And they will not tell you that the insurance does not cover those tests and they will charge you without your authorization and they expect you to pay for it and they will not give you your money back.
If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I was turned away by a troll who said that if I didnt have an appointment there was nothing they could do. Nothing was stated on their webpage. This company sucks
Dr Rutkowski is wonderful! He listens and is great with kids. We wouldnt go anywhere else for our familys eye care!
I arrived for a 9am appointment for a Contacts Lens Exam at 912am and was told that I might not be able to be seen. I tried calling the business at 830am and 850am to let them know that I may be running behind but no one answered. The staff was very rude and not accommodating. Most appointments do have a 15 minute grace period. I was told to wait and see if the 930am client would arrive but decided that I may go to Vision Works instead.
Dr.Nicholas Rutkowski is a great optometrist. He and his team immediately saw me on emergency. A definitive medical diagnosis was given after several state of art exams.they use new technology with a soft touch. I Highly recommend your eyes and the need of contacts and glasses to pearle.
Agreeing with another reviewer, the staff was definitely rude and not accommodating, especially the woman that works the front. I didnt have a problem with the doctor, he was very patient, and they have nice (but overpriced) designer frames so I purchased her glasses here. But I called to get my daughters Rx to order contacts online because my work hours conflict with their office hours, and I would not be able to pick the script up. She told me she could not email it but only fax it, which was not helpful as I stated I was at work. All I needed was the left & right powers of the contacts because somehow they are different from her glasses. Of course she would not tell me over the phone. This was a big inconvenience over a simple thing to do but its ok, as I found her script a few days later. I just know I will not be returning to this location or doing anymore business with Pearle at all.
I visited today 11/24/2017 Friday..I felt very unwelcomed by the doctor.He arrived about 5 minutes after I did.I was in the waiting area when he walked in directly past me &didnt speak.In fact he walked past me several times without ever speaking..Im glad I wasnt able to see him as my vision insurance wouldnt kick in until 1/2018..Unbeknownst to him Im a nurse&Im fully aware of dr/patient relationship. His bedside manner was awful. I pray I wasnt treated as if I werent in the room because of my race.I walked out feeling very unwelcomed &I immediately came back in &expressed how I felt..He did apologize &said he would work on his bedside manner..I certainly hope so.The day I stop showing a caring attitude towards my clients&their families will be the day Ill step away from nursing.
