Had to have appointments for my 2 boys rather quickly I called they got them both in a few days after I called. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They made my small boys feel comfortable and made the exam fun for them. When picking out glasses they are very knowledgeable and helpful my 9 year old is very indecisive and with their help he had the glasses he loved within minutes they sizes his face and had his new glasses ready for pickup with in a few hours ... Highly recommend for children and adults

Great Experience! Fast and efficient! Also Bailey helped me with my glasses. She is wonderful ❤ Very helpful with helping me with styles and cost! My only regret is I didnt see them sooner.

I have been vaccinated and still cannot enter without a mask! What the heck was the proposed of getting vaccinated? I guess they are getting enough money from the state or the feds to stay open. They wont be collecting any money from me. I will try to find an eye place that follows the science.

My sales rep, Dylan, was awesome. He took plenty of time to go over different options with me for applying my insurance and using the discounts. He was friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. Great job!

The Dr. Was Nice but Very Bah Humbug like but he was Very Thorough and I Realize I was Not on a Friendship Visit. The other Workers were Amazingly Sweet and Made You feel like You were Somebody of Importance and Deserving of their time!! My Guy was just Awesome and Helpful he didnt know the answer to my question but he said give Me just a sec and Ill be Right back and he sure did have an Answer The Correct One with a Smile!! He made My whole experience there so Comfortable and Really Helped Me ! I would recommend this place to Anyone !

I give this place 1 star because they are unorganized, not friendly and useless. I was sent an email before my appointment to fill out all paperwork including date of last appointment, insurance information, current prescription ect. I come in for my appointment and they don’t know what my insurance is or when my last appointment was ect. Why did they even have me fill out their 5 page information survey? Before I made the appointment, I asked what the protocol was for getting contacts for the first time as far as insurance and how long the process would take. “just make and appointment and we will get it taken care of”. No one bothered to tell me that because it’s been 7 months since my last eye exam that I wouldn’t be eligible and that I would have to pay out of pocket for an entirety new eye exam + the cost of the contacts (I didn’t even use my insurance to buy my new glasses 7 months ago.) This was absolute uselessness, the definition of unorganized and a giant waste of my time. Save yourself the time and stupidity and call 1-800-contacts.

Visionworks online booking does NOT work! After confirming your appointment online it sends you an email (Which of course goes to junk mail,) you also must respond to, to actually get an appointment! Told I could wait a long time and they would fit me in! Off work early and an hour round trip. Angry!

They were absolutely amazing with my 4 year old who was scared to death about going. I usually use another doctor but they stay open later and it worked better for my work schedule. I will be switching to them for all of my familys needs.

Yesterday I walked in at 11:45 for my noon appointment and was told Id have a two-hour wait because four walk-ins had come in before me. A young man and rude girl Id never seen before were happy to tell me how wrong I was about what an appointment meant. I even asked if theyd call me while I ran some errands, but nope. I ended up walking out after 30 minutes. I said I wouldnt be back, but those two were fine with that - one less customer to deal with. I love Amy and Dr Love, but my insurance and I wont be back.

I went to make an appointment and watch them waited on people without any question or anything until my wife walked in they gave her down the road taking her temperature and making her fill out the COVID form. When I and several other people which was Caucasian they didn’t even bother with temps or making us fill out a form. So I’m not dealing with a business like that that shows it’s true colors. They need to be shutdown cause that’s disrespectful to anybody.

Very fast last minute appointments for both my kids on a Friday. Had one set of glasses ready the next Monday and the other set Tuesday. Very polite assistants and dr. Love was amazing. My kids loved him as well. Definitely will be returning for all of our familys vision needs .

I was very unhappy with my 2nd visit 2 employees were having a verbal argument while customers were in the store. They were so busy with that that they didn’t get my prescription right even though I told them it wasn’t right. They said well you will just have to get used to it. I had to drive a total of 60 miles again to get them to redo the glasses and was told they would call me when they were ready. I waited and never received the call. I called back and was told they were ready. I asked why I didn’t receive a phone call and said well it was busy. Well I’m a customer also and this is my second time. Poor poor customer service

If you go here, avoid Ashley at all costs. She adds charges to your frames and when you question her, or ask to have it removed, she will lie to you and run her mouth piece to the other associated right in front of you. My frames were 679. After I pissed her off they were 329. Do the math. Shes a crook. Everyone else including Dr Love was wonderful. And the GM Chandra is amazing. Avoid Ashley. Shes a mess in a dress.

Dr. Love, the actual eyeglass maker and the staff ROCK! I wldnt go anywhere else. Been a loyal customer since dmv told me i needed glasses approx 6 years ago. They go out of their way to accomodate. Thanks to you all. I got a new pair yesterday and am thrilled.

I took my 3 year old daughter and the staff was very good with her. The woman pre testing her was very patient with her. Dr. Love was also very good with her. They also have a huge selection of glasses. I did have an issue while calling to see if her glasses were ready. I was put on hold for a long time and had to call back a couple days later which wasnt really a big deal. I would definitely reccomend the practice to others.

I did schedule an appointed and last minute i received a call and they initially asked if i was fine to prepone to 15 mins prior to orginal appointment time and i agreed to it and then they were asking if i can come right away which is 1 and half hour prior to originally scheduled time.. Very very unprofessional stuff..Very disappointed.

Because I don’t have time to waste I made an appointment, 5:15. Received confirmation of my 5:15 appointment. I filled out all necessary forms online to speed up the process. I arrived 10 mins early as I was instructed. At 6:15 I walked back up to the counter to see what was going on. I was told that they had some walk ins come in. Why would walk ins affect/go in front of someone with an appointment??

I would not recommend VisionWorks to my worst enemy. My appointment was at 10:00AM, they did not get me in until 11:00AM, what is the purpose of an appointment? THEY WHERE NOT BUSY, they just booked their appointments inappropriately. I ended my trip to VisionWorks by dealing with the rudest sales lady I have ever met. She tried to add extras to my order and charge me for them without my knowledge (luckily I knew how much my total should have been), when I declined adding extra things to my lenses like anti-glare etc the sales lady became extremely rude with me. Sorry, but your not making your commission off me by selling me things I dont need. The sales lady told me that my vision had gotten worse and that if I did not get the anti-glare it would continue to get worse, when I responded with Thats funny because the doctor who just did my eye-exam told me my prescription has not changed in the last 5 years. her response was How could he possibly know that you have never been here before. Oh, maybe because he read the prescription on my current glasses vs the one he recommended? Your job is supposed to be customer service, but it seems like their job is lined up with that of a used car sales man. I literally had to tell the sales lady multiple times I do not want anything extra, I want the glasses how they come, even after that when she gave me my total she had added on poly-carbonate lenses for an additional $35 WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE. I am sure these con-artists take advantage of people who may be slightly under-informed about these things, but they didnt pull it off with me. Replace the rude sales people in your company and get your appointments up to par, maybe then you will have a suitable business.

Worst experience in my 22 years of wearing glasses and contacts.The majority of the staff is very unhelpful and almost rude. They were very unhelpful in finding the style of glasses I wanted and did not price them right when they quoted me, so I ended up paying more than I expected. Nobody called me to let me know my glasses were in. I called more than two weeks later and their response was Yeah. I guess nobody let you know they were here. I picked them up and one pair was off. My eyes crossed trying them on. They told me that they would have someone look at them and I never heard back. I called a almost week later to find out what was going on and nobody had any clue what I was talking about. I finally got a returned call telling me they called and left a message. I had no missed call or message They sent them to be repaired and at almost a month after I ordered them, I picked them up. I put them on and left.. Only to find the lenses are cut horribly and everyone can see it just by looking at me. Now, I am going to have to return them for a second time.. The most unpleasant experience and I still dont have decent glasses to show for it.

Do not order contact lens from them. It could take up to *10 DAYS* when other places can get them *NEXT DAY*. Contact lens prices also seem to be higher than others. They also *CHARGE* you a lens fitting fee of $55. Dr. Munson also does, but Dr. Kinker does not.
