I had a wonderful experience switching over to at&t at this location. Patty went absolutely out of her way for us to make sure we were happy! We had a big order and she helped us with a smile on her face! If you visit this location ask for Patty and you will be very satisfied with her work ethic and honesty! Definitely happy I came in when I did!

Hello,I visited the store and was told by someone!sales lady that I couldnt take any picture of the store while I was there to purchase items!I wish she wouldve said that before I bought the phone!better luck next time!

They close before they are supposed to close . Then I have to come back next day, the service is just ok, they can improve a lot.

Alessandro and the manager on duty were amazing!!! They were super helpful, patient and explained everything in detail along with all my options!! Very unlikely that I return to this location, I was there for an 1hour and a half just order 2 watches and was told my bill would go down if I made a few changes!! Big lie !!

I went into this store today and was greeted withHappiness and joy. Patty was extremely good,Professional, easy to understand. Believe it or not, customer service was excellent. The store was clean, and hand sanitizers were displayed in several different places.Patty asked me how I was getting along during this pandemic. That was showing That she not only care about herself and family but her customer. If you ever to visit an AT& T office go by and say hello. They even said thank you for coming and have a great afternoon.

Everyone knows what they’re doing and they take care of me. I appreciate AT&T putting themselves in my neighborhood because they’re fantastic.

I went back to this location because my last service with a representative Antonio (if I wasnt mistaken) was excellent and very professional..but unfortunate to say a week later when I came back to upgrade another device for my Dad the Representative that assisted us was way beyond disappointment, no options offered, even Lied about that there were no other phones that were looking for is available nearby..its sad how one counter productive employee can easily bring down excellent workers in this location 😢..please be cautious he can be easily spotted...

I have been to this AT&T store twice now and both times Ive been nicely greeted by all sales reps and the service is always great. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. The store looks very clean and organized.

We had some issues with setting up our phones we received online. It turned into a headache but my husband was able to go to the store and the manager personally helped him fixed all the odd issues. She was very dedicated to helping her customers and did not pawn off the problems to anyone else. We will refer anyone we know to this location for A+ service!

I was interested in Apple watches, so I stopped into the new AT&T store near my job. The manager Jackie was very helpful and told me about all the promotions they currently have. She went above and beyond to have the colors I wanted shipped to the store.

I been customer with AT&T for over 16 years I called this to ask for and a Samsung s10 plus charger and they told me they have it, I drove in over their walk into the store no one there welcome me or say anithyn i was wow, I was 2nd in line and this guy that just take care another costomer prefer to walk away from the counter with out say anything Knowing that I was there wow that is a&tt for you pips

I had a wonderful experience at this new location! The manager Jackie and Alina helped me resolve an issue I am having on my account with one of the reps Ray. I am now getting ATT fiber installed which is so exciting since I am a BIG gamer. I also walked away with AT&T Now and a new Note 10+ with galaxy buds. I am set for the winter !!!!

I recently changed my cable company to At&t and had a great customer service from Jackie, she answer every question I had, she was really straight forward of my cable plan, made the process so simple and smooth.

So Im actually a current tmobile customer and have been since forever. But I stopped into the Franklin Park ATT omw to the airport for an extra charger, well little did I know Id leave the store ready to leave tmobile. The young lady that helped me Jaqueline was so helpful she went over all of the current promos n offers ATT has and how much switching over could save and benefit my family. I didnt switch that day since I had to make my flight but Im definitely going back asap! Ive never had such a good CS experience in all my years with Tmobile the service this young lady provided was enough to sway me to switch!! If u stop in make sure u see her
