Terrible place. sells broken phones and won’t return you your money when you want to return it. just order off the actual boost mobile website so you’re covered if anything goes wrong.
I was in here tonight, November 9, 2020 and Giselle was able to do in about half hour what 8 Metro PCS employees at two different Metro PCS stores and 3 T-Mobile employees couldnt do in 3 weeks. You can go ahead and drop the proverbial mic now, Giselle. Hats off to you. Stellar customer service and amazing can-do attitude!
