Matt V. Was very knowledgeable, I am far from being any sort of atechie. Matt V. was Polite, and very patient with me, explaining the how’s & the why’s … My phone from sprint was fully paid for and still locked, He took initiative to contact sprint to get my phone unlocked so I could upgrade.. We got all the way through to the change from Sprint to T-Mobile & purchase & the T-Mobile computer system decided to freeze. Wasn’t the greatest impression on T-Mobile’s computer systems, not Matt V.’s Fault he has no control over T-Mobile’s computer system. I’ll give T-Mobile benefit of doubt it was a glitch. I had to come back, the next day, Matt V. Was ready to finish our transactions. He set everything up for me & He made the process easy and as painless as possible. …..And PS they have great tunes in the store. I fully recommend this location

3rd Time Coming To This Location And I Enjoy It. The Staff Is Great Especially Hector V. He Was Very Helpful So Calm, Was Greeting When People Entered Definitely Was Able To Multi Task. Good Music Was Being Played While I Was Being Helped.

Just got a new phone at this location with Amanda and she was phenomenal! Best customer service. She was very thorough and patient in me asking a million questions for the options and how/if my bill would be affected. I will definitely come back to this location in the future and hope Amanda is here.

**AVOID **Avoid this location and AVOID T-MOBILE IN GENERAL had about 3 months of problems of so posed pass due bills witch is strange because I had them taking money of my account automatically. And on top of this the employees here play on the phone and ignore customers!

I highly recommend the TMOBILE in Franklin Park. Ive had nothing but a good experience there. When I had a question and a concern about something, the manager, Luis, was very helpful and he was able to accommodate my needs. I left from there a happy customer. I received a message from T-Mobile to stop at the store and change my Sim card from sprint to T-Mobile after getting to the store waiting for an hour and a half they said sorry we don’t change the Sim card for the tablet we change the Sim card only for the phones the worst place you can go ever this service from T-Mobile and the worst customer service is Alex

I live 1 min away from the store and Ive been going often these past days. So I stopped by today very quick to ask if my phone was ready. As soon as I walk in im being told that i have to wear a mask ( which I forgot inside my purse and my purse in the car) . I apologize, go back to my car and grab my mask. There is this one lady over there giving me a very bad attitude,, WHILE SHES ASSISTING A CUSTOMER WITH NO MASK!!! So that really got me upset, and i ask her where is HER mask? The answer she gave me was she doesnt have to answer that,.Ive been going there Thursday, Friday, and today and she NEVER wears a mask!!! I also have seen other customers being helped and theyre wearing no mask!! (That was on Thursday) So whats all this about??? The policy says wear a mask, whoever enters the store, especially an employee!!!!! I asked to talk to the manager and they told me hes busy right now. Bad, bad attitude and bad customer service skills. The rest of the team is very nice. I dont feel like stepping ever again in this location.

I tried going in for an issue I was having with my phone payment but the employees were too busy talking to eachother to help me. When i interrupted them the employees jesus and amanda rolled their eyes. The person named amanda attended me but she had an attitude the whole time started arguing with me about my issue and told me i was wrong when customer service told me that this payment had infact gone through. If I could write a negative star review I would. I had an issue where the manager at this office was not willing to fix although it was an error on their end. Aside from that issue, when I call back and speak with someone else named Carlos, he decides it is ok as a customer representative to give attitude although I expressed to him that I need someones assistance and I am not taking my anger out on him, he also said that I was the one with the attitude when I did not raise my voice as he did nor speak over him as he did. He repeatedly talked over me ignoring my questions. He repeatedly said like I said for the 5th time. When he never responded to the question in the first place which is why I needed to continuously ask the same questions. He literally did not know corporates number and had an aggravated tone of voice and was happy to feel my frustration. I do appreciate Aaron being patient although he misinformed me at least he wasnt an unprofessional a hole like carlos. This was the worst customer service Ive received from anyone at tmobile and Ive been with tmobile for years. I never write reviews but this was an experience that was not acceptable at all.

Unless your buying a new phone, dont bother going to this store their customer service sucks . My warranty replacement phone was sent to this store, the young girl that took care of me had a bit of an attitude after explaining myself twice she took the phone apart and said she couldnt exchange the phone because she couldnt read the ime # she said it was smudged .As I walked out to my car I called T moble and read the numbers I could and she said the yes thats the right phone Now Im a 55 year old man with glasses and I could read it to her .so I took a pic went back to the store and showed her the pic and read the numbers to her, lo and behold it worked, I said I dont understand why you couldnt read it and she rolled her eyes, that was enough for me, we completed the transaction and as I walked out not a thank you or were sorry . Needless to say I will not be going back to that store
