I paid $199.00 for a 43 L.E.D 4k smart Samsung T.V. and shipping $155.00. In the details it said nothing on Amazon that accessories not included.I contacted seller within deliverytime about if T.V. had stand and remote, no response on questions just the run around contact seller, redundant. They did respond within 48hours, I question why did they not answer two basic questions? I argue if they knew I found out T.V. did not have remote or stand I would cancel within cancelling period.I was suppose to have delivery to my house on 12/30/20 at 8:00pm.I contacted them again by email, there response back to me was, that was not I expected. The seller emails tells me to contact my local post office with tracking number to claim. In the 11th hour of delivery they tell that I have to make arrangements with my post office to claim T.V.In closingFirst they simply would not answer two questions, remote and stand, second letting me know in the 11th hour no delivery and finally answering no remote or stand.I have no idea why my delivery almost cost as much as the T.V.$453.00 for having to do the work myself now. I gave it a one because it shows something of dissatisfaction, leaving the stars blank says nothing, this Good News Electronics does not deserve any stars. What is bad, charging me $155.00 and not getting delivered the day and time of delivery, but being told contact your post office with claim Item number to pick up package, who tells you one thing and in 11th changes up, with no prior notice, it is not New Years Eve, it is one day away!I did email hoping delivery will not go without hitch, look what happened to me, pick it up yourself.

Placed an order with this company on eBay, canceled within 5 minutes of ordering. They refused to accept my cancellation and shipped the product 2 days later anyway. Now they say I can return but want me to pay for shipping back to them for an item they never should have shipped in the first place. What a DISGRACE!!!!!
