Small business in a seller’s market. Ramsey, the owner, seems like he is a decent guy, but isn’t very responsive to inquiries. I stopped by this dealership on a Sunday to check out what was on the lot. Not a lot of vehicles listed on the website we’re in the parking lot or inside a showroom area. I don’t know if they aren’t available or sold but they were definitely not there. It has unique cars listed online, but again…are they actually available?

The car is great, and Ramsey really took the time to go through all of its features, making me feel at ease about the purchase. We just bought a 2010 Mini Cooper S from Ramsey and could not be happier with the experience. He was honest and open and let me take my time and answered all my questions. These guys are very transparent. Be mindful of bait and switch with these folks...For several weeks theyve been advertising a BMW M5 that they just dont have. When you call about the car, they say Sorry, that one just sold a day ago .. but we have this other one

I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Civic from these guys. I also test drove a 2012 Civic, as well as a 2009 Toyota Corolla, and I can say with certainty that their cars are as advertised: low mileage, no accidents, no more than 1-2 owners. They even include Carfax reports for each of their vehicles, complementary.What isnt advertised is the great service and staff youll be working with. Alan and Jerome were very knowledgeable, easygoing guys with a lot of personality. Theyre not your typical used car guys either, they have a great deal of information about every car on their lot, and they wont give you the run around. If you have any questions, theyll do their best to get you an answer on the spot. Theyre prices are also very competitive, especially considering the kinds of cars they have on the lot. If youre buying a used car near Frederick, Maryland, I would highly recommend you check these guys out first.

A perfect first experience. Me and my girlfriend are new to car buying and the welcoming atmosphere here was amazing. We never felt pressured or obligated to only do our services here. I honestly loved the fact that the staff were just human beings, they didn’t seem like they were working, just doing what they love to do. We didn’t even get quickly caught up into introductions when we arrived and I loved that. So many times you go to car dealerships and it’s a fight to see who can talk to you first and that makes a lot of people uncomfortable. But here, they waited until we were ready. Jerome might be the best dealer in the tristate area, he knows his business, he even gave us info needed to make our buy better even if it wasn’t making him the most profit. He didn’t low ball us, he genuinely cares for his customers. Overall the experience here is far beyond the look of this place. It’s nice and small but the experience you get feels like this should be a CarMax lot. I found it hard to believe his spot was this small, and I know for a fact this is just the beginning for these guys. If you read this Jerome just know, I appreciate everything you’ve done.

I usually hate dealing with car dealers, especially used car dealers. But they made the process very painless. They also gave us a better deal on our trade in than I thought. There was a small chip in the windshield of the car we bought. It could have been repaired, but they are replacing it, just to make sure it is taken care of right.

It would be nice if they took some tips from cotoctin. Jerry, super cool straight forward guy to work with! He was able to match the lowest price, we got and even went above and beyond to match an item we saw missing from another dealership. without the haggling and harassment. The out the door price was totally agreeable! We are very happy with the whole process unlike other dealerships where you get pressured to buy a lot of the warranties and useless addons that wasnt the case here. Cactoctin Auto Group gave us the best auto buying experience ever! We couldnt be happier with our new 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Our car had an open recall - Jerry went the extra mile and resolved the issue with the Hyundai dealership quickly and completely. The issue was closed and we received the documents to prove it! Customer Services was great, Jerome met us after hours and Jerry even delivered the car to us. As I said, these guys worked hard to make things easy for us.
