Got a real nice 2018 Ford F150 with only 33,000 miles. The Mike and Mike team was great to work with. I bought a luxury car with 20 k miles. Manager named Michael Middledorf (sales manager) was very dishonest. He was trying to sell tire warranty and all other things he created that added 5k on the original price. I said no because I would not need it because this is just my back up car. He tried to scare me saying that he gave me a good price and interest rate, when what he actually did was just increase the interest rate and make make the terms longer. So as a result did not take additional warranties he added. He promised to have the car detailed clean, but when it was delivered it was not clean at all and some stuff in the car was missing. I would not recommend and not trust this dealership. I called many times and no one was answering for the 1st week when I was trying to contact them. Such a big headache and a bad experience buying a car.

Absolutely the best dealership in the area. It’s my second car I purchased in just over a year. I’ve searched around and they are professional and courteous. Offering competitive pricing and great financing options.Jesse was awesome. No better sales person than this gentleman. No hat hard pitches, he genuinely wanted me to get the car I wanted. I had one of the best experiences ever yesterday with Taz Kazmi, Heather, and their manager (forgot to get his name) in regards to purchasing a new car and potential trade in options at a later date for another vehicle. All of the staff were friendly, very accommodating, and patient. They ran several different options for financing to find the best offer. The store location closes at 8 PM, however they were able to get my boyfriend and I off the lot in a new car by 9-9:30 PM. We arrived around 5-5:15 PM and were treated as family. I highly recommend Easterns if you are looking for affordable financing options and beautiful vehicles.

I didn’t end up buying a car here but the customer service was so good I couldn’t not leave a review! Ask for Brandon he let me test drive all the cars I was interested in and even had the next one lined up when I got back from the first one. I felt I ereceived great treatment from all the staff...the vehicle was fairly priced. I would recommend buying from this dealership. Mike...the manager and the sales professional Jesse Snow were extremely helpful and not pushy at all. If they had been I would have left immediately as I never dealt with my own customers in such a manner. I know of all the tricks of the trade and at no point did I feel that any of those that Ive witnessed were being used by them. Good...Honest people.

At first I was pleased the young salesman was good. Then came contract time the manager (Mike) tried to force me to buy 6k in third party products. He told me the bank wouldnt finance me unless I did. Then he wanted me to pay 29% interest. The bank called me to finalize the deal. I told them no it was outrageous. The bank told me they had nothing to do with third parties and they did not require that. They also said that Mike (Easterns) set the interest rate they just provide the money for me to borrow... if you want to get burned go to Easterns in Frederick. If you want an honest deal... go somewhere else. I almost got robbed at Eastern motors in Frederick.

This was one of the easiest experiences Ive ever had at a dealership. My husband and I were trying to find something nice and within our budget to celebrate his promotion at work and Larry helped us get a 2019 Toyota Camry which was perfect. Very satisfied.
