They were super rude and unwilling to help with a simple request .
This was the worst experience in all my years of being a T-Mobile customer. The person helping us (Matthew) was having several issues with our jump start transaction and nobody to help him. We were there for over 1 hour half which we’ve done the jumpstart many times before and have only taken maybe 30 minutes max. This is a new location and expected better service. Needless to say we left with no new phone because he couldn’t figure how to get the jump start program working.Very disappointed!
I love this store. This is the best store to go to in frederick the address is 5 willowdale DriveB-12 Frederick, Md.I was having Problems with my XS max iphone.I spoke with a representative over the phone, they try to help me fix it but it still did not work. The representative in customer service told me to go toT -Mobile Store which they will ship it there. I told them to shipped it to the 5 Willowdale Dr in frederick.The Representative stated to me over the phone that I would not have any shipping fee. That it would be waived. So, l Received a text stating that my phone was shipped to the store and that it was there. I went to the store to pick it up and I found out that I would have to pay $5 went up to $20 shipping fee.I was very upset because of the representative on the phone told me they would waive any fee for shipping and handling. I would like to thank the store manager Nicole and sale associate Deborah for all of your help. Nicole, the store manager had call for me to T-mobile customer service to straighten this out. We as customers are getting told from Customer ServiceT-Mobile over the phone certain things like for example myself about this shipping and handling fee that I would not have any problems, but when I get to the store we’re getting different information and it’s not the store fault. Customer Services Representative over the phone need to relate to the the store management and sale Associate what they told the customer and it needs to be noted into the notes on the computer system. So, When a customer comes into the store everything they spoke with T-Mobile representative over the phone would be in the notes so it will not be any type of confusion. I just think God I had Nicole as a fantastic manager that help me. Thanks for the sale associate Deborah fort all your help as well. Explaining to me all the details and making me feel at ease. Thank you Deborah.Just remember if you are a T mobile carrier, go to this store they are fantastic and treat you like family. This is why I go there. Thanks again.Sparkle S.
Awful customer service. I asked basic questions and the guy at the counter seemed absolutely disinterested in helping or answering questions. He sat there on his own phone looking bored. I asked about how to exit the demo mode on a phone that cost $899 and he just sat there and shrugged. Just walked out to fine a tmobile with better service.
Made the switch over from AT&T, who we were with for many years, and the staff there were simply amazing! Joe, Nicole and Sean were super friendly and made the transition seamless! Highly recommend anyone to come here and do business with them!!
I went to this store, because it was close to my job, and I needed a new phone. I thought they were nice while in the store... However, the next day, I received a text from t-mobile, thanking me for my device protection purchase. I did not purchase this. I checked my account, and there was a $15 charge added on to my monthly bill for device protection I did not ask for, as I do not need it. So while at this location, I was signed up for something that costs money, without authorization from myself, the person who pays the bill. That’s very deceiving, and I won’t be back to this location.
Nice employees. Kind of hard to get to with minimal transportation (I walk most places) but when you get there it has a very nice atmosphere inside as I would expect from any T-Mobile store. Was over charged about 15 dollars on my first visit and on my second visit I was apologized to and promptly refunded. Not what you would expect by the looks of it on the outside or the location, but, it is a very very nice place none the less.
Joe was awesome in helping us navigate transferring service from other provider. He made the switch quick and fun. Highly reccomend!
Weve been here twice in the last year or two. Both times we experienced expert and friendly service from Sean, whom is a credit to the store and company. I highly recommend that my fellow Frednecks go here, instead of the kiosk at the mall.
This is the local T-Mobile store. Most of the people working there are fairly knowledgeable on cell phones and can figure out whats going on with your billing.Bad part of this store is the location. Not completely unsafe but not a area to hang out like get than needed.

Just moved into town and my husband and I were looking for a tmobile near by. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and helped by both employees. They made it feel very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this Tmobile store.

Terrible customer service from this location. Waked in to buy a phone and we were not even greeted. Not a even a Ill be with you in minute. I like T-Mobiles service but not the customer service at this location.
Very friendly staff, historically and currently, but replacing a sim card from a lost phone for $25 still leaves a very poor taste in my mouth.
My father went there recently and was treated very poorly by some young kid working there. Poor customer service. Can be impolite, disrespectful, and rude. Clearly knows nothing about cellphones.
