My 5 year old IPhone 6 was a relic. It was finally put to rest and a new modern fast IPhone 11 was added My sales person Tyler was very patient with me in explaining the different phones and plans knowing I hadn’t been in the market for a new phone since the Stone Age. He was very knowledgeable and shared some of the tips for using this new phone. For example, I no longer have a HOME button, how am I supposed to do anything without it. So glad he pointed that out or I would still be looking for it. Very satisfied with the customer service and ATT as my carrier.
I came in the store with a broken screen that would not accept my passcode. My phone was locked and I could not get into it. John Was very helpful and walked me through my options. He even tried to restart the phone manually thinking it would reset. And then sent me a link to trouble shoot backing up my data at home since I could not access my phone.. he recommended I get the screen fix or opt for a new phone. Phone got fixed and even though I did not get a resolution in the store it gave me peace of mind to know all of the options. Great store experience.
It Was the most helpful experience from an AT&T dealer. The man that helped us was very straight with us. No trying to add on a bunch of junk we didnt need. Glad we decided to stop! Usually go to the Westminster town mall store but decided to stop here. We will be stopping here from now one. Good store!

If I could give a 0 I would! Terrible! I went to this store and purchased a case for my daughter. The woman that helped me told me if it didn’t fit that they would return it and pay in cash. I showed her on the receipt that it says no cash refunds. She informed me again that they would return my money in cash if I returned it. I can into the store to return it and the Black guy that works in the morning told me that they can’t return it with cash and to come back when the lady who sold me the case was there. I called in later when she was there and she then said that she couldn’t return it with cash. The following day I can in to return the case and the Spanish guy told me that my check should be here 3 to 4 days. I’ve been calling for 3 weeks asking to speak to a manager and he’s barely there. I finally got the chance to speak with him yesterday and he said he’d check into it and will call me back ...NEVER DID! I called this morning and once again..the black guy that works in the morning told me that I would have to wait . He said it takes two weeks. I asked him for a supervisors number and he said he wasn’t authorized to give me that information. It is over two weeks and I still don’t have my check. I will never step foot in that at&t again. There’s no reason that I pay for something in cash which was about $45 and I have to wait this long to receive my money. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...especially the black guy that works in the morning. Don’t shop here!
What a joke ! every time i come here Their sign says they will be back in hours and door closed. I came here yesterday at 12:30 pm they say they be back back in 1:30 and i came today their sign says they will be back at 5:00 .
James was awesome. He stayed later than he had to in order to help me transfer my phone and get my wifes phone upgraded. I would definitely recommend this location rather than a standard AT&T corporate store.

The website says you are open til 9pm and made a 30 mintue drive and got there at 8:30pm. Web site needs to be updated to right times.
The team at this store is great. Im new to the area, and had several questions. James answered them all, and was patient while explaining all of my options. Will definitely go to this store for all of my cell and tv needs. A+
I’ve had mixed results, it really depends on who helps you at the time you walk in. The good: if you know exactly what you want, if you know exactly what account change you need things seem to go better. The bad: some staff are beyond unprofessional.
Took me all day to get a issue settled that thy caused to happen to my phone. Very madding to spend hours in the store not to get anywhere just to have to wait at home for the tech to call me back.
First time I ever tried this place......Called to check stock before I drove up to purchase my phone. I asked if they had in stock, Representative asked what size and I replied I didnt really care about the size, just wanted to know if they had any of that model in stock......he replied well he have them here, so if you dont care I guess you just come in and get it with a slight sarcastic attitude. I said ok and then I began to ask another question and he just flat out hung up on me.My Business gone elsewhere!
Have to repost, and hate to do it. First, on a recent trip here I asked for my insurance to be cancelled on my iPad, which was free to begin with. Not only did the person I spoke to fail to do so, he actually cancelled the insurance on my iPhone, which suffered a bad crack on the screen and shortly thereafter I was informed of his mistake and told, needless to say, it was not covered. Major mistake and I have been told I am SOL for HIS incompetence. Worse, by bill LITERALLY doubled after the changes I made to my account, and when I tried to call att they told me that was just what I was signed up for.Two days after I went into this place they called me and asked me for my password on my account. I am stupid for giving it to them and am in the process of cancelling my account with att altogether. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I cannot overstate it. Wish I never walked into this place. Absolute ripoff. Avoid at all costs.
