I walked in and there were 2 people ahead of me. I was told I would be helped as soon as possible but not even asked what I needed. All I needed was to turn in my phone for my trade-in an easy 5 min task. After 25 min of sitting there I was finally asked what I needed. I let him know I was just turning in my old phone. I was then told he could not help me and that I needed to go to a corporate store. Well after sitting there for almost a half hour the corporate store was closed. I also do not understand how you only have 1 person working for the whole store. If he wouldve asked how I could be helped from the beginning I couldve made it to the other Verizon on time before they closed.

I purchased the new Apple Watch and Darryl the salesman was very friendly and set up my new watch for me and was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. Great service!!! Will go back!!!

It was a pleasure to be assisted by Amanda on 2 different occasions within a week! I came in to purchase a screen protector and charger box for my daughters phone, not only did she assist me with ensuring I purchased the right screen protector but she assisted me by putting the protector on the phone. In addition, she explained to me the lifetime warranty on the product and how to submit a claim in which I needed to do for the screen protector on my phone I had purchased previously from TCC. Once I received the new screen protector in the mail I stopped back by TCC and Amanda was there to assist me yet once again with great customer service. Thank you again Amanda! My family and I will be back in the future when we need to purchase additional phones and/or accessories!

Fyi, this isnt a real Verizon store and you can do everything they do through the Verizon website with the added bonus of not having to sit in front of a condescending man who thinks hes better than you while working a Sunday shift at a mobile phone reseller.

Austin helped me get a great deal on two phones and even offered to drive to another store to pick up a phone that they didnt have in stock. It was fast and easy. Highly recommend this store.

I have been to multiple verizon stores but I must say this one has been the best. Austin assisted me in getting my new S21 and helped explain the benefits of the new phone when it came out. I came in today months later because I had a connection issues and I had the pleasure of getting help again from Austin. It was a good talk, couple laughs and a few mins later with him doing his job I was out of there quick. I appreciate this store and Austins help and plan to tell my family if they need help or wanna upgrade to come here.I highly recommend this store and if you need help fixing your phone, see if hes there because hes been very reliable.

Great experience at the store! The associate named Austin helped me upgrade an iPhone for my 90 year old mom who has been using an iPhone for the last 10 years. We had to call him back from my moms house for some help with settings and he was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He even called us back to see how we were doing with the phone. It was a great customer service touch on his part that I dont see much anymore. He had a very sincere approach that was very appreciated. I will bring more business to him and the store!

Took me 4 hours to do a simple upgrade. They didnt have much merchandise in store to play with. The staff is really nice but if I had to go to a Verizon store again I would go to the one down the street near the Giant on Kingfisher.

I have always used this store for cell phones. I was due for an upgrade and got the XR. I immediately began having issues. After troubleshooting with Verizon directly they suggested I get a new phone since it was a day old. I called the store and spoke to Logan. They were closing soon but said he would stay late to help me! He was able to get my phone up and running and didn’t mind staying late to do so. It’s nice to know excellent customer service still exists!

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. TCC also gives back to the community. Win-win!

I recently got a replacement phone and had spent hours on the phone with Verizon techs trying to get the new phone activated. After speaking with 5 different techs I still had no luck. Out of desperation I decided to go to TCC on Workmans Mill Rd in Frederick MD. I met with Darryl and he diagnosed the problem and had me up and running in 20 minutes. I could not be happier. TCC is my new go to for Verizon phones and support.
