Love this location! Everybody is so friendly! The girls working there named Iris and Ana were so helpful! I had a problem with the network and they helped me with no hesitation!! Definitely coming back if I need anything else!!

Stefano is Wonderful, amazing and very helpful with helping switch and rehook up my new phone, as i had to go thru the warranty. He was very helpful when i came into the store for help many times, he was very patient as i needed help setting things up on my new phone. I just got charged $100 extra than quoted price. I noticed the price difference while in the store and told the cashier and she said sorry but no refund. She admitted she quoted the wrong price and said sorry again. She offered 2 free cases but thats not equivalent to $100. I need a manager or supervisor.

I couldn’t give them 0 star but honestly im really upset with their customer service and they had the audacity to charge me 20 dollar activation fee when i just found out the activation “fee” is waived they charge me twice they were telling me that THEY ALWAYS CHARGE ACTIVATION FEE that what it says on the tv commercial and on metro by tmobile web site was old and that they no longer hd the authorization to waived the fees anyways dont go to this location Metro at the mall much better they dint lie to me they even told me i got scammed by this store

So boost mobile canceled my lines so i had to go to metro storee and ohhh mann im so glad i did I move all my 4 lines i got the free phonesss 5 g phones 128 gb only had to payed for the plans and the girl who helped us was so niceee she gave us discounts on the cases helped us with transferring our contacts plus she was multitasking helping her co workers!!!! I called this location for assistance and the music in the background was so loud I could barely hear the lady and she yelled her name was Bea, Bia or Via. She needs more training in customer service. When I asked who is the manager of the store, she responded there was no manager and that she does not who to call. Then she hung up. During Covid-19, you try hard to call vs go in to the store, but when you cannot barely hear every word it makes it hard to conduct any business ess or transaction over the phone.

Im really glad i visited this location! The ladies working here omg they helped installing the screen protector I bought and helped me with contacts and they were so nicee about it and always answering my questions. I really recommend this store My experience at the metro in the mall was awful so dont even bother going there

Very excellent and professional customer service. The young lady there Martha is very knowledgeable about her job and all aspects of the store. I had an unexpected issue with a phone and Martha without skipping a beat fixed it so fast I almost didnt realize it happened. Even though there is a location near me I still take the 30 min drive to go out of my way to go there for the attention to detail that I was given by Martha. Thanks for the perfect customer service I was given.

Listen I switched from Boost over to this T-Mobile and so far it’s great but what really made this a great experience was the lady who checked me out her name was Jasmine I dunno if that’s how you spell it but whatever I really enjoyed this woman’s service very helpful!!I don’t often use words such as hooked up but she looked out for me and I appreciate YOU FOR THAT! Bought a charger from this location. I gave my daughter a 50 dollar bill. She comes back with 1 10 dollar dill and 4 1 dollar bill and 40 cents. So I asked her was the charge 40 dollars. And where is the receipt. She stated the man didnt give her a receipt. So I called back and asked how much was the charger he said 15 dollars. I advised him I gave him a 50 and I recieved 14.40 back. He went back and forth with me saying he gave the correct change. I told him he needs to check his register. I also said she didnt get the receipt. His response was he assumed she didnt want one. He miscounted the money. And kept my 20 dollars. I will never go to this location again. He is a liar and thief.

The cashier/customer attendant I had was not very friendly or seemed customer service oriented, I can clearly see why they have the advertisement on the door stating that they are hiring. 😐. I went to this location to pay my bill and the charges were more than the amount stated on the text message I was in receipt of via the automated message. I was not happy with my service nor the charges, needless to say, Ill be switching carriers this month when this bill becomes due again. When you first begin service, they try to be nice however, once youve been with them a while, look out. 😳👀😒

The owner was superb! She immediately assessed and fixed the problems I was experiencing with my phone; explained what she was doing at each step along the way and was extremely professional throughout. The best service I have had dealing with phone malfunctions.

Somehow I had messed up my phone settings the girls here were awesome I went during the afternoon during the week day and they were so helpful. I used to go to Germantown on great Seneca highway and the staff there the manager Catalina is very rude. I go out of my way all the way here just to deal with these girls because theyre awesome and theyre very helpful. In addition there extremely knowledgeable.

Mrs. Roxie handles her business!!!Not only was she handling 3 different customers at the same time, she also registered 2 new phones for me switching over, waived a $5.00 fee, she then topped it off with a free SIM pin to keep for free. Now I dont have to ask for the womans earrings to try and pry the SIM slot open on my IPhone. I dont see what the negative reviews are for. Best Regards

Beware of this retailer. My daughter had a MetroPCS ZTE phone that stopped powering on because of software issues, not damage of any kind. It was still well within the 1 year manufacturers warranty so we were told by MetroPCS on the phone that we had to go to a store to return the phone. My wife went to this store to do so. The young woman behind the counter made her wait 20-30 mins to talk to the owner/manager. He came to the counter, shook the phone, said he heard something rattling and claimed it was damaged and there was nothing he could do. To be clear, there is nothing physically (externally or internally) wrong with the phone...nothing rattling (as he said)...no water damage either. I can only assume that he simply did not want to return the phone to manufacturer as required. I called minutes later and the young woman clerk was dismissive and rude to me on the phone, suggested my wife was a liar and when I said I will report this bad service to the corporate office, she replied, please do. And I did. This experience pushed us to cancel MetroPCS altogether and go with Verizon. Now onto Yelp

They dont even like the owner who is Asian, but his original has nothing to do with this ratingredients at all...its his attitude and business ethics that Im speaking of. He was so close to me dragging him out of that store and me giving him a grown man ass whooping because of his business etiquette. I had to explain to him as a business owner myself, you only survive in this industry because of your consumers, and he laughed me off talking about this is the number 1 store in Maryland...I laughed and walked out because at that point, I was going to beat his ass. Its one thing to lie to me and ignore my presence, but Ill be damned if Ill let you insult my integrity.

I would actually give them zero stars if it was allowed. The first problem i have with this company is that they cancelled my phone line without my approval. I was current with my bill and they just cancelled my line. When i asked why they did that, the in-store sales rep claimed that i cancelled the line. I wouldnt cancel a line that i use as my business phone.The second problem i had with this company is that the mail in rebate. I mailed in the form and a couple of weeks later called to check on it. The response i received was your mail in rebate is not valid and we cant do anything for youNow i have to inform all of my customers that the number has changed, the flyers i printed are no good, and i have useless phone that i bought from metro pcs.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and all of the authorized dealers, they are all full of scams.

Called store this morning told him I wanted to switch from Total wireless to metro PCS they said come in after I drove 14 miles filled out paperwork they told me total wireless is a part of their family and they couldnt give me a free phone Id have to pay for itthey should have told me this before I left the house and had to drive 14 miles to get there and risk being infected

They screwed us over with the lg leon and the dads and grads rebate. We were suppose to get a mail in rebate of $50 for each phone and they told us after waiting 3months for the rebate to come in the mail that we werent getting it. So when we went to complain to the store owner he tried to give me ear buds to replace the $100 that was owed to me. I asked him for store credit or something nicer and he said that the ear buds was all he could give me. Why would i take a crappy low end earbuds to replace $100 owe to me. This owner is crazy and its bull that he wants to own a store but doesnt want to come out of his pocket to make things right for something his store messed up on in the first place.
