They had a lot of patience while I kept going back and forth with what I wanted and were also very good about making sure I knew all of the factors that needed to be considered when ordering the right dimensions. I mostly worked with Sonny, who was very responsive and helpful. The door I ordered had some special features that you can’t just get anywhere...vented sidelights! Worth the extra $$.
