Had all new windows and patio door replaced. Crew was on time and extra careful that our cats didnt get out. For the first time in 20 yrs. I can see out our windows. Our window seals started to fail 6 yrs after house was finished. Great Job.

This is the 2nd time we have used them. We used them at our old house we just sold and then our new house we just bought. Both times they have been great and the crews are very respectful. They are very efficient and get the job done right. Window world’s pricing is also very good with good quality windows. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them!

Window world did a great job on our home. Replaced all the original wood windows that were rotting and drafty with new vinyl windows. After 4 years, they still all look amd work great.

It started with the salesman not telling us they’d be slicing through our woodwork trim to install, and also leave us without any edges; the windows are flush against the wall. The windows were installed incorrectly and after arguing that we have a draft coming in, they came out and agreed that a part was missing and they’d fix it. Well it’s now been two years and the cheap material and glue isn’t holding up, and the “trim” they used to make the windows flush against the wall is peeling off. We will be replacing our windows after two years with durable and high quality windows, not this junk.

I have used window world for all of my house windows and front door entrance. The salesman had a lot of experience and offered great advice on what product would be the best for me. The crew were here early and worked for several hours on the project. They were polite and professional. I love the warranty. Anther amazing job from Window World. They replaced my windows a couple years back, had one little issue a few months later and they came right out on the day I was available and took care of everything. Hired them to come out and install a new patio door. They even took care of a small issue spot in the floor under the carpet right by the door. Great work once again! The guys were right on time and could not be any happier with the results.

Installing was fast maybe to fast windows arent square leak air manufacturer and service men where here did stuff some still leak said that nothing more they can do windows still not square still leak walk by windows feel cold air get what you pay for cheap windows and service would not recommend to anyone for again the runaround owner says I want something for nothing windows still leak air will not come on a windy cold day to see for yourself didnt try replace the window I have your money thats not the problem not paying for it until you fix them
