Awesome is the word! The staff is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, informative...I could go on and on. This staff of people is a good example of why Ive been a T-Mobile customer since Feb. 2005. From CJ to Hector to Byron and others! A++++ You all made upgrading so easy.
Excellent customer service. Friendly and jovial employees. I couldnt figure out why my new phone wasnt working and the associate tried all he could before making a call to their corporate office. While I was waiting they got me a chair and water bottle and finished another transaction while he was on the phone.

I had an issue with an unlocked AT&T phone in which my unlimited data was not working on my phone, so do could only access internet through Wi-Fi. I went to three separate T-Mobile stores. The first, the guy seemed very aggitated and dismissive, but he was able to find a fix that lasted a couple days. The stand in the mall were unable to fix it. So I came to this store to hopefully find a solution. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by Jason, who was super friendly and helpful! Him and Julio worked for several minutes trying to find a solution. Then Julio decided to try to change my Sim card, and my phone worked immediately! Both Julio and Jason were so friendly and attentive, as well as helpful! They totally deserve a raise!
I love this store. Great customer service they took care of all my problems and I left happy. I will return to this located every time.
Be careful T mobile is fraud. Brittany was the one who helped me. She was absolutely rude and has some anger issues. She even cussed at me . On the contact she said that the bill would be $115, but when I got my bills they were $154. I went back to the store multiple times to ask her to fix this problem. But she kept telling me to wait and she didn’t want help. This store is going well I shut down because of people lying to customers on their contract.
Avoid. The one in Hagerstown is a Corporate store, go there instead.

Not sure where to start, but I guess its easiest to summarize the frustration and disappointment created by this T-Mobile Retail Partner with one word - scammed. I entered the store on 2/23/18 to inquire about a get a free iPhone 8 promotion when you buy one. Essentially a BOGO deal when you add two lines, as advertised outside the store. I wound up getting the deal after cancelling the two lines that needed new phones. So, after establishing new phone numbers (and getting charged for new SIM cards) I was charged for both of the new phones. Therein lies the scam, it wasnt the deal I was promised. I have had to go back to T-Mobile Customer Service (via several phone calls over the past 2.5 months) to get the problem straightened out. Granted, T-Mobile customer service has been outstanding - compared to Verizon (a very, very low bar) - but getting scammed still stinks. Fool me once, shame on you. There wont be a second time. Dont go to this store. Go somewhere else, or better yet, just engage w/ T-Mobile via their website and customer service phone line. I still like T-Mobile, just stay away from this retail partner. With partners like this, who needs enemies?
