Terrible costumer service. Rude staff.When I brought to their attention the awful delivery, I was told that it was not their responsibility as it was delivered by the third party. To be exact, my piano was left outside, diagonally on the stairs, on a snowy day, without letting me know that it’s already shipped, let alone on the way to be delivered.As for the return of the bench, for some reason the price in their system was about half of the real price that I had actually paid and because of that, he was refusing to pay the refund in full. He could have easily credited back my credit card but he only did that when he found that I would return the piano too if I don’t get the full refund. That was really insulting. Not a very smart way to take costumers money. I will never go to this store again.All credit though goes to Daniel, who helped me find the instrument. He is a very nice and talented young man!

Definitely recommend this store. One of the workers Dan was so friendly and made me feel wanted. My teacher EL is very fun and patient. Im just beginning to learn but i cant wait to spend more time herd learning from everyone.

Horrible customer service. During the whole pandemic, I couldnt get the instrument back, they charged me for March and April, until I finally was able to get a live person on the phone after waiting 1/2 hour to tell me I can go to a local place. I explained the whole situation, they said once the instrument is back, they will fix the bill. Just got another bill with a fee of $15 on it for the collection agency fee. Now in collections with no communication what so ever. You should be ashamed of your business ethic..

This store has such a helpful staff. Spoke to a lady on the phone about violin lessons for my daughter one morning. She was very helpful and kind. When I brought my daughter in to inquire about rentals, she sized her for the violin and recommended a few of their instructors. She also asked what music my daughter likes. Overall it was a very helpful experience and once my daughter is of age I will definitely be coming back for lessons and the continued excellent customer service. The manager was incredibly personable as well with his greeting. Highly recommend.

I was going to order a set of drums for my son from looking at two other music stores online that were far away. I kept thinking that I / we didnt want to have to put together the drums ourselves, not knowing what we were doing. Decided to call Music and Arts at Wormans Mill and spoke with the current Mgr., Jeb. What a great thing that turned out to be. He ordered the drum set (from a fairly nearby warehouse) and within a few days, they came in. He also made a suggestion to get a Zildjian cymbal set, which turned out to be great also. The best thing of all is that when the drums came in Jeb, himself, put the heads on all drums and tuned them too. All at no extra cost ! My son and I plan to always come to your store ! By the way, as an added bonus, he gave us a discount on the drums and cymbals. Can not beat their customer service. Thank you very much Jeb and Music and Arts. Hope youre at that store a long time Jeb !

I came in on Sunday looking for a guitar for my son, I was greeted by a super friendly employee Michael, who continued to help me pick out one for him, he also did a great demo on the guitar and amplifier as well, my son is very happy. Thank you Michael! :)

Had an awesome experience here! I went here looking for some Cleartone acoustic guitar strings but they were out of stock. But after talking with the store manager, Dustin, he got right on it and immediately called the closest store that had some. I got them a couple days after he called them. Stopped in to get a guitar restrang. Olivia was incredibly rude on the phone and then in person. She seemed like everything was an inconvenience. We left the guitar there for an hour and a half and when we returned she said Youre back already? after she had said it would be done in a half hour. Luckily, Micheal was there to save the day. He had a smile and was very friendly. He said he could do it in about ten minutes. Thank you so much Michael!!

My man justin, or maybe Dustin, who ever he was had an amazing beard, was a phenomenal associate. This man walked me through everything. I want to learn to play the guitar, and this man offered more help than I was expecting. No hesitation, a beautiful smile through his wonderfully tamed mane called his beard, and his firm, yet gentle, yet manly handshake at the end really brought it all together. I will shop nowhere but here for all my music needs. I love Justin (or Dustin) the beard guy! Keep It real homie!

A great place for kids to take private lessons. While you wait on your daughter’s cello lesson to end, enjoy looking at a blue trombone. You don’t see that everyday.

I would give minus 5 stars if I could. This company doesnt care to return voice mails and they do not follow up. I had an issue with returning my sons instrument after the school year ended - the school was closed for the summer, the instrument was left there, I was not notified by the school or the company that I was supposed to request a return authorization so the instrument can be picked up. Long story short - even though they had a credit card on file they continued to mail late invoices, because of their billing issues I had to pay late fees. On top of that after speaking with 4 different customer service reps and explaining my situation - instead of working with me and charging me only for the time the instrument was used they charged me for the entire summer plus late fees - without even once bothering to return my voice mails to their supervisors. I am extremely disappointed and am planning to be at my sons school this year band sign up when they rent out their instruments - I will personally warn people how bad this company is, every single person who approaches their table. I was not paid attention to and my concerns were not heard by Music&Arts so now I made it my mission to do something about it.
