Kim was outstanding in responding to my questions. Very personable and professional at same time. I had a number of concerns about signing up with a company I knew nothing about, She answered all my concerns so thoroughly that I was convinced to enter into a fixed price contract with Aero. Do not buy propane service company. They will lie to and screw you out of money. We were in Frederick for a short time and needed propane service for our RV. The had a large set up fee and the had a fee to pickup the tank when we left. They agreed to a buyback price for left over propane and did not honor it. When they disconnected the bottle they did not return all the plumbing to the way they found it. Had to go to a dealer and pay them to put it back together and pressure test the system. Sent them numerous messages about it and they just ignore the messages. Terrible company. Would have given the zero stars if I could. Buyer beware, go with a more reputable company!!!!

Needed a propane refill for a home I purchased. First I called Aero Energy but the price per gallon so too high then I noticed delivery trucks in my area were Thompson Gas so called them for a quote and the price was half the price of Aero. Now I know why my neighbors use Thompson gas, great rates per gallon, courteous customer service and friendly delivery people
