To start, I was supposed to have this bed delived a day before but somehow there was a computer glitch and it missed 10% of the orders that were supposed to be delivered.....The service during the delivery was amazing. The two gentlemen were very polite. I had the sidewalks cleared of snow and ice so they would not slip or fall. I opened up the door so they wouldnt have to deal with that. I did not get to see them on box the item or see them put it together but they never put together the universal headboard bracket. That being said its extremely challenging for a disabled person to figure out and to install plus the legs seem a bit crooked. There were cables hanging down off the platform. If I would have not looked, I would have stuck something under the bed and would have ripped those wires right out. The box for the motor is just dangling from the bed by a twisty. I did get it in one plastic clip but there isnt anything else to hold it up. On the back of the bed it looks like the material might have been stretched too tight and it looks like the screws are starting to show through the fabric! I went with tempurpedic because of the name and supposedly the quality. My friends have other electric beds that they got for much less and they havent had any issues :(. For what I paid for this Im extremely unhappy with the quality so far. Like I said the two that dropped it off and did the setup were very kind and very polite. In fact, I gave them a $10 tip each. Once again I apologize for a negative review But, this is unacceptable!

On June 14, 2021, I I contacted the Customer Care Department, again and received the same electronic generic message. I stated on that email, that I would like it forwarded to Chad Barber. To date, I still have not been contacted regarding warranty exchange.It has now been nearly 8 Months, since I’ve been forced to sleep on a defective bed. I’m a 100% Disabled Female Veteran, that served 20 years in the military protecting our country.It is obvious that Mattress Warehouse has no respect for Disabled Veterans, and continues to force us to sleep in defective merchandise for over 8 months, which causes more serious injury to the veteran.I’m an advocate for over 1 Million Veterans, and I assist veterans all around the world. I am very well known in the veteran community. I will be informing them of the unjust treatment and unprofessionalism that I had to endure from your company. I will inform them that your company is not veteran friendly.I’m no longer interested in doing business with your company. I’m requesting an immediate refund of $1,500 for the Serta Elite X8 Hybrid that I purchased on January 5, 2021. I purchased a new mattress and frame and requested pickup and disposal of the old mattress. Delivery men arrived and then I was told if the old mattress has a stain on it they would not take the old mattress away so I canceled the entire order. Store manager did not tell me that a stain would mean my old mattress would not be taken away. Please be aware of this when you are told they will pickup and take away an old mattress.

Its been almost 3 months (Aug 14 to be exact) that we purchased a mattress and adjustable frame that never was properly installed and doesnt fit our bed frame. I called immediately upon getting home to this disaster the day it was delivered and partially installed. After countless calls to the main and corporate offices a manager named Dan agreed to refund us our money and return the bed. I received an email confirming this over a month and a half ago but still havent received the refund and were still stuck with the bed. I had to remove the adjustable box spring because it was uncomfortable to sleep. Ive sent emails to customer service and havent heard back from anyone. Ive called Dan at least 20 times over the past 2 weeks since my last review I wrote and still havent received a return call. Im sure they will respond to this review saying their sorry and email customer service. This company and its employees are a joke and Im not going to stop emailing, calling or writing reviews until I receive a full refund and have this bed removed from my home. I wish there was a negative star option.

I would never buy a bed from this company ever againSo upset was lied to about our beds witch we paid good money for and didn’t even get bed frames when we where told that it came with everything but the headboards now my 3 kids have to sleep on the floor because they don’t have frames to sleep in comfort the delivery guys where rude and didn’t even want to take old mattresses down stairs for us 😡😡😡

Helpful staff. Very SHADY EXCHANGE POLICY !!I recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Warehouse of Perry Hall(7907 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD). I was told by staff that i can exchange my mattress after a 30 days period for any reason if im not happy with the mattress and i only have to pay for the shipping costs. went back to exchange my mattress after 30 days only to find out that they dont honor prices from last month when i purchased the mattress. The mattress that i was interested in is now cost $350 more than the last month price!? whose fault is that i could not exchange my mattress last month and have to wait 30 days to exchange it !! you would think they would honor last month prices !!The answer is NO . I had to pay another $350 to be able to exchange my mattress plus shipping and recovery charges !! Plus they said i can only exchange with the same brand !! They make it very difficult for you to be able to exchange. I walked out and would never go back !! Thats not the right way to do business. If you planing to get your mattress from them, make sure you get the right mattress first time or you will regret it later !!

The sales person was amazing however the delivery has been one failure after another. It was set to be delivered on last Saturday, we moved all the furniture in the house to the walls tubs tables you name it and emptied the bedroom. Friday am my husband and l took the old bed out planed to sleep on our sofa for one night. Well they lost our mattress and called Friday afternoon like it wasn’t a big deal and said it would come next Saturday. I’m a nurse working almost every day since the beginning of the pandemic and I have no bed but the first bill has arrived. Our awesome a guy pulls some strings and we settle for a different mattress to get it here today on Tuesday. They call last night they found our original mattress and it’s coming today in the afternoon. They call again it will be an 8 am delivery not afternoon. Ok. They call 3 times this morning to verify our address both real people and robot calls. The delivery driver apparently puts the road name in as a city and goes totally different place!! And leaves my husband waiting two hours trying to meet him and help him get to our house as he lost and this dude is an hour or more away. So he just arbitrarily decides we aren’t getting our bed again today but tomorrow. Again Scott our sales guy is amazing and trying to go up the chain of command but is being blown off as they are all in a meeting!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! This needs to be rectified today!!! And ignoring me till 5 isn’t going to make it any easier!!!

Was very pleased, the whole process went smoothly from beginning to end. Our salesman, Nick was very nice to work with. He was very friendly and polite, informative, and wasn’t at all pushy. I definitely would deal with him again. When I called to schedule delivery, Megan was also very polite and friendly. And the delivery men also were great! They were here at the scheduled time, and also were very polite and friendly. They are hard workers, working quickly and very efficiently. I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse.

My experience with Mattress Warehouse and the delivery service was outstanding! I ordered my mattress on a Thursday and had it delivered on a Saturday. The experience was seamless. The salespeople in the store were helpful (and not at all pushy or overwhelming), and the delivery process was straightforward and went just as it had been explained to me. They called the night before to give me the delivery window (7:30-10:30 AM), and the next morning I had my mattress and box spring in my bed frame by 7:40. The delivery men were super quick and even removed the plastic wrapping from my apartment. If I had to Id order from them again no question (unfortunately for MW I have a feeling that this mattress is of pretty good quality AND the lovely folks in the store gave me a deal on a mattress protector, so I probably wont have a reason to order a new one for a while).

This past Tuesday we had a King mattress and adjustable base delivered from Mattress Warehouse. Both delivery personnel, Wuilman Villanueva and Alfredo Montano were not only professional, but also very patient. It’s folks like this, who work very hard, that usually go unrewarded. Their work is difficult and the hours long. If you have a delivery coming anytime in the future, show the delivery personnel you are appreciative of their efforts beyond just words. They totally deserve it.

The delivery experts were friendly, quick and efficient. They set up my new mattress and removed all the packaging with them, as well as took out my old mattress and box spring.The scheduling is not great though. You select a day and then they send you a message at 8 or 9pm the night before about the timing (9-12, 12-3, etc). The first time I reserved the loading dock for 3pm but they scheduled me for 9am delivery. The loading dock was in use so I had to reschedule. I asked the delivery team and mattress warehouse what time it would arrive for the next time but they could not tell me ahead of time. The second delivery I reserved the loading dock for the morning, but lo and behold at 9pm the night before I find out it would arrive in the afternoon. My loading dock was booked for the afternoon. They arrived in a giant truck that could never park on the street. The truck is huge. Fortunately the loading dock was empty. They were able to bring the mattress up pretty quickly before anybody came to bother about the reserved loading dock. Overall 5 for the delivery guys but 3 for scheduling

Kevin, salesman at the Winchester location was very knowledgeable. He showed us many different mattresses, gave us ample time to choose the one we felt comfortable with. The delivery went excellent as well. Very nice delivery guys. Brought the new mattress in, set it up, took the old mattress and left. Great experience..

Weve had a first rate experience with Mattress Warehouse. First, the sales was informative not pushy and very helpful. Very pleased with how she matched us with the right mattress.Second, the delivery guys were super nice, right on time, and very professional.All in all, a very pleasant experience, which is not often the case with other firms.

Delivery experience was excellent. Good communication throughout the process pinning down the time of arrival to within minutes. Delivery workers were friendly and respectful to our home. They were fast, efficient and thorough even offering suggestions about optimal placement. We were extremely impressed and happy with the delivery service. Major bonus was buying 2 beds one day and GETTING them delivered the NEXT day! What!?!?

Delivery was great. We were notified the evening before, as promised, with the delivery ‘window’. We were called the morning of with same information. Then we got a call when they were 45 minutes away.They were kind, efficient, careful. Took their shoes off at the door because it was a wet day. Set up and removal of old beds went perfectly smooth! Awesome work!

Guys that delivered our bed were courteous and fast. It is a rainy day and he even took off his shoes before entering and I didnt ask him to. That is professionalism at its finest if you asked me. Definitely will go back to mattress warehouse in the future and will recommend them to everyone.

This company is totally shady. They arent even accredited by the BBB. Please take your business to ANY other mattress company. The policies are better everywhere else. You get one chance to exchange a mattress. If you arent happy with it then youre stuck with it. They dont tell you this when you buy. They handle business like scam artists. Then when you try to get the contact info for the higher up members of management they give you the run around and no one gets back to you. Dont make the same mistake I did. Now we are out thousands of dollars and have to get an attorney.

My wife and I decided to come here just to window shop and we ended up placing our order. This was our first time Mattress shopping, so we had no idea what to expect. We were able to try out several before we found the right one. The customer service was top notch and considering how much information we were given, we were out in a decent time. Everything was a breeze and we had our new bed set up in two days.

The entire experience was great. From the time I stepped into Mattress Warehouse to the time the delivery team left has been great. The salesperson was attentive and explained the features of the various mattresses. The delivery team was early and were in and gone in about twenty minutes, taking my old mattress and the debris with them.Great job!!

The delivery of my mattress was flawless. I purchased it yesterday and it was delivered this morning. I received three courtesy phone calls informing me where I was on the delivery schedule and when the truck would arrive at my home. The two man delivery team were efficient, quick, clean, and professional. They were in and out within 15 minutes, and even placed my old mattress in my garage. Extremely happy and satisfied.

I picked out my mattress and setup the delivery date. The day before my delivery I received a phone from the store for what I thought would be my delivery time window for the next day. Unfortunately I couldn’t have been more wrong! They said my mattress was a “special” order and I wouldn’t have it until the end of August. Meanwhile I’d been sleeping on the couch and I have a lot of arthritis etc, so needless to say I was very uncomfortable. I had a close relative go down to try mattresses since I was now a hour away. I finally got my mattress and now it’s causing me more pain than the couch did. I called the store and they said they can’t and won’t do anything to fix this problem until the middle of September. I will never recommend this company. It’s all about the buck and not customer satisfaction!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new mattress at Mattress Warehouse. Robin was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and asked good questions. I could tell she was very experienced with knew all of the different features of each product. She made sound suggestions when asked and she was not pushy, rather very patient and kind.We love our Kingsdown mattress, firm and comfortable, and the delivery was seamless, taking less than 10 minutes to discard old mattress and set up new one. Everyone did an awesome job! We started with actually selecting the wrong mattress and realized this a few short nights after trying to sleep on it. We went in and talk to the sales reps and they made the process of exchanging super easy and stress free! The follow ups for the delivery part were good too. From the moment we walked in, Ray listened to everything we needed and made suggestions along the way. He was patient and accommodation with us as we bought our first new piece of furniture two days before our moving day.Delivery was when it was expected, and the ten minute notice was helpful also! A word of advice. Read carefully because what you are told by the salesman is not always correct. We were told by the salesman that we had 30 days to upgrade our mattress and adjustable base. From a queen to a king. We decided to do this. And now we are told no we cannot help you. We have tried everything to get help with an upgrade or a refund. And we are told basically SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK. WE can’t help you. So now I’m stuck with a $3000 bed we don’t want.

Purchased a high end mattress that was pricey but worth it. You get what you pay for, especially when it involves sleeping & your neck/back -- it has to be the best quality. Mario and Santos were efficient and customer friendly and made sure there wasn’t anything else they could help with at delivery. I declined the frame set up and they asked a few times if I was sure I didn’t want them to do it. I am also impressed with the follow through of the company making sure I was informed of their ETA and that it worked for me. Last but not least, if my saleswoman was not completely able to explain the options, features and policies I would not have chosen Mattress Warehouse. Great experience!

What a seamless experience! I buy the mattress on Sunday with a promised delivery of Monday morning. Sunday night I get a call saying delivery is between 7:30-9:30 AM. At 8 AM I get a call saying the mattress will arrive in one hour. At 9:02 there is a knock on my door. Two polite young men install the mattress in less than 10 minutes and I’m on way to run Thanksgiving errands. I was so impressed. Mattress Warehouse will get all my business. #grateful

Sabo was absolutely incredible! We went in for a Box spring and left with an incredible bed that makes us feel like we are floating on air. You knew he knew his stuff and was passionate about what he does because long after we were completely sold on the new bed he explained why and how these beds are made to fit the specific needs of the individuals and we lived learning about everything!! I bought a mattress from Mattress Warehouse in Dunkirk, MD. Ramona was so helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery process was very easy and good. I received emails and phone calls verifying the delivery date and time frame and even received a call when the driver was about 10 minutes away from my home which was very helpful. My mattress was delivered in a timely manner by two nice, professional men. Unfortunately, I didnt get their names, however, they brought my mattress from the warehouse in Frederick, MD. My apartment is extremely difficult to get furniture into. Especially large pieces like a bed. The delivery guys did an excellent job and were able to get my beds delivered and set up. Very grateful for their diligence.

The mattress was delivered at the exact scheduled time. We were informed of a three hour window the night before, the day of and received a final call 1/2 hr before delivery. The men who delivered took extra care to not mar any surfaces. They cleaned up all plastic and paper and checked the mattress for any damage. They plugged in the adjustable base and demonstrated its operation. They were very professional and courteous.

We started our mattress-seeking journey at Mattress Warehouse and ended up purchasing a mattress from there after getting four different chain price comparisons. Mattress Warehouse had the best feel of a mattress that we wanted for our budget. Their store representatives were helpful and understanding, and the delivery crew was fast with the delivery and removal of our old bed set. With respect to the latter, we received four advance calls: two were automated delivery reminders, a third personalized call apprised us where we were in that day’s delivery lineup, and the final automated call let us know we would be next (within 10 minutes).

One of the best large item purchasing experiences my wife & I have had in a while. Matt & Alex were wonderful to talk to & helpful at Mattress Warehouse South Point, Fredericksburg. The delivery team was exceptional as well. Suggestions to move pictures and loose rugs. Very polite, took their shoes off and removed the garbage. They were in and out of our home in 15 min. Top notch experience all around with this company!

Nice and simple process. A quick 5 minute scan to know my bed type, and then I had a few options to choose from. Once I tested them out, I got some great information from Nathan, and we choose our bed. Within 24 hours it was delivered. Couldnt have gone smoother.

My wife had back surgery 2 years ago and was having a hard time getting sleep, since we got this adjustable bed she sleeps like a baby. I love it myself also it was a win win the whole way around. The whole experience from the salespeople to the delivery was great.

I would recommend mattress warehouse 100%. The salesperson was very Professional. I went 3 times to the store. Abraham helps me with all my questions. He didnt get bored of me or underestimate me. The delivery was on time as scheduled. They gave me 3 hours window from 7am to 10am. I received 2 calls from 7-8am. They showed up around 8:30am on Halloween day so I had my entire day to have fun.

The mattress in the store was very soft and gave to our bodies when we gave it a try, the mattress we got was as firm as a carpeted floor. The sales staff at the local store was great, and the delivery crew was very fast, and through. I was highly impressed with the kind professionalism of them. Went to purchase our mattress on New Years Eve. The experience was easy and the sales team was friendly and knowledgable. The price point was fantastic for the mattress we wanted. The delivery was this morning. The two gentlemen were friendly and swift. To remove the old box spring and mattress and bring in the new took a total of 10 minutes. They were great and I still got my granddaughter to school on time.

The experience we had with mattress warehouse was excellent! It started with Mary, she did a wonderful job of explaining everything to us in great detail. She walked us through the process including getting fitted on that special bed that measures you. The guys how delivered the bed were quick, professional, and polite. We had a great experience. They were patient with our kiddos and very pleasant. We bought the mattress Friday and it was delivered Saturday morning. They called at 730 and said it would be delivered between now and 10:30 am. Next thing I knew the delivery truck was pulling in the driver. Great experience and great service! Nice show room with plenty of choices. We dealt with two sales women how old were very good and knowledgeable. You have your delivery service down pat. Phone calls the night before and 10 minutes before Delivery. Very prompt and Extremely courteous delivery people.

Our sales women was extremely knowledgeable about all of their products and helped both me and my son to learn how a mattress should work for each of our bodies. She did explain to us that the in store mattresses were softer because they had wear from other customers. So when they were delivered they were more firm than in the store. So I will see how long it takes for mine to get just a bit softer. Also a wonderful team of young men delivered them and were just as nice and professional as can be.

I needed to buy a low profile box spring because my mother is now finding her bed too high (shes 95). The saleslady at Mattress Warehouses Montgomery Mall store was very helpful. The new item arrived as scheduled and current boxspring was taken away - the people who did that were very pleasant and helpful. All in all, and excellent experience.

I just want to say thank you to the delivery guys Mario & Santos who delivered my Mattress Set from Mattress Warehouse. These guys came in to my home unwrapped the set put it in place, took a picture of it, and made sure I got my warranty card before they left. They were very kind, courteous and were in and out of my place within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend these guys and the company for their services. Thanks, again!

Luis and Nelson did outstanding job. The stairs was narrow and very difficult to deliver the king size mattress. The weather was cold and frozen the bed. However they didn’t give up and they make it happen. I really appreciated them for job well done.

I came in to purchase a new bed and the staff at the Friendship Heights location were really helpful. I’ve been having some back issues and when I explained it, Michael showed me his recommendations for a Serra Hybrid set. I fell in love with the feel of this bed. Delivery and set up was a Monday morning slot. The delivery guys were quick and efficient. I’ve had my bed for one week and I’m feeling a lot better when I wake up and my back isn’t as sore as it’s usually been.

Quick and complete install once they arrived at the end of our 3 hour delivery window. The crew worked together to bring the mattresses and frame inside, set it up, clean up the box and plastic covers, have me sign the paperwork and leave. Excellent effort.

Giving only a 12 hr notice the day before at 8pm is unacceptable. If I get a phone call at 8pm most people already have their next day planned out and on top of that I can’t pick whether I want to do morning, afternoon, or night; you guys are in the Stone Age. I paid for delivery that means I am the customer and you guys need to accommodate for my schedule not the other way around. Please update your routing schedule to take into account peoples time periods and give more than a 12hr notice.

This purchase was excellent from the beginning when we were picking out which mattress we wanted to the end when it was delivered and assembled. Everyone along the way was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. We love our mattress and platform and are glad we shopped with this company. Keep up the great customer service!

He did not immediately show us the most expensive mattress but concentrated on what mattresses would be best for us based off our needs. He even helped us to get a great price on the mattress. The gentleman who sold me the Mattress, Brandon at the store on Anne Arundel Blvd, Hanover, MD, did a fantastic job selling us the mattress, convicting wife and I that we didn’t need to look further for a mattress. The delivery process was outstanding, I didn’t have to wait long for the mattress and box spring to be delivered. Delivery was within 36 hours, with plenty of notice and confirmation of the delivery. The gentlemen who delivered the mattress and box spring, were very quick, efficient and professional. And the bonus...the delivery and removal of my old mattress and box spring were free. We had purchased this mattress and box springs probably 2015-16 maybe. After buying it it was fine we get it home and sleep on it. We noticed after about 1year maybe that the bed itself when you laid on it it started to bow like a hole felt like we were sinking in a whole. Also the one side of the mattress slants down it’s not straight and even my sheets don’t fit that one side their all loose not like the other side which is ok! I’ve tried to work with the rude guy that sold it to us. But nope he acted like sorry can’t help you!! I will NEVER purchase a mattress from here ever again!! I will go to Elkhart Bedding close my home. Family owned. Should have went there first!!!

The guys were very courteous set the bed up in a very timely manner. Even showed up a few minutes before my 3 hr. window started. Maybe you should see who delivered to me today & treat them to a lunch. you have good guys there.

The sales lady was great and helped me choose a bed!Delivery was fantastic! They were so fast! In around 8:14am, and out by 8:23am.I got a queen mattress, box spring and frame.

Went in to the Washington DC NW location and it was a great experience. Miss Brenda worked with me to ensure I got what I was looking for within my budget.A few days later the delivery came. On time with a call when they were ten minutes away. They were quick and clean and overall a great experience!

Great communication on the day of. They called before the truck left, when they were 30 minutes away and 10 minutes away. Very nice delivery team and they even removed my old box spring after they delivered the new one.

This place has a customer for life! I called and talked with Saber on a Friday and told him I was moving the next day and needed to get new beds for my new home immediately. Saber helped me locate the 4 beds I needed (in a warehouse 2 hrs away) and had them delivered and setup the next morning! We purchased a queen mattress and adjustable base in June 2020. We were told that if we werent satisfied we could exchange mattress after 30 days. Six weeks later we called in asking to upgrade the mattress to a king size, base as well. We were happy to pay the amount needed to make this change.Associate stated that she was new and didnt know how to process this change, please call another location. We did. Sales person walked thru the process and gave us the amount that it would cost to upgrade. We paid it right then with credit card. THEN he advised that it wasnt actually a done deal but would need to be expediated to higher level for approval.Ok.. how long will that take?  ... only couple of days.Two weeks later (and many phone calls FROM our side) we were told that the process for this type exchange had changed (actual date of procedure change was 4 days after we paid to upgrade)... They are not able to honor this upgrade.....well that is disappointing. I would think that any transaction made BEFORE the procedural change would be honored but its Covid and the world is upside down. We get it. Disappointed but we get it.Also- should we not have been advised that it would be best to get the approval first and then pay the difference?  It has now been over a month and we cant seem to find a person with the knowledge, experience or authority to refund our funds.Weve been told numerous things that havent happened. Our salesperson is gone, district manager has changed, no one seems to be there on corporate level. Endless loop of no resolution.Mind you sales person advised that funds would be back on our card in 4 days. (I have worked in retail and this is not a difficult process)Weve spoken to new district manager via phone, email and text over a week ago. All we ask for was a status updated on our refund. Its appx $1300. Thats not cheeseburger money. Thats alot of funds.To date weve had no response or resolution. During this entire process there has not been one contact made towards us. We have had to chase them for any contact.There seems to be ALOT wrong with this corporation.Anthony D

Guys showed up early on both occasions, which was great because I was not available for the whole delivery window. Setup took no longer than 20 mins and they showed us how to use the bed remote.Everyone who came to our apartment was super professional.Highly recommended, and would definitely do business with this company again. Wonderful job.

Mattress warehouse does an outstanding job of updating you on your delivery throughout the process. The delivery team came on time, were courteous and efficient. Their instructions were to set up the mattress and box springs. Since my furniture hadnt been delivered yet, I told them the set up wasnt necessary. They called someone and we confirmed why I wasnt getting the setup completed. The rep I spoke to was also pleasant, understood the problem and said they could do it later if I called to request it.Overall, a very good experience.

The delivery from Mattress Warehouse was perfect. They called when they said they would and showed up on time. They were extremely careful bringing in the box springs and mattresses and taking away the mattress that was to leave. They were nice and professional also.

Probably the best scheduled delivery I’ve ever experienced. I was contacted several times to tell me when to expect the delivery and the guys arrived as expected. Once they arrived, they were extremely efficient; they had the bed unloaded and set up within 15 minutes tops!! Excellent service! I would highly recommend you guys!

Great service from the delivery guys! They were very patient and ensured that everything was as I wanted. They took the time to explain the functionality of my adjustable base and made sure that I didn’t have any questions about my product.However, I was not pleased with the service that I received in the store. The salesman was very friendly until he realized that I wasn’t looking to buy a high end mattress. He made me feel as if I wasn’t good enough to shop in that store. The experience was horrible but the other salesman at the location was very helpful.

Our experience at Mattress Warehouse was five stars. Shakaib helped us find our perfect mattress without any pressure tactics. He was super knowledgeable and I feel confident we purchased the right mattress with his help. We got our mattress the next morning at 7am. The king mattress didn’t quite fit up the stairs so the one delivery guy removed the bannister for us so it would fit and then put it back when the mattress was in the bedroom. Fantastic experience all around! Excited to sleep on our Stern & Foster mattress!

They were reliable. They called you the night, early in the morning, and 10 mn before your delivery. The delivery staff were on time, very polite, asked you if they can help you setting up the mattress. The item was in good condition also.Thanks again. I would recommend them to anyone.

As a sophomore in college I thought I was moving out and put a down payment on a mattress here. Got an AMAZING deal but the move didn’t work out. Three years later and they still gave me the same deal all the while being helpful through the process. Delivery was prompt and on time.
