The manager David, and assistant Stephanie are very professional, courteous, respectable in their providing excellent costumer service. They answer all questions or concerns you may have. They give tours of the available units through out the facility. Keeps the entire facility very clean and equipped with any moving necessities you may need. Also, this is the first place Ive ever heard of providing a TRUCK for a small charge to help with your moving needs. Theyre extremely accommodating to the client, and rescheduled service for the truck so it would be available when I needed it. Very commendable and, amazing to work with.I would recommend this facility to my family and friends.

David the GM is amazing and his and teams service is commendable. We used this storage for more than 2 yrs and we were very happy with it. The place is secured and has individually coded access for renters only. Overall we were very pleased with the service.

So this facility was super clean. Great location. With a quick moving gate. The inside of this facility was well lit. I was able to park the truck and load up the furniture and get out of there all in about 10 minutes. All in all I would highly recommend this place.to anyone looking to store some items.

I rented four units there over a 3 year period. The General Manager Dave was always helpful and friendly. He was always very accommodating and willing to lend a hand when I had any issues. Always clean and well maintained. Dave is what makes this a great facility to do business with! Highly recommended!

It was very easy to reserve my storage unit online and David Cain, the manager, was very friendly and accommodating given the fact that I was coming from 2.5 hrs away and also working with a moving company. The movers actually arrived at the storage unit before I did, but he was kind enough to let them begin unloading my belongings before I had arrived to sign the lease and paperwork. He was also very helpful when I did arrive and showed me how to unlock the gate and talked me through all of the paperwork. Would definitely recommend this place! It is very secure and professionally managed. They made my move from out-of-state so much easier!

Clean and good service - reasonable price

We had three units at East Frederick Self Storage and found the facility very clean and safe. All the units were climate controlled and our furniture was in perfect condition after several months. Prices are reasonable. A great bonus was the available moving truck that saved us a lot of money. I do recommend East Frederick Self Storage.

Always have a positive experience here. Even if I am a little late on my rent. Very good at reminding you gently how many days you are past due and exactly when additional fees will be assessed. Would HIGHLY recommend this location!

They are very attentive with you, help you with getting a flatbed, getting in to the place when you forget your code.

Great people to work with, always helpful. We started with medium size unit then double unit during move and finally a small unit, and the guys were very helpful at each step. The facility is very clean and we had no problem with stored items. Highly recommend, and have a free truck rental!!

This storage facility is very good. We have two units in the climate-controlled building. (There are also outdoor units with no climate control.) Access to the facility is through a gate with electronic access control. An additional access control is for entry into the climate-controlled building. The manager lives on-site and does regular walkabout to check the facility. Reasonable pricing and serves my current needs.

I had a crazy schedule. They worked with me on access hours. Super friendly and professional. Clean and secure location. This was my second time using this storage. If I need to, I would use them again.

I had a great experience while storing the contents of a single family home during my transition to a town home. The staff was always friendly and helpful and the units and facility were tidy and well maintained. The availability of their moving truck, which I used multiple times over a period of seven months, was very convenient and saved me at least a couple of months rent during my stay. The facilities location and on-site staffing approach makes it both convenient and safe. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends, family and anyone else needing convenient, safe and user-friendly storage.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have never met anyone so rude as the guy who works at the front desk. He was absolutely put out that I had the audacity to call and update my credit card number. He actually yelled that he didnt have time for this, sighed constantly and was rude the entire time. Clearly this isnt a person who wants to be working there.

I have been at the EF SS for more than 10 years and just changed and added another storage locker. This crew was phenomenal in what they did to assist and I am sure you will be as well.

Been here since May 2016... Cant tell you enough how helpful and efficient they were from the time I made my reservation online.... Wow! Got a call back from the General manager (David) within 20 minutes! To confirm and let me know that my reservation has been received and I could come in to look at the units 10x 30. Was able to accommodate me the very next day! Thats all it took!I am an employer and I strive on great Customer service! ( Soooo.... Dave keep up the good work A++) Very clean units and facility as well. We are happy here and feel like family! So much so that I rented another unit a month later!Let me tell you that the General manager definitely knows that his customers dont expect great service.... They Demand It The place is easy to find and lots of room to move around in. Also convenient that they carry all the moving supplies you want.And also the....FREE Move in truck!Cant ask for more then that! ( I shopped around 6 other facilities before making my decision and none had that type of deal.... Cubesmart... you get 5 thumbs up for that!Definitely would recommend this place to anyone....
