Best storage facility in Frederick. Facility is very well maintained. Matt is great to work with and was very accommodating in helping me manage some last minute changes to my storage needs. I would highly recommend!

Britnie was fantastic. She got me everything I needed over the phone while I was still in Florida. After the call she sent me the storage unit info along with a map, with my units clearly marked.When I arrived in Washington, everything was as it should be and the process went smooth. Units were clean and ready. There were even padlocks waiting for me.Good job.

Best place to rent storage. Nice too they remind u by giving u a call if u forget a payment is due. I have 2 units here. No hassle nice people heck yeah only place I rent my storage9/30/2021- great customer service. I can always rest assured that they are watching my storage and letting me know right away not a month later iike most when there are concerns.

Just rented a unit there and yesterday went to unload my uhaul full of things into my new unit but when I opened the door it fell out of the track and so I couldn’t operate it anymore. I went into the office and informed the lady there of what had happened and that my uhaul needed to be returned that day and she immediately gave me another unit which was smaller but would let me move back into my original unit once the door was fixed. After I had seen the smaller unit in person I knew it was nowhere near enough space so I went back to the office to get a bigger unit which she had offered me the first time( they didn’t have another one the same size as my original). I was very apologetic and the woman in the office was completely understanding despite me being difficult and not making up my mind the first time. She stated she works at 3 different locations and was extremely gracious and understanding to my predicament and went above and beyond to accommodate me.

Adam was very helpful and made my lease super quick and smooth. Totally recommended Adam and Extra Space Storage for your storage needs.

Originally I rented online which was quick and painless; however, a week later I saw a smaller unit but it was climate controlled so I wanted to switch. This time I did the transfer of units in person and it was done quickly. I would highly recommend this place.

Three years ago I went from a 3 story home to a small 2 bedroom rancher. I went online and found the best rates with Extra Space Storage, I used the unit on Industry Lane. If you reserve a unit online you can get a reduced rate and free month or 1/2 off a month sometimes. I started with one on the big units and added another unit when I moved. I had 4 different units with them, unfortunately I have finally got all my items out of storage. If I ever need storage again I will come back to Extra Space Storage on Industry Lane in Frederick, MD.I would recommend and use this specific storage place again. Leslie, the manager, Bryan and Tina have always been super helpful to me and whenever I added or changed my unit they were always very very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Also when I stop by or called they were always helpful, pleasant and smiling. It was nice to have familiar faces, not a new person each time you come in, I will miss them, they were kinda like family. :) . Thanks again to Leslie, Tina and Bryan at Industry Lane in Frederick for all your hard work.P.S. I moved 15 miles away, but I still kept my storage with them because of the service and I did not need to worry about anything. No flooding, no theft or security issues, very clean facility, great prices and friendly people. Extra Space Storage on Industry Lane is the best storage place I have ever used, and I did use others until I found them. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

As my review history will indicate, its very seldom that I feel the need to write a review on a business thats seemingly in a flooded marketplace such as self storage. Quite honestly, I only looked in to Extra Space Storage due to the attractive prices that I chalk up to good marketing strategy. However, it was the customer service that really blew me away. The facility was being single handedly operated by the manager, Amanda at the time I arrived. Not only was she very cordial, but She was very well organized and informative. Now every time I go in there, Im greatest with a warm smile and a friendly hello... followed promptly by an offer to be of any assistance possible. It never ceases to amaze me how someone can remember so many faces and peoples different quirks and requests. I know I dont have a memory like that. Anyway, dont take my word for it. I stopped by this store to get information on their units and compare rates between here and another storage company. I was looking for climate control,Tina was very helpful and very nice and had a lot of information for me. If I didnt need climate control I would of rented right then, the property was really clean, the office smelled good and Tina was very friendly. Amanda was amazing and the customer service people at the 800 number were very nice and helpful compared with other companies I called. This was my first time renting storage space and Amanda walked me through the process from start to finish. Best of all I only paid $25 for 1 month of storage as promised with the first month free and just paying administrative fees. I would use them again.

I dont have any money to waste so I spent several days price comparing storage units and this place was by far the cheapest for a rather large unit. The website was easy to navigate and when I got there Kat Ohare explained everything to me and got us set up so fast. She was very friendly, easy to talk too and very knowledgeable. She gave me great tips and ideas. The buildings inside and out are very clean and tidy. They also set up the gate code so that its quite easy to remember so I definitely appreciate that. Will be referring friends and family.

DO NOT RENT HERE.... My sister rented a unit here and from the past hurricane her hole unit was flooded... The MANAGER emailed my mom on Thursday when the hurricane hasnt even started yet and it is now Saturday and they are just calling us asking if we got a email and my mom seed no because she doesnt sit on her email( we just read the email) and she called us 30 minutes before they closed and asked if we can make it there in 30 minutes, so when my sister got there they were still open and they told her she cant go in but my sister got in and when she did she saw that her hole sealing caved in and in the email it stayed that it was high leavel water not a cave in... The manager here is really RUDE!
