We are a family owned business in Hagerstown since 1955. We purchase a new copy, fax, scanner from Complete Document Solutions and it was a horrible mistake. Their customer service is awful. We wait weeks for issues to be resolved. Days for phone calls to be returned and when you call with a problem, no one ever knows what is going on. When our contract is up, we will go back to the last company that we used for over 20 year. We NEVER had these issues with them. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again! We have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!
