After some debate as to repair or purchase another printer, I decided to give thema try..Greg is the one who took my phone call and serviced my Canon printer. He was very knowlegeable and customer focused. He gave a good detailed list as to what he did and why.I would highly recommend Copy Doc if you want to repair a printer.

I dont know very much about printers and was having problems with mine. I found this place right on west patrick st. I walked in and was greeted by some of the nicest people Ive ever met. I love small business because they make you feel right at home. They are fairly priced and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a printer or if u just need one fixed!

Cool place for high-end copiers service is great

We have used Copy Doc for services and copiers for several years now. Just yesterday, we ran into an unforeseen and new problem (to us) with the copier that rendered it unoperational until it received a replacement part. Being a medical office, Copy Doc sent us someone over that day to help us out with the spare parts that we needed, rather than waiting on shipping. Mike, who came to deliver the part, is usually always the one who comes, and it is nice to see the same person on service calls and recognize them. CopyDoc is always reliable with their expertise, dependable with their service, reasonable with their pricing and friendly besides!

I would never use this business for any type of service again, they tell you to bring in your printer or copier for repair, they charge you a deposit knowing that they CAN NOT repair your machine, but they do this to get your money. The owners are not to be trusted, one is a drunk, the other is a sex addict, what a pair they make.

Staff is always friendly and helpful!
