Excellent customer service!! Had an issue with a damaged package on a vintage guitar amp. When I called to let them know, the owner handled the situation personally. I am very great full and would highly recommend them!!

You can get everything done here — from dropping off packages, packing and shipping stuff using any courier, passport pictures, and even printing which comes in handy all the time. I even got some documents notarized here. This really is a “one-stop shop” as they say on the website. The owner is super nice and all the workers are very helpful.

Call them to ask about Notary services as mentioned in google maps. A person asked me “when are you coming, there is nobody here because..” and kept trying to disconnect the phone. Puzzling experience, but rude nonetheless.

Dropped of a FedEx box here yesterday and 24 hours later FedEx have no record of the package. I went to the store 2 times and was told that they do not have the box and that it was picked up by FedEx.

Faisal was so sweet and helped me make 2 keys for our new home. We had just moved to Urbana & he was so welcoming and explaining everything that they had to offer in the store. Siti helped me send off my Christmas package and had restaurant suggestions as well. Dont go anywhere else when the Postal Place is so convenient and staffed by such lovely folks. Giving 5 stars for the lady who helped us today. Went for getting documents notarized, I had some copies to make and shipping to be done, so got all these done at this place. I literally felt that this is one stop shop for all postal, shipping, notary needs. Came to know that they accept UPS, FedEx drops and ships items as well. Thanks for the help.

I love this place! Everyone who works there is super smart, capable, and really pleasant. You can buy packing supplies, cards, gifts, and you can ship US mail, UPS, Fed Ex, whatever. Great location with very convenient parking. Next to dry cleaners and around the corner from the supermarket. I actually enjoy going there to ship my stuff or check my mailbox.

Fine place if you are mailing If you want to use them as a mail forwarder, dont bother. 90% of the mail sent to them gets returned to sender. I have spent untold hours calling them and it is a total waste of time.

I can understand a handling fee for accepting packages, but a 32% markup? Thats ridiculous! I was charged $50 to ship a package and then went to the FedEx site and entered the exact shipping criteria (weight, package demolitions, destination, etc.) and for the same service FedEx was charging $34. Im willing to a fee for convenience, but not that much. Should have gone up the road to the FedEx Store!

Staff is always friendly. I love the convenience of being able to easily drop off items that I return to different online sellers. A little while ago, I had something complicated to ship overseas and the staff was super helpful in finding the right price and shipping method. Everything arrived on time!

Stamp prices? I bought a sheet of 20 first-class stamps here and paid $14.75. I think I would have paid $10 at the post office. When I’ve bought stamps at other similar shops, the stamps were sold at face value. Something doesn’t seem right.

The several times I have come here 20 or so minutes before their posted closing and they were closed. Their web hours are the same as their door hours- if youre going to close early often, change your hours. Ive even approached when they are locking up early. Its the young guy. Great work ethic...

Its nice having a local place to help with shopping. So far Ive used them for mailing packages, making keys, photo printing, etc. The service is good. USPS, FedEx and UPS are all shipping options here.

This store is awesome, the Staff is always professional and helpful their customers needs. I enjoy going here to pick up Blue Mountain Cards or any of a kind all my needs are handled in 1 stop. This saves me time going in to town to search for a post office.

I have a daughter that just began her freshman year in college (always a challenge). She needed a few very insignificant things sent to her for comfort basically. I work full time and it is very difficult for me to make it anywhere after work on time. I got to Priority Express literally as they were closing. He not only got it there the next day, but he also had to pack it for me. UPS had already come and gone, which meant he had to physically take it to the HUB in Gaithersburg in order to accomplish the goal! HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND THEN SOME!! I have used this Priority Express Urbana twice now for some very important items. They have NEVER disappointed me. They are kind, caring, and do everything possible to please the customer. LOVE THEM!!!

Have used them several times for variety of services. Often for dropping returns. Few times for Notary services. And couple of times for passport photos. Always helpful and polite.

Brought important IRS transcripts to be copied. Lady made a mess of the packets and shuffled them all in. Did I say, make copies... lady used the fax machine to make copies and managed to messed them all up. I walked away after 20 some minutes of wait for four copies. Extremely dissatisfied.!

I use their services often and they are always very professional and helpful. It is great to have this option so close to home.

Went to the store to see if they would provide a way print the label for shipping. They dont have self service kiosk but they were willing to print at five times high price than near by stores (Staples, CVS etc). For printing 5 pages they wanted to charge $5 where as we could get the same for a $1 in the CVS store across the street. Needless to say they lost my business and I suggest people to try CVS.

Weve been using Priority Express for several years as a drop box location for our business. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Faisal, the owner, always has a smile on his face. I would recommend them highly!

Several times I have gone and they were closed during their posted business hours. They also charged me around a 75% upcharge to ship USPS.UPDATE: the owner reached out and asked for more information about my huge up charge. He was extremely apologetic, listened to all my frustrations I had during recent transactions in the store and did all he could to make it right.

Ive been using Priority Xpress for all my shipping needs, both domestically and internationally, for the last couple of years. The service is always excellent and the people pleasant and professional. Location is very convenient, partcualrly since Urbana does not have a post office. I think they fulfill a need and do it well.

I have utilized the service at this business for mailing packages that Ive pre purchased postage and use them as a drop off. Yes, my family and I use their business also for mailing packages that I do not pre purchase postage. Yes the markup is high, but we overlooked that for convenience. August 9th I dropped off packages, then 2 weeks later I received a notification one of the packages I shipped was not received. I called the owner of Postal Place....notifying him it was never received by the recipient. He stated he would look into it and get back to me. I tried over the next week and 1/2 to get in touch...and I was ignored. Looked at as a pest. Mind you I was the one out the postage and the cost of the item. My package got lost going from Postal Place to the USPS truck!!!!!!Keep in mind I first contacted the USPS post office and explained the circumstances knowing my item was insured for up to 100.00. The catch is ( and this goes for everyone using their service as a drop off for USPS)....,if it gets lost - not logged in by USPS, you are OUT OF LUCK! No refund, or insurance covers you!.. Do not use them as a drop off. Go to Post Office. Ive spoken to everyone I know about this.Funny how compensating me $11.88 as any good business would to stand by their patrons....would be the right thing to do....but Im not quite sure he understands this. He claims it was not his fault. Again Im the one that is treated with being the problem for pointing out the problem.
