Ive never waited more than 90 seconds to speak with someone. Always fast and efficient. If youre just dropping off, they recognize that and let you cut ahead. Have gotten things printed and bound here, too. Super fast and more affordable than others. Literally zero complaints and these days, thats worth a review!!

I called this business asking if they could help me get PDFs that I purchased from Etsy, printed out on cardstock for my baby shower. I had no idea what I was doing because Ive never done it before. I told this to the man on the phone and he reassured me that he would help me figure it out. I drove there and I was maybe in there for a total of 5-10 minutes, thats it! He told me to email it to them and he pulled it up on his computer. We went over sizing and what I was looking for. He printed it right then and there and it was perfect, for a great price. I am very pleased with the help and service I received from Matt on 10/11/21! He was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I really appreciated his help!

I had my chewy order delivered today and the delivery guy/gal didn’t even leave the package at my Apartment door. They left my items on the lower level on the steps where anyone could have just taken my packages. All they had to do was come the next flight of stairs to drop it at my door. I have a wrist injury and couldn’t carry the boxes so I had to ask a neighbor or to bring them up to my apartment for me. They had a complete disregard for my belongings. I love ordering from Chewy however, if this is how your employees treat client packages, I will not be using your services again.

Great Service from Greg. I have recently had a few things I needed printed in bulk. Greg has helped me both times. He his fast and is able to change things to fit the page better.

They don’t accept certain packages at the stores. I had to switch to Ups, you can walk into any store and drop off. Having to drive 29 miles to drop a package at the hub is ridiculous!

Our very first shipment of a new business is now delayed because Fedex never disclosed on the website that this location, does not handle packages with dry ice. Also, the employee I dealt with didnt seem to understand the concept of empathy. Now Ive missed a shipping day, increased my cost in packing materials, lost labor time and hurt customer expectations.This is a terrible way to start a business relationship. Fedex needs to put all pertinent information about what shipments each location cannot handle, instead of waiting for me to get to the store and have an employee point to a paper in front of the register. Its 2020 put it on the website.

Been coming here for years and I never had an issue until recently I get a big order printed every week or so and I need to restock and order again, the first time I went was good no issue. Second time they wanted me to change it from psd to pdf and so I did after fighting with my laptop. Third time, I sent the email no one gave me a call, once arrived I asked if it was ready they said yes. Later, a manager comes to the front and said my file shrunk and I need to get charged for resizing?!? It’s the same file I been using. On top of that I came for the pick up no one called or let me know, I don’t have time to be waiting if I sent the files in advance. Onces i sent an email about the situation the manager called me right away to my cellphone saying that they didn’t have my number, then how did you call me just now? I’m giving them a last chance after this I’m gonna look elsewhere to go. This is ridiculous and petty, if you don’t want my service just tell me.

The Patrick Street location provides better service than the Westview location.

I went to ship a package and it ended up being a usps package but the older gentleman started laughing in my face after he told me that.

I’ve used this store several times and everyone has always been so helpful and helped me get the best rate with my airline discount. Today I walked in no one was at either register so I didn’t know which line to go to. There were two females behind the counter they both looked at me, never greeted me, and continued talking to each other. I go to the line near pack plus they stare at me again and no one helps. Then another customer comes in behind me but goes to the print counter and they assist him. Still never acknowledging me. When I finally do get help the 2-day shipping option that I ALWAYS am offered to was not “available” I end up spending more money to ship a small envelope then I did 3 boxes of Christmas presents. I will not be using this store anymore!

Exceptionally poor service. I attempted to ship a parcel (extremely urgent) internationally but was road blocked by Stephanie, an irritable employee who wasn’t afraid to show her disliking of me. She handed me a number to call (in effect leaving me to do their job!) and walked away. She didn’t care about my package, my customer experience, and certainly didn’t appreciate my difficult situation. Listen Stephanie, manager, Et. Al., I have to ship a piece of medical equipment to Thailand the fastest it can possible sail there. The nature of its urgency is self evident. I’m not going to stay on the line to hold for a customer service representative or tolerate any deviation from the exchange of the package with the cash to get the insulin pump to Bangkok. I immediately went to UPS and the man at the counter recognized my difficult position and worked with me ship it off to Thailand in a fashion that would give it the best chance to go unmolested by customs. It didn’t have to be so difficult.

I dropped of a big package for return, I got a recipe, left and the next day its back outside my house. What is wrong with people...

Beware to use your credit/debit card they charge $10 to use a print, one page for $0.14 ctsCustomer Service and Email CS there are saying that’s bank fault, they required a voucher for that charge and FedEx we don’t make vouchers for that... it’s your financial institution problem, not FedEx.

Not professional.If you want to ship something international, they know nothing about the restriction, regulations, and rules.If you ask them to help to deal with international shipment, they want you call the customer service, they can’t help.

Convenience mostly. Its great that they are open from 6 or 7am until 12am.

The worst service ever!They delivered my package that I paid “RED OVERNIGHT” to another state and they told me that they have no idea when it is due to arrive.No one at FEDEX is able to tell me when I will receive my package.
