The inventory of cars is outstanding and the majority are years 2015 and up! The staff is incredibly amazing. They’re straight forward, patient, and understanding! I definitely recommend for anyone who wants to buy a good car!

I wish I could pick no stars this place is a joke asked for car fax several times never received it car had 80k on it and the transmission went out car had several issues with it when I bought it they were not willing to fix because it was under dealer warranty. Really wish I would have researched more! This is really autocity... They overcharged by about 6-8 thousand. The truck has had nothing but issues.. from needing new tires, new rotors, the truck squeaks when you accelerate, the ceiling leaks when it rains, the truck hasn’t had a proper servicing in years...they told me they fixed the auxiliary cable issue but they did not.. who know what else is wrong. Keep in mind we have only had this truck since the end of January so less then 3 months. I wouldn’t recommend these money sharks to anyone! They do nothing but buy cars from auctions and then place them on the lot. Highly disappointed because we actually trusted them!

Bought a car here 6months ago! The first week of it the car didnt start had starter problem and call them for appointment and keep telling ask wait for a call! So we dicided ro get it fix. A month later car wont start sometimes untill now. They sold us a broken car, now the car is seating in the parking lot

Brought a 2016 Altima back in June 2019... December 2019 had to replace the battery. Jan of 2020 car started having problems from Feb-June of 2020 I have spent over $5000 for car to be fixed.. Transmission included and STILL to this day car is not fixed. OVER IT! Worse place to ever do business with! Got back in touch with dealership and they want to charge more money.

Well where should i startI believe that fact that i feel horrible because i Feel like i participated in assisting JOSE in taking advantage of my own mother.We arrived to the dealership and were treated very kindly while being lured in and lied to.JOSE advised once i test drove my car that the issues i addressed with him that night were simply because the car hasnt been driven for a while. Well truth is that the BUBBLED TIRES, AC ISSUE, KEY FAUB ISSUE,ALIGNMENT ISSUE, and the ELECTRICAL ISSUES, as well MY Car Threw A CODE THE FIRST NIGHT I HAD IT AND I COULD NOT OPEN OR DRIVE IT, were areas of negligence ON 540 AUTOS PART. THE CAR I GOT HAD A 90 DAY LIMITED WARANTY ON THE WINDOW.Well after almost two months of communicating with dealership and being given the run around I SPOKE WITH BRITTANY. Her approach though kind was to pick and choose what she would do JUST TO GET ME TO REMOVE MY BAD REVIEW.LONG STORY SHORT I CAME IN WITH LOW AC AND THEY SENT ME HOME WITH A BROKEN AC. THEY TOLD ME IT TOOK THEM MONTHS TO GET ME NEW TIRES BUT I HAVE FOUR TIRES THAT DONT MATCH, THEY NEVER REPAIRED MY KEY FAUB AS PROMISED.YET SHE CAME OUT AND ADVUSED ALL WAS DONE AND SUGGESTED I CHANGE THE REVIEW. Scam. I received a promotion in the mail with a scratch off which my number matched with a free flatscreen tv upon going in to receive my prize they make a bs excuse claiming it’s a different number to match not the scratch off. It’s a scam designed to trick people into coming there. They don’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money since they can’t be honest! Who know what else they lie about. Maybe even the quality of their cars. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re selling cars with engine issues.

Our deal started out beautifulUntill we advised that the car needed repairs and thats when things got stickyWe have continued to make 5-1/2hour trips to the dealership to have repairs made which werentThe solution is always to make another trip out thereAs well when we come it cannot be resolved which means another trip and they get mad when we ask for gas to cover the tripThe tires are damaged and need to be replaced as well the car is remote start and the remote start system in the car id throwing a code and they are advising that thats my job to fix that at my expenseThe car threw the code the night i drove it home1 day into having the carIts been three weeks since then and my issue still isnt resolved and i keep gettung told if i drive out there again they woll put the tires on and give me my additiinal keyThe programming in the car isnt working

This is a shady business. They mail out fake scratch tickets that say you won a flatscreen TV. They use these to try to sell you a car once you come in (or maybe to steal your identity).

Its a good place, the owners are good people and many of those who work there, except for Micky, who is the manager of the sale to Hispanics, I can only say that be very careful when buying your car with him, check the car with an extra mechanic, and his contract sheet by sheet, he is not transparent in what he does, and takes advantage of Hispanics.
