Please never buy a car from here. I bought a 2007 Toyota Tundra from here and it didnt even take 2 months before it had a blown engine that costs more than the purchase price to repair. All they said the whole time is its a good truck over and over again. They have good deals because they sell junk. They do not care about selling good cars, and are happy to leave you with a $10,000 repair bill. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR LEARN THE HARD WAY!

Horrible. They were suppose to come show me a car at 6. Didn’t show up. We called and they didn’t answer. Finally they answered after 20 mins. We decided to just go to them instead. Arrived. Was told “oh I didn’t know you were coming until like 5 mins ago” Mind you we called in that afternoon for it around lunch time and I didn’t get off until 6 so they had plenty of time prepare. They were all eating… Anyway, the car was NOT in the shape they say it was online. Got in the car, things are broken inside. Pressed on the gas and the engine light came on.. Horrible customer service, no communication and not reliable at all. Sad.

They are liars and sold my gf a car that should of never been on the road and never had a inspection on it and they said they would take care of it and kept ignoring her and so she took it to another mechanic and they said there whole bottom is rusted sobad everything they touched crumbled and the fuel line cracked from rust. She spent 3800 for the car also everyone should call the dealer board on them cause they are selling people lemon cars that is dangerous and they are scammerd and terrible poeple and need be shut down

Lightfoot helped me and my mother in law find a car for my wife and after I paid for the car and had come to an agreement that they would fix the emergency brake on the vehicle so it could pass inspection they decided to go back on our agreement and blow us off going so far as to tell us we were incorrect about the agreement that we have in writing. So after calling at least 5 times to try and talk to as many employees of this company we had to give up because we simply ran out of time and had to pay for the emergency brake parts and repaid our selves which was already included in our purchase of the vehicle. Empty promises and very rude unprofessional behavior have made up our minds on whether or not we will be returning to this establishment. I am extremely insulted and unhappy with how they treated us. They are dishonest and don’t care about anything once they get there money I have every in writing to back up my claims so there is no personal agenda at work here I would have been much happier to part ways happily and without this bad taste in my mouth. They are liars I also need to add that the owner of the company is the one who agreed in writing to fix the emergency brake no light foot he is just a salesman

Great customer service! Me being a female and not knowing much about cars, they assisted me with the best service and helped me choose the perfect car for me. I definitely recommend Kayne or shah, they have great personalities and broke down everything for me to understand.

STAY AWAY! My son bought a car from them. And it was a nightmare! He took the car to get brakes and the catalytic converter that was not even working. So how the heck did it pass inspection??? It cost him $900.00 to fix! Buyers beware this guy is shady! STAY AWAY! Dont give him anymore money!

Poorly rated place. Business manner is not to great I feel I was befriend do to being stern. They lied about everything, when they could have been honest n I probably still would have gotten the vehicle. I paid cash he charged 100 extra then the price they was asking... look at the names of who received 5stars from, most dont even look like real names... or they live across seas or far away. Worst experience ever. Mr. Lightfoot, is a con artist and will tell you whatever you want to hear to sale a car, so he is a great salesman. I should have ran a background check on him before placing the deposit, while they were running my paperwork. Most cars arent ready n they need the deposit just to get them ready. He also had an altercation with a person while is was there where he tried to physically fight the person. He gets u with niceness if it stern person which he did to a friend of mine, then he is aggressive bully to weak people like me. Please do ur research before going here. I purchased a Toyota 2010 Corolla from Harris and he took great care of me. My brother Bob took me here and he wrote down some things that needed corrected after we took the car for a test drive. Harris wrote the things down and took a small deposit and said the car would be ready the next day. The car was so clean and in wonderful condition. The next day we picked up the car and I am so happy. Harris was so great and I really enjoyed picking out my car here. I would recommend Alpha Auto to anyone. God bless you Harris.

My boyfriend and I bought a Honda Pilot from Alpha in May 2020. Only 6 months later, we have already needed to replace the catalytic converter, suspension, and radiator. Weve put way more into this car than it was ever worth. Weve already had to pay 2/3 of the sales cost just in repairs. Dont waste your time.

Filed complaint with BBB and they investigated. Alpha did not cooperate with BBB. Sold me car with inspection certificate yet tire blew out on roadway. Luckily daughter was ok. Found that 3 of 4 tires had dry rot and needed to be replaced. Car never was safe to drive. In addition it took 8 weeks to receive actual title.

Great people but the car i wanted was gone when I got there...

Manager sat in his car for 20 minutes on the phone rather than talking to me. Lied about the car being ready also lied and said it had no issues and was extremely rude when I did bring up the issues. Tried telling me he had already fixed the issues until I showed him he didnt fix it. Then said it would be ready the next day, upon my arrival on that day he said it was ready and it wasnt here and hed call me when it was (why didnt he just call me before I got there at 6pm and tell me it wasnt ready) and then the next day he said it would be ready I showed up to get the car and he gave the car to someone else again not telling me before I showed up at 6.Terrible business theyll scam you if you let them

The most piss poor service I have ever dealt with in my life. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Does nothing but lies and very poor communication and people relations. I give them two thumbs down. Not worthy of even a one star.

Do not buy from here!!!I bought a 2003 black Honda Pilot 6 weeks ago and my transmission is out and is costing me more than what I paid for the car to fix. The owner is very dishonest and rude. He will tell you everything is perfect with the vehicle knowing it’s not. I’m probably going to have to buy another vehicle now. This is the worst decision ever.

I did NOT buy from them. Here’s why. In a detailed phone conversation asking specifically about damage to car, including dents, accidents and engine issues, i was told the car is in excellent shape,, no accidents, no engine problems. It was perfect. When i got there, the bumper was literally tied on with wire. An engine light was on. One quarter panel and the hood were different shades. And the car was filled with someone‘s stuff. The trunk was full, backseat and passenger seat too. Cmon man, just be honest. If you told me about the problems in advance, I might have worked with you. I would have respected you bc you were being honest. But instead, you straight up lied. I would never work with you. You made it clear that your intention was to lie and get over on me. #NeverAlphaAutoGroup

How to even begin. This is a corrupt group of people. It has been almost 2. months and I have not received my title and my temp tags are expired. I have called 8 times and talked to the owner 3 times who seems to make up something every time and then say it is going out today. In addition, the car passed inspection by them but while I was driving a week later a tire blew out and I had to have it towed. The mechanic then lifted the car a pointed out that 3 of the 4 tires had dry rot

I have never been so disrespected by a person (the boss) if thats what u want to call him. Was cussing people on the phone and then I had to follow him to the gas station to put gas in the car so I cld test drive it. Before we get out of the gas station parking lot he jumps out of his car and smacks the trunk of the car Im driving very loudly saying were not going to sell this car, take it back to the lot. SMDH

So I bought a car in full, I was promised to get my papers and documents within 2 weeks but its been over a month. This was supposed to be a headache free issue and the car they sold was was very dirty with a wheel alignment issue. I still love the car but just wished they actually sent me the documents on time.

Worst experience Called to get replacement title he cussed at me and called me out my name and said he was helping me.

Walked in to this dealership with my friend wanting to purchase a Toyota Corolla, we liked one, and test drive it too, but A guy who looked very dirty and stinks very badly, come and said I’m the owner, so we start to asked him about the mileage and car fax to print, how ever he was keeps telling us the car has no accident, so finally he print the car fax with very anger face, we found out that the car has accident and the mileage was also not correct, I think they changed it. Then he showed attitude and says get out of my dealership, I don’t want to sell or make a deal with you specific (country) he really disrespected us, they don’t know how to deal with the customers, I wish they get better in they futures and shows some respect to the customers, wish them all the best.

However we got an appointment for Saturday in advance but still waited for almost an hour until the person Who happened to be the owner came with a sad and dirty face.The car had huge variance in compare with what was posted online.Very uncomfortable and scary environment and just wasting time. Dont buy from this place. I was trying to buy a 2005 Ford Escape and I did the Finance Application and all. I called and I was on the phone for 5 seconds with someone and they said Ill call you back and that was it. Never recieved a call back or any type of assistance.

I went it with my girlfriend to buy a 2000 honda odyssey and found much more.... I see a man in a car on a computer who happen to be the owner... Little to my surprise this man would have my full respect and truly look at him as a friend... We talked about the car i wanted and he was completely respectful... We joked and made what was a horrible rain storm enjoyable... We ended up buying the honda.. I took it home and serviced it tinted Windows and drove it every day sense... But i still want the toyota sienna for 5000 lol... Thanks for being more then a everyday pushy salesman...

They are scammers, do not buy any car from this place, all off the cars are damaged, they swear to all customers and shows fake report to prove the cars are clean, after a month you will see the accident reports in the title. They provide no warranty or guaranty to any car.
