If I could give them no stars then that’s what I would do! First of all, all they do is lie to get your business. They are very sneaky. Brought a 2013 Chevy Traverse from them not even a month ago and it’s been in the shop twice within the first 2 weeks of having it. First it was running hot and now it won’t even go over 35 mph. Called to see what can be done and they got rude and nasty with us! Do not waste your time or money on these crooks!! I will be taking them to court because it isn’t right how they got over on us!! We haven’t officially owned the car a month yet and all this is wrong with it! Also while I was there picking up my hard plates another lady purchased a 2013 Chevy equinox there and she said he car been in the shop because it won’t pass inspection and it has an oil leak! Run and stay far away from this business!!!!!!

These guys are slimy. Called to inquire about a car and they were reluctant to show it to me or even quote me a price through email. Told me the headliner was in great condition (it had multiple bubbles/sags). They hung up on me after I asked about their doc/processing fees. Im sure they will see this and and leave a hostile reply too. Seems to be their move when other people have left negative reviews.

Very unprofessional!!!!! I was sold a car with so many things wrong with it, they told me they would fix the problems. Lies! I was told it was a finale sale car, but I could swap it out for any other car, but that was LIES too. They changed their story to I had to put another $1500 down payment and return the car that I paid off fully already, and I could never reach anyone about getting my title. I was just done really badly for no reason, and I know a lot of people(even about 3,4 guys who worked there) that complain about the buisness done here. AVOID AT ALL COST! Your money is best spent else where. I’m telling you the truth!!! 100%.

They kept their promises and gave me an awesome deal on a 2016 BMW M4... way below market value on KBB.

I’d give it 6 stars if I could and I haven’t even bought the car yet. Great selection but please beware of this specific vehicle. Went in to check out a 2015 Nissan 370z NISMO and first off, the interior was dusty but I’ll let that slide. Took it to a shop down the street and was told quite a few things needed attention, such as a potential valve cover leak, dry rotted tires, rear bumper was damaged in multiple places needing replacing, rusted brace under the exhaust, missing brace for the splitter, the list goes on. The catalytic converters have been removed from the car and would pose a challenge to get passed for state emissions. The car was listed having 36,399 miles on the odometer but when we drove it it had 38k+ which tells us someone has been driving this vehicle. Please do your homework and have cars checked out before purchasing, especially from here. Additionally, when we showed interest in the car, they raised the price $2k on their webpage. They would not work with us in negotiating on a relevant price despite the laundry list of items that needed fixing.

This was the worst company I have ever done business with the are complete scammers and I would rather light money on fire than ever do business with them again. As a fellow human I beg of you to not waste your money here because they are likely screwing you over. They promised me a warranty and then when my car broke down as a broke college student they said they wouldnt honor it despite me offering to tow it myself and their mechanic shop. I am now paying out of pocket to fix it and looking at avenues to make things right.

Very, very poor experience with this Dealer. Between taking almost a week to get pictures, not following through with pre-purchase inspection, or a total lack of communication, I ended up looking elsewhere.The individuals I spoke to seemed to be a mixed bag. One of the salesmen was excellent and very hospitable. The manager seemed rushed and annoyed to speak with me. I see there are typically high reviews for this dealer, so I hope my case was an isolated incident.

I recently purchased my wife a car from this dealership, lets talk about the quickness .She picked out a Audi Q5 that she wanted and we was out the door with tags in 15-20 mins. The salesman Dia, was really helpful throughout the process made the buying process much easier than I thought!

The initial response was fine, the rep was really nice and communicative to get me in and set me up for the test drive. That’s probably the peak of the experience speaking with her (Gabriella). After getting set up, I had a few basic questions about the car because the pictures weren’t as clear and I could tell they weren’t showing all the flaws that I noticed (flaws are fine for a used car, but I wanted to see before making the 2.5 hour trip).I asked them to send me the CARFAX report (which wasn’t accurate) and more pictures of any flaws (the roof appeared to be a different color of the entire car and I wanted to know why) and there were other cosmetics that I wasn’t a fan of. But the salesman literally sent me a report via email and nothing else in the body of the message, not even “here’s your CARFAX, let me know if you have questions”...you would think a place that wants to sell cars would answer basic questions...I sent him an email asking more and got no response. I let it go and still set up the appt cause I was interested in this STI.I get to the dealership, the receptionist was friendly and greeted me in, but no salesperson in sight...She hands me the keys and says the car is out front if you want to test drive or take a look... no credit check, no ID check, no paperwork, nothing.. I guess they trusted me, but this was already a red flag. This is a $30,000 car they wanted to sell... the inside had dog hair everywhere, food and trash in the passenger seat, the down pipe was sitting in the backseat... come to find out, the car was actually being sold by a private owner thru the dealership, so these guys actually expected me to take their word for any questions about the car. He then tells me, “I was driving the car last week, but been sitting at my house the past few days, they called me to bring it in and I just showed up”... this mans phone was still connected to the car. I turned it on and it was in mid phone conversation cause he was inside the dealership and that’s when he comes outside.... this explains why I couldn’t get more pics cause it wasn’t even at the dealership the previous day, he was still driving it around and the roof was indeed scratched up, which is what I wanted to know beforehand. Car was listed as 49,500 miles but had 51,500 on the dash. Then they said... “oh, we were about to detail it, but I didn’t have the chance”.... I set the appt up the previous day and didn’t even show up til 3pm. You would think an exclusive Subaru STI.Hyper Blue series would be ready and sitting out front for sale. Why would I drive two hours to get a car that ain’t ready to go?Not even going to go further with the rest, but after driving that far, I only spent 10 mins at the dealership. Didn’t even test drive it cause the service was not professional...Then they’re like, “but you didn’t do a test drive” ...I know what a Subaru WRX STI feels like already and after all that, I didn’t want to. We were ready to buy the car straight up, no financing, but we didn’t even make it that far. Had fresh damage to the front bumper that was not displayed in pics (this guy says, “we were gonna buff it out”), stickers on the car that was halfway peeled off, and the roof/wrap was all scraped and rusty (none of this was listed when I asked for details of the flaws). As I’m leaving, they acted like I had wasted their time by showing up and not buying.. I had no words. I just kept it moving. Luckily, I was able to stop at Tysons Corner on the way home so it wasn’t a complete waste of my day. But this was by far the most unprofessional dealer I have been to and I hope they do a better job with presentation of cars in the future, cause if it was clean on the inside and at least a half professional experience, they would’ve had a sale.We had $30,000 ready to go cause I really wanted this particular car. Oh well. And if anyone has a problem with what I’m saying, can contact me directly thru Gabriella... cause this is all facts.

On Feb. 10th i purchased a 2004 Ford F350 super duty vin #1FTSW31PX4EA45217 i instantly found the bed of the truck would not pass inspection so was told it would be replaced if i purchased it and was given a number to someone who had one and would replace with no cost to me if i brought it back up in a few weeks.. Now is where the problem starts i drove 2 and 1/2 hours to pick it up brought it home drove it the second time a 1/4 mile and back to the store and drove it the 3rd time not even 2 miles and it started blowing coolant every where and only 3 days after the purchase so automatically called the car lot and was told take it to someone and have it looked at but by the time i got it home and shut it off it wouldnt start again both batteries were shot called back to the lot and was ask how much would it cost to fix so i had a mechanic come by and check it out (a real licensed mechanic ) and he told me a price so i let them know nothing was done i offered to do the work myself to save them money i was told for 4 weeks by 3 different people i was gonna get the parts to repair it and still nothing then after a month of having it i was told i had to make the first payment in order to get the parts but i had already talked to the bank and they postponed the payments then the car lot lied and said the bank had it for repo so i contacted the bank yet again and they said no not at all just more lies from the employees ( Dia,Gino and Mike V ) at that joke of a place and it gos on till March 26 when i was notified by the bank that the loan had been reversed and that is was back to the car lot so i then waited till Monday for a call from the car lot which i never received so called them and low and behold they knew nothing about nothing but all of a sudden on Wed. night 2 trucks pull in and tell me their from the car lot and there to fix the truck and i told them i no longer wanted it and as the guy gos on to tell me how he has been working for the car lot for years and was like family with them and was even trying to sell me one of his personal trucks he is in between phone calls with one of the car lot employees asking what he wanted him to do and then proceeded to ask me if i had a cash app and that i would be getting a refund for my down payment once the truck is gone the very next day tried to call one of the so called managers with no answer so a text finally call the car lot on Fri. and was told the bank is responsible for the repo of the truck yet was standing there with the banks papers in my hand that said the truck was the car lots responsibility as of Fri. March 26 the bank no longer had nothing to do with it but then all of a sudden the so called manager wants to text back and say (it must have been the bank good luck ) but not knowing when you send your repo guys to a place of business that has cameras every where i wont need luck. Not to mention we found out we over charged by $2,000 on paper compared to the price it was advertised for. We learned the night the vehicle was picked up that the same vehicle had already been repoed once before and everyone knew iit had mechanical problems yet they sold it anyway. Still trying to get the deposit back from the lot and was told that deposits are norefundable even though the bank reversed the loan due to the vehicle being broken down for over a month with the lot refusing to fix it. Dont go to this lot unless you are looking to throw money down the drain

It was lies and dishonesty from the beginning. I was told over the phone the car was a 2015 and when I get there it was a 2013. I can only be angry with myself because I should have left after that but I took it as maybe he got his inventory mixed up. He charged me for tags and it took me 6 months to get them and they came the same month they were going to be expired.

If I could rate Elite Auto Group I would give them 0 stars went and purchased my mother a 2010 Nissan Altima just for me to end up having to put even more money into the car the owner of the business is very rude and disrespectful and she only had the car for a week and two days as of today 04/03/2021 the car was sold under false pretenses the front passenger axle boot was broken the inner and outer tire rods was completely broken and worn out the back breaks was so worn down that the car wouldn’t stop took it back to elite auto just for them to replace the axle on 03/29/2021 took the car to Good Year to get the car alignment done being new parts had been put on just for Good Year to say that the Whole back end of the car is completely bad and needs to be replace the only staff member that tries to help fix the issues was and is Mike Vaughan and Keyahna everyone else at Elite Auto is very unprofessional and also rude not to mention the fact that the vehicle was inspected the same day that I went to go purchase the vehicle which was on 03/17/2021 so be aware of this Auto Dealership in my opinion they bad for business

Bought a vehicle from Elite and the process was excellent. They had the head gasket issue repaired prior to listing the vehicle for sale (known manufacturers issue with the vehicle I was shopping for).Owner and sales were very professional, no lying, no nonsense.Ive purchased several used cars the past few years and would definitely do business with Elite again.They may have a slightly higher initial price, but unlike many other used car places, Elite actually has the vehicles inspected (and not just the basic VA required inspection) and repaired prior to selling (with documentation). This saves you - the buyer - multiple problems after the sale is over.Communication was fast, upfront, and continued after the sale was over (for registration).Give them a chance, you wont be disappointed.

The whole staff was very friendly walked away with my brand new Mercedes-Benz C63 that i even got wrapped and exhaust work done with their performance shop service center that they have at the facility. would definitely recommend any car enthusiast come over here and purchase the car dreams their dreams.

BEWARE!!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.I held off on writing a review after purchasing my 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan from them in late May, because of the repetitive issues I have faced, and I was honestly afraid. This car was posted for $5999 and I purchased the vehicle for $5300 plus the processing fee of $699, so I walked out at $6000. This vehicle had 90K miles on it, and it drove well when I took it for a test drive. The headliner was falling pretty bad, and it has fallen more since. The check engine light was on, which is pretty typical for a Volkswagen and I ASSUMED would be an easy fix. But what followed...(I dont remember the salesman that sold me the car, but he was later hitting on me while I was signing my paperwork after my brother had left) The salesman knocked off $700 for the headliner and the check engine light. He insisted the check engine light was on for a misfire, which I promptly requested they replace the coil packs. Come to find out, they replaced ONE. Im the type of independent woman that knows a bit about cars, and I know you cannot replace one without replacing another. He told me the car had not been sitting long, but the paperwork indicated it had been there since December 2019. No wonder it was so cheap. I also drove away on an EMPTY GAS TANK.I got home and everything was alright until the next day. My entire dashboard lit up with traction control, e-brake, airbag, steering wheel, and my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Long story short after much research, it was a speed sensor, nothing to blame for them as these go bad every once in awhile, and they promptly replaced it and comped the service fees, I paid for the part. No biggie. When I came into the shop that morning, nobody was at the front desk. I had to wait for someone, and at that point I was at my widths end. Upon speaking to someone after 15 minutes, I paid the fee for the part and I asked them to re-check the coil packs (which they did not) and put a new inspection sticker on, which they did, knowing there was issues with my vehicle.Smoke has been slightly rolling out of my hood after I drive for more than 15 minutes, and it smelled burnt. My boyfriend replaced the PVC valve the other day and all of the coil packs were shot. We replaced all of the coil packs and it has begun shaking at idle.When its all said and done, I cant avoid having car trouble. Vehicles nearing 100K miles will have issues. But I have had these problems since day 1. If you are thinking of buying a vehicle from this place, DO NOT. The maintenance guys are very great and they will keep in contact with you. But the front desk people never answer the phone, and the sales people are extremely shady.

Spoke with Dia over the phone back in late May. Very courteous and professional. Was inquiring about a Porsche 911 which I was willing to buy sight unseen. Was asking for additional photos and video but apparently the owner has kept the car at his house (and presumably driving it). I continue to make inquiries and ask for info but nothing. Car remains on the website yet I’m not getting a response. I understand we’re in a pandemic and I’ve been very patient, but are you in business or not? Unless you can buy in person from this dealer, they seem incapable of selling to an out of state buyer. Just one person’s opinion. Too bad. Seem like a nice car in which I would have been interested.

Sold a truck to these people. Counted the money and did not get to recount as was being rushed after the count. Took what I had directly to my safe. Recounted the next morning and was short 6K. Contacted the owner and told him of the issue. Explained to him that the money went directly from his office to my safe so the shortage was on their end. Naturally they did not offer to provide the 6K that was short. Being an honest business owner is essential in business. I will not recommend this Dealer as if they are not honest in their purchases then they will not be honest in their sales. Expected alot more honesty especially from the owner as he knows that we have always been honest with him

Terrible, the building was in disrepair, there was a large mud stain in the trunk and I found a business card for a glass repair shop, a potato chip and several pennies under the seat, and their excuse was the detailer was out sick, despite the fact that the car had been listed for over a month. When I was making the deal to purchase the car several people came into the office and tried to talk to the salesman about other topics like lunch, and when the next paycheck was coming.And to top it off they offered to give me a full tank of gas in exchange for a five star review, needless to say I declined, so take the other reviews with a grain of salt.

Stay away. The guy who works in finance Gino Hamazoui. He robbed me for $10,000 do not trust him.Good response from a professional buisness owner. But if you must know..... he had a contract with me to buy cars and guaranteed me $500 for every car bought with my 10k. He then shut his car dealership down and never gave me a dime. When confronted he stated it was no longer his buisness since he did not own the dealership anymore. And you trust this guy with your finance department.Another thing that is not a rumor is that he has worked at other dealerships and been fired for embezzlement. Worst dealer ever! Never returned calls when called for title to be sent/mailed and for concerns of condition of vehicle upon arrival, delivery of vehicle was 2 days late and not as promised(bought out of state), major interior demage (not disclosed!). We were impressed with Elite as soon as we walked through the door. The people here are first-class in the way they treat their customers. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond our expectations, even staying to help us after hours and offering to meet with us on Sunday when they are normally are closed. Highly recommended!

If you can help it. Do Not buy a car from this dealership. They buy wrecked cars from auction and fix them up and sell them to people. The cars usually break down and fall apart and they tell you Oh well, They are used cars. I can honestly say that the owner or somebody in the office is going to get on here and say that theyve searched their records and I must have the wrong dealership or try and hit you with that First OF All like they have a point to prove or can justify selling wrecked vehicles to hard working people. Anyway, if you are reading this and thinking about buying a car from here, save yourself the time and money that youre going to spend paying a car note and trying to fix a wrecked lemon and just buy somewhere else. They also offer a complimentary tank of gas IF you leave them a 5-star review. Which is the sign of a shady deal because 1. A true business would never barter gas for good reviews before you have taken ownership of a vehicle because 2. An HONEST dealership would give you a full tank of gas as a part of doing good ethical business practices. Youre welcome!

My experience with Elite Auto group was excellent ! They have such a great family environment. All issues and concerns were addressed and handle in a professional manner. They were prompt and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing . Ive had terrible auto buying experiences in the past but they definitely made me feel 100% confident with no pressure to buy ! This place is very dishonest, They cars run just long enough to move off there lot and then break down and good luck trying to get them to fix it for u. You are better off going to a junkyard warranty is know good .You been warn.

They are the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. They don’t communicate with each other so nobody know what going on when you talk to them. They’re all lair, if they tell you something it 90% not true! They will never call back if they suppose to. The only reason I gave them one star is because I got a car from them.

This place is the worst run fast. They lie lie lie.when you buy from them take your car to a mechanic and let them make sure the car is good. You have 14 days before you get stuck with their lemon.

Worst car dealership to have to deal with! Have been trying for weeks to get tags for a car purchased in DECEMBER! It’s now almost April and the cars tags still haven’t been mailed to us as promised numerous times. Oh and to add to it they want to charge $20 to drop them in the mail!!! Ridiculous will definitely be filing a BBB report and report to DMV.
